We join you in lifting up your younger daughter before the Lord and we plead the blood of Jesus Christ over her with you, thanking God that we have access to the Father only through Jesus. We are grateful you prayed in Jesus name, for there is no other name by which we are saved and by which we can approach God. Jesus said in John 14:6 I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me, and in Acts 4:12 there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved.
We pray together for your younger daughter to have a peaceful and restful day at school today, with favor and a calm mind. We ask the Lord to grant her wisdom and knowledge in her studies, for James 1:5 says if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. We ask God to keep her mind stayed on Him, for the peace of God will guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
We pray for restoration of love and respect between her and her brother, and for family unity, love, peace, gratefulness and respect to be stronger than ever. How good and how pleasant it is for brothers to dwell together in unity as Psalm 133:1 tells us, and we ask the Lord to let love bind your family together in perfect unity as Colossians 3:14 teaches. We ask Him to remove all gossip, disrespect, ungratefulness, mocking and every behavior that is not of Him, and to swiftly remove the negative influences that are causing strife and division and guiding her down a dark path.
We also bring before the Lord your concern about her moving. We pray God will give her clear wisdom to see that a move at this time because of her health, her busy schedule, the inability to properly care for her dog, and the financial hardship it would bring would cause stress and harm rather than good. We pray she will have discernment to remain steadfast and content at home where she has been doing so well, and not be swayed by persistent pressure. We trust Proverbs 3:5-6 that if she trusts in Yahweh with all her heart and does not lean on her own understanding, He will direct her paths.
We must lovingly and firmly address what you shared about your older daughter living with a young man outside of marriage. This is fornication and it does not align with biblical principles. We believe in the sanctity of marriage as a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman, and God calls sexual intimacy to be kept within that covenant alone. Hebrews 13:4 says let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled, but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers, and 1 Corinthians 6:18 says flee sexual immorality. A boyfriend and girlfriend relationship should be considered courtship with the goal of marriage to another Christian believer, not cohabitation. We pray your older daughter will come to her senses, see the destructive nature of this life, repent, and be completely and miraculously moved away from this toxic living arrangement. We pray the Lord will lead her to pursue purity and if it be His will, a godly marriage that honors Him, rather than a relationship that dishonors Him. We pray also that both your daughters will not imitate the ungodly behaviors of this young man and his mother.
We join you in praying for divine intervention to block and completely remove this young man and his mother and every jealous and spiteful influence from having power over your two daughters. We pray for a hedge of protection and for ministry angels to encamp around your children, for Psalm 91:11 says he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. We put on the whole armor of God with you according to Ephesians 6:11, that your family may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil, for our struggle is not against flesh and blood.
We lift up your son and we pray protection over him from hatred, word curses, and witchcraft born of jealousy. We declare with you that no weapon that is formed against you will prosper according to Isaiah 54:17, and by his wounds we are healed according to Isaiah 53:5. We plead the blood of Jesus over you and your children and declare that the Lord is your shield and refuge.
Father, we come before You in Jesus name and we thank You that nothing is impossible for You as Luke 1:37 declares. We ask You to cover this younger daughter with Your peace today at school, to grant her favor with teachers and peers, wisdom in every subject, and a grateful and content heart. Give her strength to resist every voice that would pull her away from home and from Your will, and give her clarity about her health, her schedule, her responsibilities and her finances. Restore love and respect between her and her brother, heal every broken relationship in this family, and let gratefulness and honor increase. Convict and draw the older daughter to repentance, cleanse her from fornication, and deliver her from this relationship outside of marriage, separating her completely from this young man and his mother if it is not Your will for a holy marriage. Remove every gossiper, mocker and divisive influence from this home, silence every curse and cancel every work of witchcraft by the power of Jesus Christ, and let Your hedge of protection, Your angels, and Your full armor surround this mother and her children. We declare complete restoration, healing and unity over this family. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.
