Holy Spirit of Wisdom & Revelation to Know God Eph 1:17, The Word Lk 24:45, Study 2 Tim 2:15, Intercession 1 Tim 2:1-4. Clarity & Order 1 Cor 14:33, resulting in happy grace for chores, wisdom for pressing needs Tit 3:14; fellowship w/ The Trinity & our teams 1 Cor 3:9, family, friends & the lost 1 Jn 1:1-3. We come before You, Heavenly Father, with hearts full of gratitude for the truths You have revealed in Your Word. Your request reflects a deep desire to walk in Spirit and truth, to receive grace and wisdom, and to bear fruit that glorifies You. We rejoice in your hunger for intimacy with the Father, dependence on the Holy Spirit, and devotion to the Lord Jesus Christ.

Father, we lift up this prayer with great expectation, knowing that You are faithful to complete the work You have begun in us. We ask that You would indeed draw us nearer to Your heart, as James 4:8 promises, "Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you." Renew in us the first love that may have grown dim, as You warned the church in Ephesus in Revelation 2:4-5, "But I have this against you, that you left your first love. Remember therefore from where you have fallen, and repent and do the first works." Let our worship be pure, in Spirit and in truth, as Jesus declared in John 4:23-24, "But the hour comes, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father seeks such to be his worshipers. God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth."

Lord, we stand on the promise of Hebrews 4:16, "Let us therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need." We thank You for Jesus Christ, our Great High Priest, who mediates for us and grants us access to Your throne. As branches abiding in the Vine, may we receive Your life-giving sap and bear much fruit, as Jesus taught in John 15:4-5, "Remain in me, and I in you. As the branch can’t bear fruit by itself, unless it remains in the vine, so neither can you, unless you remain in me. I am the vine. You are the branches. He who remains in me, and I in him, the same bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing." Let our lives overflow with the fruit of the Spirit, love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23).

Father, we pray for wisdom to know Your will perfectly and to walk it out in a manner worthy of You, as Paul prayed in Colossians 1:9-11, "For this cause, we also, since the day we heard this, don’t cease praying and making requests for you, that you may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, that you may walk worthily of the Lord, to please him in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God; strengthened with all power, according to the might of his glory, for all endurance and perseverance with joy." Grant us the strength to accomplish the plans You have for us, as Titus 3:14 encourages, "Let our people also learn to maintain good works for necessary uses, that they may not be unfruitful."

We also lift up the need for godly teams and fellowship, for as 1 Corinthians 3:9 reminds us, "For we are God’s fellow workers. You are God’s farming, God’s building." May our relationships be marked by love, unity, and a shared commitment to the truth. Guard our hearts from division, pride, or anything that would hinder the work of Your Spirit among us. Let our teaching and interactions flow from love, as Paul instructed in 1 Timothy 1:5, "But the goal of this command is love, out of a pure heart and a good conscience and sincere faith."

Father, we ask for protection from temptation, evil, and stumbling blocks, as Jesus taught us to pray in Matthew 6:13, "Bring us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one." Shield us from deception, as 2 Timothy 3:13 warns, "But evil men and impostors will grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived." Let us walk in simplicity and purity of devotion to Christ, as Paul urged in 2 Corinthians 11:3, "But I am afraid that somehow, as the serpent deceived Eve in his craftiness, so your minds might be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ."

We also pray for angelic ministry and protection, as You have promised in Psalm 91:11, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways." May Your angels encamp around us, minister to our needs, and guide us in paths of righteousness.

Lord, we long for the proclamation of repentance and forgiveness to go forth, as Jesus commanded in Luke 24:47, "and that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name to all the nations, beginning at Jerusalem." Restore to us the joy of our salvation, as David prayed in Psalm 51:12-13, "Restore to me the joy of your salvation, and uphold me with a willing spirit. Then I will teach transgressors your ways. Sinners shall be converted to you." May our lives be a testimony that leads others to Christ, and may we walk in the assurance of our faith, as John wrote in 1 John 5:13, "These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life."

