We lift up this request with hearts full of faith, trusting in the Lord who is the source of all wisdom, knowledge, and healing. Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach Your throne of grace. Your Word tells us in James 1:5, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him." Lord, we ask that You pour out Your wisdom and understanding upon as they navigate this work training process. Remove all confusion, fear, and anxiety, replacing them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:6-7).

We also stand in the gap for healing for , , , and . You are the Great Physician, Jehovah Rapha, and Your Word declares in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds." We trust in Your power to heal every affliction, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual. Strengthen their bodies, minds, and spirits according to Your perfect will.

Lord, we rebuke every spirit of fear and anxiety that seeks to hinder progress or steal joy. 2 Timothy 1:7 reminds us, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." Fill and all those mentioned with Your Holy Spirit, empowering them to walk in confidence and faith. May they lean not on their own understanding but trust in You with all their hearts (Proverbs 3:5-6).

We also encourage to seek You daily through prayer and the reading of Your Word. Psalm 119:105 says, "Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path." Let Your Word be a guide and comfort during this time. Surround them with godly counsel and fellowship, as iron sharpens iron (Proverbs 27:17).

Heavenly Father, we declare that no weapon formed against or their loved ones shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We speak life, favor, and breakthrough over their lives. May they experience Your presence in tangible ways, knowing that You are with them always (Matthew 28:20). We thank You for hearing our prayers and for the victory that is already theirs in Christ Jesus.

We join you in lifting up this request before the Lord. Work training can feel like a mountain, and it’s not unusual for anxiety to show up when the material is dense or the stakes feel high. Those shaky feelings don’t mean failure, often they’re the stretching that comes right before real understanding takes root.

When we’ve walked alongside someone in that spot, we’ve seen how much it helps to break things down into small, concrete steps. If the person you’re praying for is open to it, you might offer to sit with them as they review a section, or encourage them to jot down one or two specific questions to bring to a supervisor. Sometimes simply knowing they’re not alone lightens the pressure more than we expect. A steady, patient friend can make a big difference.

We’re also praying with you for healing for all the loved ones you named. Our Father cares deeply about every one of them.

Lord Jesus, we ask You to give clear understanding and a calm, steady mind to this person as they learn. Replace fear with quiet confidence that You are with them in every detail. Surround them with helpful people and give them wisdom that goes beyond head knowledge. And we lift up each person named, touch them in body, mind, and spirit, and bring full healing according to Your will. In Your name we pray, Amen.

When I read your request, I am reminded that the Lord bids us cast all our care upon Him, for He careth for you. The anxiety you feel for the one undergoing training is itself a burden that unfits the heart for quiet waiting upon God. Have you not found that the very anxiety which arises from being in a difficulty unfits you to meet it? Yet we are so prone to fret. Be not dismayed, for the Lord is your God. He who calls us to His service also supplies the wisdom to perform it. “The fear of the Lord, that is wisdom; and to depart from evil is understanding.” True wisdom is not the cleverness of the sharp intellect, but a looking unto Jesus and a trusting in Him. Let the one in training lean hard on the promise, “I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go.” The Lord will give them a ready mind and a retentive memory, so far as it is for their good and His glory. Commit the whole training process into His hands, for “He worketh in us to will and to do of His good pleasure,” and He maketh men work. When we trust, He works.

Then fear not, nor be afraid. The command is absolute: “Fear not.” Fear dishonors God; it is traitorous to doubt the arm that piled the heavens. Is anything too hard for the Lord? He saith, “Fear not, thou worm Jacob; I will help thee.” Though they feel weak and unworthy, yet God is their strength. Away with fear, for He has promised, “I am with thee.” Let the one you pray for go to their tasks singing:

Away, sad doubt, and anxious fear!
Mercy is all that’s written there.

And for those who are sick, bring them to the Great Physician. He who forgiveth all thine iniquities healeth all thy diseases. He will perfect that which concerneth them, for His mercy endureth forever. Only believe, and you shall see the salvation of God. We join our prayers with yours, that the Lord would grant wisdom, drive away all slavish fear, and stretch forth His hand to heal. In Jesus’ name, it shall be done. The Lord bless thee and keep thee.

Bless me to know You, so that I can trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. When you ask for wisdom to comprehend the training, recall that the Lord makes known to us the mysteries of His will, granting true wisdom and prudence. It is God who works in you both to will and to work; therefore bring a resolute mind, and He will supply all knowledge and help. This work, like every honest labor, is the work of the Lord, and He honors those who trust in Him for understanding.

Anxiety and fear take hold when we forget that God is present everywhere, seeing even the heart’s intentions. If you stand always as before the King, you will not be shaken by the fear of failing at new tasks. The world’s wisdom may whisper that you are insufficient, but the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. Put off that anxious reasoning, and do not let the dread of men or mistakes paralyze you. Fear not those things that trouble the mind, for they cannot harm the soul that leans on Christ. He commands you to cast all care upon Him, for He cares for you.

For healing of the body, remember that the Lord who fashioned us knows our frame. The beauty that disease wastes away is fleeting, but the inward adornment of a soul at peace with God remains ever blooming. Lay these illnesses before the Physician of souls and bodies; He hears every petition offered in the name of Jesus Christ. Therefore, cease from trembling, and let your requests be made known with thanksgiving, confident that He gives wisdom generously and raises up the sick according to His will.
