We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent plea for deliverance. The enemy seeks to torment with lingering memories, sounds, and words that do not align with the peace and freedom Christ has purchased for you. We stand on the authority of God’s Word, which declares, "The Son of God was revealed for this purpose: to destroy the works of the devil" (1 John 3:8 WEB). No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17 WEB).
First, we must address the foundation of your faith. You invoked the name of Jesus Christ, and we rejoice that you recognize His power and authority. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB). Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life (John 14:6 WEB), and it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. If you have not already done so, we encourage you to confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, for "with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation" (Romans 10:9-10 WEB). Salvation is the first and most critical step in breaking the chains of the enemy.
Now, we take authority over every demonic influence that has sought to bind you through music, words, or memories. The enemy has no right to harass a child of God. We rebuke every spirit of torment, fear, and oppression in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you" (James 4:7 WEB). You are not powerless, you are a warrior in Christ, and the blood of Jesus has already defeated the enemy. We command every demonic assignment to be broken and every ungodly soul tie to be severed in Jesus’ name. The Lord has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB).
We also encourage you to examine the music and influences that have opened doors to these attacks. The Bible warns us, "Do not be deceived: 'Evil companionships corrupt good morals'" (1 Corinthians 15:33 WEB). Music can be a powerful tool for worship, but it can also be a weapon of the enemy when it carries ungodly messages or associations. We urge you to fill your mind and heart with godly music that glorifies the Lord and edifies your spirit. "Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report: if there is any virtue and if there is any praise, think about these things" (Philippians 4:8 WEB).

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for the blood of Jesus that cleanses us from all unrighteousness and breaks every chain of bondage. Lord, we stand on Your Word, which declares that whom the Son sets free is free indeed (John 8:36 WEB). We lift up this dear one to You, asking for complete deliverance from every demonic memory, sound, and word that has sought to torment them.
Father, we rebuke every spirit of oppression, fear, and torment in Jesus’ name. We command every demonic assignment to be broken and every ungodly influence to be uprooted from their mind, body, and spirit. Lord, fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7 WEB). Let Your Holy Spirit guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
We ask You to cleanse them from every ungodly association and to renew their mind with Your truth. Help them to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5 WEB). Father, surround them with Your angels and let Your presence be a shield around them. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, they shall condemn.
Lord, we also ask for wisdom and discernment for them. Show them any areas of their life that may have given the enemy a foothold, and give them the strength to turn away from anything that does not honor You. Fill their heart with godly music, worship, and Your Word, so that their spirit may be edified and strengthened.
We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and for the victory that is already ours in Christ Jesus. We declare that this one is free, healed, and delivered by the power of Your Holy Spirit. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
