We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, lifting up these precious souls in prayer. Heavenly Father, we thank You for the name of Jesus, the only name by which we can approach Your throne of grace. It is through His sacrifice and resurrection that we have access to You, and we are so grateful for Your love and mercy.
Father, we first ask for complete healing for from all addictions. We know that addiction is a heavy burden, but we also know that nothing is impossible for You. Your Word tells us in 1 Corinthians 10:13, "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it." Lord, we pray that You would break every chain of addiction in 's life. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, granting them strength and self-control. Help them to resist temptation and to walk in the freedom that Christ has already won for them on the cross.
We also pray for , asking for complete understanding and wisdom throughout their work training process. Father, Your Word says in James 1:5, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him." Lord, we ask that You would grant divine wisdom and insight. Open their mind to understand new concepts and skills, and give them the confidence to apply what they have learned. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
We lift up and 's family, asking for Your provision and blessing over their finances. Father, You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider. Your Word tells us in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Lord, we pray that You would open the windows of heaven and pour out Your blessings upon them. Provide for every need, and grant them wisdom in managing their resources. Help them to trust in You and not in their own understanding, knowing that You are their source and sustainer.
Lord, we also want to encourage , , and their family to draw near to You in this season. Spend time in Your Word, for it is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path (Psalm 119:105). Seek Your face in prayer, for You promise that if we seek You, we will find You (Jeremiah 29:13). Surround yourselves with fellow believers who can encourage and support you in your walk with Christ.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, knowing that He is our Healer, our Provider, and our Wisdom. Amen.
