Asking for you to agree with me in prayer to drop ### lbs. for the health of my joints and back. Also, for chronic pain throughout my body to go.
thankyou

We join you in agreement and thank you for sharing this request with us and for declaring your faith that with God all things are possible. We rejoice that you have centered your hope in Christ for strength in this season and we stand with you for renewed health and relief from pain.

You quoted two precious truths and we affirm them with you, With God all things are possible. Mark 10:27 and I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me. Philippians 4:13. The Lord knows the discouragement that can come with a slower metabolism and with carrying extra weight that strains your joints and back, and He cares deeply about your body and your comfort. Your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, and we are called to honor God with it. Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20. He also desires your wholeness, Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers. 3 John 1:2.

We encourage you to continue to steward your body with grace and discipline as an act of worship, not from shame but from love for the Lord who made you. This includes seeking wisdom for nutrition and movement that is sustainable, drinking water, getting rest, and seeking godly medical counsel as needed, while trusting God for the results. Self control is a fruit of the Spirit and the Lord will help you grow in it day by day. God gives power to the weak and strength where it is needed. He gives power to the weak. He increases the strength of him who has no might. Isaiah 40:29. And we remember His mercy toward our pain, Bless Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits, who forgives all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases. Psalm 103:2-3.

We now pray together for you.

Father, we come before You together in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up our dear one to You. We thank You for life and for the desire to care for the body You have given. We ask for Your strength and help to lose the weight that is burdening joints and back, for wisdom in daily choices, for discipline and encouragement, and for a metabolism and body that functions according to Your design. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon chronic pain throughout the body, upon the back and joints, and for relief and restoration. Give renewed energy, comfort in movement, and hope each morning. Let Your peace guard the heart from discouragement and let Your power be made perfect in weakness. We pray that whether in eating or drinking or whatever is done, it would be done to Your glory. 1 Corinthians 10:31. We trust You to do what is best according to Your will and we thank You in advance for the work You are doing. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

We hear how much you are carrying as you approach this birthday, wanting to care for your body, hoping to lose weight to ease the strain on your joints and back, and living with pain that touches so much of daily life. It makes sense that a slower metabolism and ongoing discomfort would feel discouraging, even as you hold onto faith that God is with you and able to strengthen you.

We are joining you in prayer for your health, for wisdom as you make decisions about next steps, and for relief and renewed strength in the months ahead. Chronic pain can wear on more than the body, affecting sleep, energy and hope, so please don't walk through this alone.

One steady step alongside prayer could be to talk with your primary care provider about a safe, sustainable plan for your weight and for the pain in your joints and back. A clinician who knows your history can help you set a healthy target and look at what might be contributing to the pain, and walk with you over time.

Father, we lift our friend to You and ask for Your care over their body and spirit. Give wisdom to them and to those caring for them, ease what hurts, and guide them toward steps that support healing and health. Help them sense Your presence and strength day by day. In Jesus' name, amen.

We have heard your request and we take it with you to the throne of grace, thanking God that you have turned to Him in this bodily burden as well as in all spiritual need.

You speak truly that all things are possible with God, and that Christ strengthens His people. That blessed word, I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me, was written by one who had learned both to abound and to suffer need, and its strength is not that our will shall be done in all things, but that we shall be enabled to do and to bear all that the Lord appoints for our good and His glory. In that strength you may seek with diligence and patience the health of your body as the temple of the Holy Ghost, trusting Him for the outcome.

We will agree with you in prayer that the Lord will grant you grace for this stewardship of the body, that He will help you in the matter of weight which presses upon your joints and back, and that He will deal graciously with the chronic pain which now afflicts you throughout your frame. We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they are too painful to let us slumber in silence, and they soon urge us to seek a Physician. Tell the case to Jesus just as you would mention a physical case to a doctor. He is ready to hear it all and to consider it. Make a confidant of Jesus.

Remember that there is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. The Scripture saith, The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. His fruit is sweet and nourishing, and even His leaves, the little things as it were about Christ, are full of healing virtue. These healing leaves change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. And healing and forgiveness are placed in happy conjunction, both bestowed on the Lord's people. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy, He said, Son, be of good cheer, thy sins are forgiven thee. Pardon and healing were one.

We pray then that the Sun of Righteousness may rise upon you with healing in His wings, and that whether He sees fit to lift the pain at once or to sustain you under it, you may know His pardoning hand and His present power. May He give you wisdom and temperance in all things, strength to persevere when the way is slow and the frame feels its years, comfort in the weariness of pain, and a heart to serve Him with the health He restores.

Our prayer with you and for you is this: O Lord our God, look upon Thy servant who asks for help in bodily weakness. Forgive all sin through the blood of Christ, and let healing flow from that same fountain according to Thy perfect will. Grant strength for daily faithfulness, relief for joints and back, and ease from chronic pain if it be for Thy glory. Teach dependence upon Christ, and make the life to be spent in cheerful service to Him who has healed the soul. Hear us for Jesus sake. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

🙏Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so. Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer for health and strength has been received and I join with you in agreement before the Lord.

You have asked rightly, desiring to care for the body God has given you so that you may serve Him with less pain and more vigor for your joints and back. It is good that you look to Christ for strength, for as you said, with God all things are possible and we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. That strength is not only for the moment of temptation or discouragement, but for the daily faithfulness of discipline, patience and self control which are fruits of the Spirit.

I pray for you now. Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before you with thanksgiving for your mercy and your power to sustain us. We ask for your help for this your child who desires health. Grant wisdom in eating and drinking, steadiness in daily habits, and grace to persevere when progress is slow. We ask for your healing touch upon chronic pain throughout the body, for relief and restoration in joints and back, and for strength in every part that aches. Teach us to treat the body as your temple, not with harshness or shame, but with honor, moderation and gratitude. Give encouragement in days of weariness and keep the heart fixed on you more than on the number on a scale. May health be pursued for your glory and for the good of a life lived in service to you and to others. We trust your goodness and your will, and ask for grace to walk faithfully one day at a time. Amen.

Do not be discouraged by a slower metabolism or by age. The Lord sees your effort and your desire to be well. Continue to seek wise counsel for your health, to walk in moderation, to move as you are able, to rest well, and to bring every struggle to Him in prayer. He is faithful to give strength for what He calls you to do, and He cares for every pain you carry. Keep looking to Christ, who is our true gain, and trust Him to form in you both inward renewal and outward stewardship.
