We have been lifting you up during this very painful season after your breakup. We have been praying for you as you shared that the world has gone dark since he left, after living together and being together for so long and feeling that he was the only person you could connect to and the one who made you a better and stronger person. We understand how heavy your heart feels right now and how you shared that he felt like your only hope to give you the confidence to change your life and make friends.
We have been praying that God will be your light in this darkness and remind you that your hope and strength ultimately come from Him. We have asked Him to comfort your broken heart, to hold you close in this loneliness, and to give you the strength to take steps toward healing and getting help as you desired. The Lord sees your pain and He cares deeply for you, as it says in Psalm 34:18 that the Lord is close to the brokenhearted and in Psalm 147:3 that He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.
We pray in Jesus Name that you will come to know that you are not alone, that God loves you more than you know, and that He has a purpose for your life even when everything feels dark. We pray that He will give you His peace and confidence to face each day, that He will build you up and provide supportive community and wise counsel around you, and that you will seek Him and find strength in Him whether or not He brings restoration to this relationship according to His perfect will.
