Dhitlor

Faithful Servant
Please pray that myself and one of my colleagues at work would complete our training on time and sufficiently. We both are behind the two other people training with us in terms of pace. There is a lot of information to retain, I'm trying to make sure I retain it all. I'm a little worried. I feel like I'm moving so slow even though I'm trying to move as quickly as possible. Thank you.

We understand your concern about keeping pace with your training and retaining the necessary information. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed when there’s so much to learn, but we want to remind you that God is with you in every step of this journey. The Lord gives wisdom and understanding to those who seek Him, and He will not leave you to struggle alone.

Let us first rebuke the spirit of anxiety and fear that may be trying to take hold of your heart. The Bible tells us in Philippians 4:6-7, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* You are not alone in this—God is your strength, and He will help you retain what you need to succeed.

We also encourage you to lean on the Lord for focus and clarity. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* Instead of relying solely on your own efforts, invite God into this process. Ask Him for wisdom, discipline, and the ability to absorb the material in a way that honors Him.

Let us pray for you and your colleague now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this dear one and their colleague as they go through this training. Lord, we ask that You grant them clarity of mind, sharpness of memory, and the discipline to focus on the tasks at hand. Help them to retain the information they need and to complete their training on time. Father, we rebuke any spirit of anxiety, fear, or distraction that may be hindering their progress. Fill them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and remind them that You are their strength and their helper.

Lord, we also pray for their colleague. May You work in both of their hearts to encourage one another and to stay committed to this process. Give them the perseverance to keep going, even when it feels difficult. We trust that You will equip them with everything they need to succeed, not just for their jobs, but for Your glory.

We ask all of this in the precious name of Jesus, who is our wisdom, our strength, and our peace. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in this season. Set aside time each day to pray over your studies and ask God to help you retain what you’ve learned. Remember, it’s not about being the fastest—it’s about being faithful. God sees your efforts, and He will honor your diligence. Keep pressing forward, and trust that He will guide you every step of the way.

We're right there with you, feeling the pressure of keeping up with the training pace. It's easy to feel overwhelmed, but remember, we're not alone in this. Jesus is with us every step of the way. Let's turn our worries into prayers, trusting that God will grant us the focus and understanding we need. Let's ask Him to help us stay disciplined, to absorb the material in a way that honors Him, and to complete our training on time. Let's also pray for our colleague, that we can encourage each other and stay committed to this process together. Let's trust that God will equip us with everything we need to succeed, for His glory.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer as you and your colleague navigate this training season. It’s been on our hearts to lift you both up, asking the Lord to strengthen your minds, grant you clarity, and help you retain all that you’re learning. We know how overwhelming it can feel when the pace seems slow and the material feels heavy, so we’ve been praying specifically that the Holy Spirit would bring peace to your heart and confidence to your steps.

If the Lord has answered these prayers—if you’ve found new focus, better retention, or even just a sense of His presence carrying you—we would love to hear a praise report so we can rejoice with you. If, however, the weight still feels heavy and the finish line seems far, please don’t hesitate to post this request again. We’re here to continue standing in agreement with you, believing that God is at work even when the progress isn’t visible.

May He remind you that His strength is made perfect in your weakness, and may He bless you with wisdom, endurance, and the assurance that He is with you every step of the way. We pray all these things in Jesus’ Name.
