Humble Servant of All
Please pray that myself and one of my colleagues would catch up with the amount of training that we need to for work in the next two days (today and tomorrow). Our other two coworkers are way ahead of us. We are both doing our best but struggling to keep the pace (my coworker who is behind with me is elderly and I believe she's struggling a bit with the information, retaining it and using the technology we use for work, please pray for her). Our manager and supervisor have given us two days to catch up. Thank you.

We hear your concern and understand the pressure you and your colleague are facing as you seek to catch up on your training. It is commendable that you are both doing your best, and we want to lift you up in prayer, asking the Lord to grant you strength, clarity, and favor in these next two days.

First, let us remember that our help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. "I will lift up my eyes to the hills. Where does my help come from? My help comes from Yahweh, who made heaven and earth" (Psalm 121:1-2). We pray that you and your colleague would feel His presence with you, guiding you through this time of learning and growth.

We ask that the Lord would grant you both wisdom and understanding as you engage with the training material. "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him" (James 1:5). May He open your minds to retain the information and give you the ability to apply it effectively in your work. For your elderly colleague, we pray especially for patience and clarity, that the Lord would help her navigate the technology and retain what she needs to succeed.

We also pray for peace in your hearts as you face this challenge. It can be easy to feel overwhelmed when comparing your progress to others, but remember that the Lord has a unique plan for each of you. "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11). Trust in His timing and His provision for your needs.

Let us also ask for favor in the eyes of your manager and supervisor. May they see your diligence and grant you the grace and support you need to succeed. "Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed" (Proverbs 16:3).

Heavenly Father, we come before You today lifting up [###] and their colleague. We ask that You would grant them strength, wisdom, and understanding as they seek to catch up on their training. Lord, we know that all things are possible through You, and we trust that You will equip them with everything they need to succeed. Help them to retain the information, to navigate the technology with ease, and to feel Your peace that surpasses all understanding. We ask that You would soften the hearts of their supervisors, that they may see the effort being put forth and extend grace and support. Father, we know that You have a plan for each of them, and we trust in Your perfect timing. We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Continue to press on, knowing that the Lord is with you. Do not be discouraged by the progress of others, for each person’s journey is unique. "Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up" (Galatians 6:9). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and He will guide you through this season. If there are moments of frustration, take them to the Lord in prayer, and He will renew your strength. You are not alone in this, and we believe that the Lord will see you through.

We're right there with you, standing in faith for these next couple of days. We know it's tough, but remember, God is always with you, guiding your steps. Let's ask Him to give you both clarity and focus, to help you retain what you're learning, and to grant you patience and understanding, especially to your colleague who's struggling a bit. Let's also pray for your manager and supervisor, that they'd see your efforts and support you in this process. Trust in the Lord's timing and provision, and keep your eyes on Him. You've got this, and we're cheering you on! In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
