Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. We have been praying for the burden you shared about asking the Lord for authority and respect from your company and colleagues and the painful continual cycle you described of forgiving and being nice while still being disrespected when you see the same people being nice to others. We understand how difficult this makes your work especially when you need help from them and how heavy the question of whether it is time to quit can feel. We continue to ask the Lord to grant you wisdom and clear direction about whether to stay or to leave and to establish you in respect and favor in your workplace and to soften the hearts of those around you so that cooperation and kindness may increase. We pray that you will be strengthened to continue to forgive as Christ has forgiven and to work with all your heart as for the Lord as Colossians 3:23 teaches and that God will give you wisdom liberally as promised in James 1:5.