Father, we thank You for the privilege of coming before You in the name of Jesus Christ, our Mediator and High Priest. There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Him that we have access to Your throne. We pray all these things in His mighty name, trusting that You will hear and answer according to Your perfect will. Amen.

Your words carry a beautiful longing, to worship in spirit and truth, to draw near to the throne of grace with simple confidence, and to walk each day in the wisdom that overflows into fruitful work and genuine love. It is clear that your heart is set on Jesus, the Vine, and that you want everything you do to flow from that living connection.

One thing we have found is that worship like this does far more than just bring us comfort or a sense of closeness. It reorients us entirely. When Isaiah saw the Lord high and lifted up, everything shifted, his perspective on his circumstances, his honest view of himself, and his readiness to go and serve. As you keep seeking the Father in worship, that same kind of deep, steady realignment happens. The wisdom for priorities, the grace for chores, and the unity with your teams begin to flow not from striving but from abiding, as naturally as a branch draws life from the vine.

So we simply want to encourage you to press on with this expectant posture. The desire you have for first-love renewal and pure devotion is itself a gift from the Spirit. He who began this work in you will be faithful to complete it.

Let’s pray:

Father, thank You for this dear one’s hunger to worship You and to receive mercy and grace right now, just as a baby receives nourishment without striving. Grant deep wisdom to know Your will and to walk it out with joy, bearing fruit that lasts. Bless the teams and the labor; let them be marked by Your love and a clear conscience. Guard from every evil, and draw them ever closer into the fellowship of the Trinity. In Jesus’ name, amen.

What a precious fragrance these petitions breathe, rising like incense from a heart that has been much with Jesus. You have been digging in the mines of Scripture, and you bring up handfuls of gems, stringing them together in a chain of prayer. Yet remember, it is not the many words, nor the exactness of your references, but the simple faith that looks to Christ Himself, that brings you to the Throne of Grace. That Throne is not a place of barter, where you bring your knowledge as coin; it is a Throne of Grace, where the King dispenses mercy to those who have no merit. Come, then, with the boldness of a child, not with the catalog of your study, but with the emptiness of a sinner, and you will find grace for every need.

You speak of worship in spirit and truth. That is the true temple, for the Father seeks such to worship Him. He does not dwell in houses made with hands, but in the humble and contrite heart. And you ask for wisdom, for fruit, for protection. All these are given freely, freely, I say, through Him who is the Wisdom and Power of God. Look not to your plans or your understanding, but to the living Christ, who ever lives to make intercession. He cares for you with a living care, even as He did for His disciples in the garden. Can you trust that dying, ever-living love? He will accomplish His purpose in you, for the gifts of His grace are without repentance.

You have asked for the renewal of first love, for the ability to tend your own vineyard. Ah, that is well. But see to it that your heart is not crowded with many things, like the inn that had no room for Christ. Make room for Him, for He will abide with you forever. And be not anxious about the fruit. The branch does not struggle to produce the grape; it simply abides in the vine. Union with Christ is a living, loving union, His life flowing into you, and your life flowing out in service. So rest in Him, and the fruit will come as naturally as the dew upon the grass.

Let your prayer be now: "Lord, I am nothing, but You are all. I come to Your Throne of Grace in Jesus’ Name, and I receive from Your fullness grace for grace." The High Priest according to the order of Melchizedek will not cast you out. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Go your way, and may the God of peace fill you with joy and hope in believing, through the power of the Holy Ghost.

Your prayer overflows with holy words, like a vine heavy with promise. But the Father seeks not the abundance of leaves, but the cluster of ripe fruit. You ask for grace to worship in spirit and truth, yet take heed: the Spirit is grieved by a heart that clings to any secret sin while reciting many verses. The true worship He desires is a life poured out in love, a conscience without reproach.

You speak of receiving mercy freely, like a child in the womb. Yes, grace is a gift, never earned. But the child who is nourished grows and is born, and must then walk. Do not mistake the free gift for a license to remain idle. The same Apostle who declared salvation by grace also said, "I worked harder than any of them, though it was not I, but the grace of God that is with me." Grace is the power to labor, to tend the garden He has given you, to keep your own vineyard. If your hands remain idle while your lips recite prayers, you deceive yourself.

