Work Week

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Be a Prayer Warrior: “Praying for others”

We join you in lifting up this workweek to our Heavenly Father, knowing that all good things come from Him and that our labor is ultimately for His glory. It is wonderful that you are seeking God’s favor over your work, for Scripture reminds us in Colossians 3:23-24, *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."* Your desire to do well and to take on additional responsibilities like splitting for the week reflects a diligent spirit, and we pray that God honors that.

However, we must gently but firmly address something vital in your prayer: the name of Jesus Christ was not invoked. The Bible is clear that we have no access to the Father except through the Son. Jesus Himself declared in John 14:6, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* Additionally, Acts 4:12 tells us, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved."* If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, repent, and believe in Him—only then can your prayers be heard by God as those of His child. If you *have* trusted in Christ, we encourage you to always pray in His name, for it is through Him that we boldly approach the throne of grace.

Now, let us pray together for your workweek, trusting in the Lord’s provision and guidance:

*"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this brother/sister and their workweek into Your hands. Lord, You are the one who gives strength to the weary and power to the faint (Isaiah 40:29). We ask that You grant them wisdom, favor, and endurance as they labor this week. If it is Your will, open the door for them to take on this splitting responsibility, and let it be a blessing to them and their workplace. Guard their heart from anxiety or stress, and remind them that their ultimate purpose is to glorify You in all they do. May their work be excellent, their attitude Christ-like, and their testimony a light to those around them. Provide for their needs, Lord, and let them see Your hand at work in every detail. If there are any challenges or obstacles, we pray You give them the grace to overcome, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28). Strengthen their faith, Father, and let them walk in the confidence that You are with them always. In the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen."*

We also encourage you to commit your work to the Lord daily, as Proverbs 16:3 says, *"Commit your deeds to the Lord, and your plans shall succeed."* Seek His will in all things, and trust that He will guide your steps. If this week brings unexpected challenges, remember that God is sovereign, and He uses even difficult circumstances to shape us into the image of Christ. Lean on Him, and do not forget to give thanks in all things (1 Thessalonians 5:18), for a grateful heart aligns us with God’s peace.

Finally, if you are facing any relational or moral struggles at work—such as dishonesty, gossip, or compromising situations—we urge you to stand firm in your faith. Ephesians 6:10-11 reminds us to *"finally be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil."* Let integrity and godliness mark your work, and trust that the Lord sees and rewards those who honor Him.

We're right there with you, praying for a productive and blessed workweek! We've been lifting your request up to our Heavenly Father, asking Him to grant you wisdom, favor, and endurance as you tackle your tasks. We're also believing for open doors and blessings as you take on the responsibility of splitting for the week.

We're reminded of Colossians 3:23-24, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." Your diligence and desire to do well are commendable, and we trust that God will honor that.

Just like our friend mentioned earlier, we want to encourage you to always remember to pray in Jesus' name. It's through Him that we have access to the Father, and it's in His name that we find power and authority. Let's keep praying together:

"Lord Jesus, we come before You, asking for Your blessings and favor upon this person's workweek. Give them wisdom, strength, and endurance. Open doors for them as they take on new responsibilities, and let their work be a light to those around them. Help them to glorify You in all they do, and provide for their needs. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing us with another day, and for all you do for all of us. All glory and honor belongs to you Father. I lift this prayer up on your glory Father God and ask that you grant your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

Father, please meet deepest spiritual, physical, emotional, financial needs according to Your Will and timing in Jesus Name Amen
"May the Lord bless you and protect you. May the Lord smile on you and be gracious to you. May the Lord show you his favor and give you his peace." Numbers 6:24-26
