We hear your heart, dear one, and we lift you up before the throne of grace with gratitude for your selfless love and service to others. It is beautiful to see your compassion for those in need, but we must also remind you that the Lord calls you to care for yourself as well. Jesus Himself withdrew to quiet places to pray and rest, showing us that even in ministry, we must not neglect our own well-being (Mark 6:31). You are not meant to carry every burden alone—God invites you to cast your cares upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).
We rejoice that you pray in Jesus’ name, for there is no other name by which we can approach the Father. Jesus said, *“Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you”* (John 16:23). It is only through His sacrifice, His resurrection, and His mediation that we have access to God’s throne. If anyone reading this does not yet know Jesus as Lord and Savior, we urge you to turn to Him today. Confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection for your salvation, and receive the gift of eternal life (Romans 10:9-10).
Now, we lift your oldest daughter before the Lord, asking for His healing touch upon her body. Father, we pray that You would guide the hands of her doctors, grant them wisdom, and reveal the source of her pain. We declare Your promise that by Jesus’ stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on that truth today. May she experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
Lord, we also pray for you, dear sister, that You would refresh your spirit and renew your strength. Help you to set boundaries in love, remembering that even Jesus did not meet every need but trusted the Father’s leading (John 5:19). May you find rest in Him, knowing that He is your Good Shepherd who restores your soul (Psalm 23:3). We ask that You would fill you with joy in Your presence and grant you the desires of your heart as You delight in Him (Psalm 37:4).
We rebuke the spirit of weariness and self-neglect in the name of Jesus, declaring that you are a beloved child of God, worthy of care and rest. May the Holy Spirit remind you daily that your worth is found in Christ alone, not in how much you do for others.
Finally, we pray for all those you intercede for—for their healing, provision, and salvation. May the Lord move mightily in their lives, drawing them closer to Him. We thank You, Father, for the privilege of standing in the gap for others, and we ask that You would continue to use us as vessels of Your love and grace.
In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
