But we declare that greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). The blood of Jesus has already defeated every demonic force, and His name is above every name—no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
We rebuke every demonic assignment aimed at your mind and memory in the name of Jesus. The Word of God tells us that He has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). The memories you describe are not from the Lord, for He does not bring torment or oppression. We command every unclean spirit associated with these sounds and words to leave now and never return, in the authority of Jesus Christ. Father, we ask You to erase these demonic imprints from their mind and memory. Your Word declares that You will cast all our sins into the depths of the sea (Micah 7:19) and remember them no more (Hebrews 8:12). We claim this same cleansing for their mind—let every trace of these demonic influences be blotted out by the blood of Jesus. Renew their mind according to Your Word, which says, "Be transformed by the renewing of your mind" (Romans 12:2). Fill them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We also encourage you to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5). When these memories or sounds attempt to resurface, do not entertain them or give them place. Instead, immediately rebuke them in the name of Jesus and replace them with Scripture. Meditate on God’s Word, for it is life and health to your flesh (Proverbs 4:20-22). Fill your mind with worship music that glorifies the Lord, for the enemy cannot dwell in the presence of praise (Psalm 22:3).
