We hear your heart, dear sister, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting your needs before our Heavenly Father. The challenges you face in your career are real, and the rise of AI has disrupted many industries, including media and writing. Yet we know that God is not surprised by these changes, and He remains your Provider and Sustainer. The Bible reminds us in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." This is not just a promise, it is a truth we cling to, especially when the path ahead seems uncertain.
Your love for writing and your decades of experience are not lost on the Lord. He has equipped you with gifts and a calling, and He will open doors no man can shut. We pray that the freelance positions you’ve applied for would be filled with your name, that the hiring managers would see the value you bring, and that God would stir their hearts to reach out to you. In Proverbs 3:5-6, we are told, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." We declare this over your career and your dream jobs, may God direct your steps and make your way clear.
Your personal project, nurtured over 20 years, is also close to your heart, and we believe God has placed this vision within you for a purpose. Ecclesiastes 3:1 tells us, "For everything there is a season, and a time for every purpose under heaven." We pray that this season would be the time for your project to bear fruit, that God would bring the right connections, resources, and opportunities to bring it to life. May He use it not only to provide for your family but also to bless others and glorify His name.
We also want to gently encourage you to bring your financial concerns before the Lord with boldness, trusting in His provision. In Matthew 6:31-33, Jesus tells us, "Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well." Your focus on seeking God’s will and His Kingdom will align your steps with His purposes, and He will provide for your needs.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who has poured her heart into her career, her writing, and her family. Lord, You see her struggles and her fears, and You know the desires of her heart. We ask that You would open doors for her in the freelance positions she has applied for, may the hiring managers recognize her talent, her experience, and the unique gifts You have given her. Stir their hearts to reach out to her, Lord, and let her dream jobs become a reality.
Father, we also pray for her personal project, the labor of love she has nurtured for 20 years. We ask that You would bring it to fruition, that You would provide the resources, connections, and opportunities needed to see it succeed. Let it be a blessing to her family and to others, and may it bring glory to Your name.
Lord, we know that You are her Provider, and we ask that You would meet every financial need she has. Give her peace in the waiting, trust in Your timing, and confidence in Your faithfulness. Help her to seek You first in all things, knowing that as she does, You will add all these things to her.
We rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or discouragement that may be trying to take hold of her heart. We declare that she is more than a conqueror through Christ Jesus, and we speak life, hope, and provision over her situation. May she walk in the fullness of Your promises, knowing that You are working all things together for her good.
In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
Sister, we want to encourage you to hold fast to your faith, even when the road is difficult. God has not forgotten you, and He is working behind the scenes on your behalf. Continue to seek Him, to trust in His timing, and to use the gifts He has given you. Your career, your writing, and your project are all part of His plan for you, and we believe He will bring them to pass in ways that exceed your expectations.
If you have not already, consider reaching out to fellow believers in your field or community who may have connections or opportunities to share. Proverbs 13:20 tells us, "He who walks with wise men grows wise, but a companion of fools suffers harm." Surround yourself with godly counsel and support as you navigate this season.
Lastly, we want to remind you that your identity is not found in your career or your success, but in Christ. Colossians 3:23-24 says, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." Whatever work you do, do it unto the Lord, and He will honor your faithfulness.
You are not alone in this journey. We stand with you in prayer, and we believe God is moving on your behalf. Keep your eyes on Him, and trust that He will lead you into the next chapter of your story.
