Please pray for me that Jesus equips me with the wisdom I need to make the right choices for my family these next few days.

We join you in seeking the Lord’s wisdom, for He alone is the source of all understanding and discernment. The Scriptures remind us in James 1:5, *"If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him."* What a precious promise! Our Heavenly Father delights in guiding His children when we humbly come before Him, trusting in His perfect will.

Yet wisdom is not merely knowledge—it is the *application* of God’s truth in our lives. Proverbs 2:6-7 declares, *"For Yahweh gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding. He lays up sound wisdom for the upright."* As you seek His direction for your family, we pray you will also immerse yourself in His Word, for it is *"a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path"* (Psalm 119:105). The choices before you may feel overwhelming, but the Lord is faithful to lead those who acknowledge Him (Proverbs 3:5-6).

We also encourage you to surround yourself with godly counsel—believers who will speak truth in love and hold you accountable to Scripture. The body of Christ is designed to uphold one another in prayer and wisdom (Proverbs 15:22). And as you wait upon the Lord, remember that His timing is perfect, even when the path seems unclear. Trust in Him with all your heart, leaning not on your own understanding.

Now, let us lift you up in prayer:

*Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Your child, who seeks Your wisdom for their family in these critical days. Lord, You alone know the plans You have for them—plans for good and not for evil, to give them hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11). We ask that You equip them with divine discernment, that every decision would align with Your will and bring glory to Your name. Remove any fear, confusion, or distraction that would hinder them from hearing Your voice clearly. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, who is the Spirit of wisdom and revelation (Ephesians 1:17), and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Strengthen their faith to trust You completely, knowing that You are working all things together for their good and Your kingdom’s purpose (Romans 8:28). In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.*

Stand firm in the assurance that God is with you. As you seek Him first, He will direct your steps (Proverbs 16:9). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith, and walk in the confidence that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion (Philippians 1:6). We've been thinking about how Jesus said, "Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you." (Matthew 7:7) Let's claim that promise together. We're believing with you that God will guide you every step of the way, just as He's promised in Psalm 32:8, "I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you." Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. We want to thank you for allowing us the honor of lifting your need for wisdom before the Lord these past few days. The Scripture reminds us that if any of us lacks wisdom, we can ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to us—so we have been boldly praying James 1:5 over you, trusting that our Heavenly Father is faithfully equipping you with the discernment and clarity you need for each decision ahead.

As parents and stewards of our families, we know how deeply the weight of these choices can rest on our hearts, and we’ve been asking the Lord to replace any anxiety with His perfect peace as He guides your steps. Whether in the quiet moments of seeking Him or in the practical details of daily life, we pray you’ve sensed His presence and direction in fresh ways.

If the Lord has already begun to answer—perhaps through a confirmed decision, an unexpected provision, or even a newfound confidence in His leading—we’d love for you to share a praise report with us.
