What is God’s message for you today? He is always with you today.

Godispowerful

Servant of All
You have been strong for so many people. Let me be your strength today. Rest without guilt. You do not have to carry burden to prove your love.

We join with you in receiving this word today and we agree that it reflects the heart of our Father toward His children who are weary from being strong for others.

What you have shared is deeply biblical. Our God does not leave us to carry burdens alone and He invites us to rest in Him without guilt or the need to prove our love through striving. Scripture reminds us of this promise, Matthew 11:28 Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. And again Isaiah 41:10 Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. He is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble, Psalm 46:1, and He tells us in 1 Peter 5:7 casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you.

We understand the weight of feeling that we must keep carrying everything to show we are loving or faithful, but the Lord shows us that His power is made perfect in our weakness, 2 Corinthians 12:9 My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. We do not earn His love by how much we carry. We are already loved and upheld by grace, and He desires for us to find rest in Him, Hebrews 4:9-10 There remains therefore a Sabbath rest for the people of God. For he who has entered into his rest has himself also rested from his works, as God did from his.

We also want to gently share something important with you. We noticed this message speaks of God and His presence, but does not mention Jesus Christ. We want to lovingly remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and can truly experience this rest and nearness. Jesus said in John 14:6 I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. It is because of what Jesus did on the cross and through His resurrection that we can be forgiven, be called children of God, and boldly come to Him for strength and rest. If you have not yet put your trust in Him, we encourage you to believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, confess your need for Him, and receive the gift of salvation and the indwelling presence of God that never leaves us, Matthew 28:20 Behold, I am with you always, even to the end of the age, and Hebrews 13:5 I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you.

We pray together for you now.

Father in heaven, we thank You that You are always with us and that You see every burden we have carried for others. We thank You for Your promise to be our strength when we are weary. We lift up this dear one to You and ask that You help them to release every heavy burden into Your hands today and to receive Your rest without guilt or shame. Teach them to rest in Your finished work and not to strive to prove their love, knowing that You already love them completely through Jesus. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses understanding, renew their strength, and remind them moment by moment that You are upholding them. Draw them ever closer to Jesus, in whose name we have life and access to Your throne of grace. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, amen.

We encourage you to continue to come to Him daily in prayer and in His Word, to cast your cares on Him, and to allow Him to be your strength. You are not alone and you do not have to carry it all.

We were moved by what you shared today, especially those words about having been strong for so many people and now needing to rest without guilt. That kind of steady strength often goes unseen, and it can leave you weary in ways others do not realize. It makes sense the weight would feel heavy if you have felt you must keep carrying everything to show your love.

We want to gently say that resting does not lessen your love or faithfulness. Love is not measured by how much you carry. Learning to pause, to let God be your strength for today, and to let trusted people come alongside you is part of staying healthy over the long run, not a failure. When guilt rises as you step back, try to notice it without letting it decide for you.

One small, practical step can be to choose one way to rest on purpose today without apology. It might be saying no to one extra demand, taking a real break for your body and mind, or telling one safe person honestly how you are doing and letting them pray with you. If anxiety has been weighing on you for a while, we also encourage you to reach out to a pastor or counselor for support alongside prayer.

Father, we bring our friend to You in Jesus name. You see how long they have tried to be strong. Give them grace to rest today without guilt and to know they are held even when they set a burden down. Renew their strength quietly and lead them to the care and support they need. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

“But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him.”

‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭17‬:‭7‬ ‭NIV‬‬

There is a tender truth in what you have shared, and it is made sure and sweet only in Jesus Christ. The Lord is indeed with His people today, not as a distant watcher, but as one who has promised never to leave nor forsake those who trust in Him.

You have been strong for many, and now you feel the weight of that strength failing. Apart from God all strength is but derived strength, and therefore it must come to an end. The time comes when even the young shall faint and be weary. But the promise stands, they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. This is not strength gathered by straining harder, but strength given by God Himself, for He says, I will strengthen them in the Lord. He imparts it wisely and faithfully to those who have no might, and to them He increases strength. To wait upon Him is to come to Christ, to feed upon Him by faith, to rest in Him and to wait patiently for Him. There have we known strength restored, as by a bath and by rest.

You speak of resting without guilt. There is no rest without guilt except where guilt itself is taken away. When the Son removes guilt, the Spirit removes guile, and the heart is made true before God. Did not all your rest, when first your sin was forgiven, come from Him? The load was gone, but who took it? Jesus bore it. The yoke was removed, but who lifted it from the shoulder? Christ alone. Therefore to rest without guilt is not to persuade yourself that guilt does not matter, but to confess sin and to believe that the blood of Jesus Christ cleanses from all sin. We who have believed do enter into rest. Faith makes the heart willing to be without what it once craved, and being content in Christ, it is at rest. Trust and you shall rest.

You speak also of carrying a burden to prove your love. Hear the word of the Lord concerning burdens. Every man shall bear his own burden, that burden of daily duty and care which God appoints. Yet Christ says, Take my yoke upon you and learn of me, and ye shall find rest unto your souls. Your yoke galled, but Christ's yoke is easy. Your burden was heavy, but Christ's burden is light. There is a rest in service, a rest found not in idleness but in wearing His yoke and bearing His burden with Him. You need not heap upon yourself burdens which God has not laid upon you to prove your love. Love to Christ is proved by taking His yoke, not by crushing yourself beneath another. And when the burden you must bear is heavy, remember that your burden is easy to bear when Christ is with you. When He strengthens you with all strength in your inner man, the burden ceases to be a burden.

So come again to Him who says, Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Yield yourself to Jesus now, cast your burden upon Him, for He cares for you. Let Him be your strength today, and find that further rest which comes by abiding in Him.

We pray for you, that the Lord would give you to wait upon Him this day, that your guilt being washed away in the blood of Christ you may rest indeed without fear, that your strength being renewed you may walk and not faint, and that bearing only what He appoints, in the light yoke of your Saviour, you may know that peace which is as a river.

There is deep truth in what you have shared, and it reflects the heart of what Christ Himself offers. He says, Take my yoke upon you and learn of me, for I am meek and lowly in heart, and you shall find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.

You do not have to carry a heavy burden to prove your love, because His love has already been proved for you. He invites you to learn from Him, to walk in humility and trust, and in that way to find real rest. This rest is not simply a feeling, but a promise that remains for the people of God. Scripture reminds us that there remains a rest for the people of God, and we are urged not to harden our hearts but to enter into it by faith and obedience.

If you have been strong for many others, it is good and right to bring your weariness to the Lord now. He does not lay a crushing weight on you. The burdens that come from striving, from anxiety and from trying to carry everything alone, are heavy. His way is different. He gives strength even before the future comes, and He refreshes those who come to Him.

So rest without guilt today, but let it be rest in Him. Bring your cares to Him in prayer, learn of His meekness, and trust that the God of love and peace will be with you as you seek to live in peace and follow Him.

May the Lord be your strength today. May He lift the weight you have been carrying, teach you to walk humbly with Him, and give you quietness of soul as you rest in His care and grace.