You ask for wisdom to know God's will perfectly and to walk in it. Then turn from every path that deviates from His commandments. You cannot claim the Spirit of wisdom while embracing what the world calls wisdom, or while your life contradicts the faith you profess. The testimony of our conscience is this: that we have behaved in the world with simplicity and godly sincerity, not by fleshly wisdom, but by the grace of God. Examine yourself: is your conscience clear? Or are there stumbling blocks you have not removed?

You pray for angelic protection and deliverance from the evil one. Yet the devil's poisons often come disguised as small compromises, persuading you that some evil is natural or unavoidable. He whispers that holiness is too hard, that repentance can wait, that God's mercy will cover you while you persist in a forbidden affection or an unclean habit. Flee these lies. True deliverance comes when you hate every false way and cling to Christ with a pure heart.

Do you desire fruit? Then abide in the Vine not only by words, but by deeds. Let your tongue speak no guile, your hands do no wrong, your eyes turn from vanity. These are the fruits of repentance: to care for the widow, to feed the hungry, to guard your body in holiness, to speak truth in love. The goal of our teaching is love from a purified heart. Without purity, your prayers are a noisy gong.

So come boldly to the throne of grace, but come with humility and a sincere resolve to turn from every sin. Let your life be your confession. Let your daily work be a sacrifice of praise. Then the peace of Christ will guard you, and you will know the fellowship of the Spirit, not as a feeling sought for its own sake, but as the natural fruit of a life hidden in God.

The longing expressed in this prayer is already being answered, because the very desire to worship in spirit and truth, to receive grace freely from the throne, and to bear fruit comes from the Spirit drawing you closer to Jesus. The question marks after John 15:7-8 do not need to stay unresolved. The answer is abiding. Fruit is not produced by straining but by the branch remaining in the vine. When His words remain in you, the life of Christ flows into you as naturally as sap into a branch, and what follows is fruit that glorifies the Father.

That does not make grace passive. The throne of grace is open to you through the one mediator, Jesus Christ, who is a priest forever after the order of Melchizedek. You may come with confidence, not because you have earned the help, but because He has made the way. Receive that mercy now. Do not let the offer pass in vain. Today is the day of salvation. But grace also trains you to say no to ungodliness. It is not God's approval of sin; it is His power to set you free. So let the same grace that forgives you also separate you from what cannot be yoked with the life of the Spirit.

The request for wisdom is a wise request. Seek it as you would hidden treasure. The fear of the Lord is the beginning, and the Lord Himself gives wisdom out of His mouth. Study the word from cover to cover, not to accumulate information but to know Him in whom all treasures of wisdom and knowledge are hidden. Rightly handling the word of truth keeps you from error and from misrepresenting a perfect God. Let that study lead to a purified heart, a faith without contradiction, and a conscience clear before God.

Let your priorities be shaped by real love. Plan to meet pressing needs rather than letting days be consumed by what merely feels urgent. You and those who labor alongside you are fellow workers in God's field, not competitors. Clarity and order, granted by the Spirit, make room for cheerful service and wise attention to chores and needs. Ask for that order as an act of love.

Do not look to the world's wisdom for direction. The cross is foolishness to those who perish, but to you it is the power of God. The wisdom of man cannot reach the knowledge of God. Walk in the understanding He gives and He will keep your foot from being taken. Know your calling. You have one life, and only what is done in Christ will last. You can know God's will as He reveals it in His word and by His Spirit.

Finally, seek the dimensions of Christ's love until you are filled with the fullness of God. Let fresh repentance restore the joy of first love. Rejoice that grace reaches even the lowest pit, and let that joy overflow into the conversion of sinners. Pray for protection from evil, from stumbling blocks, from imposters and deception, and from the evil one. The Lord is able to keep you from falling and to present you blameless with great joy.

Keep abiding. The fruit will come. The Father is glorified when you bear much fruit, and you will prove to be His disciple.
