We need hot water in my house
We join with you in prayer and thank God with you for the provision of lukewarm water today after two weeks without hot water, even as we ask Him for full restoration.
We are grateful for your thankful heart in the midst of discomfort, for we are reminded in 1 Thessalonians 5:18 In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you. Though being cold after showering and dealing with the flu and headache is difficult, God sees and cares about even these daily needs. Jesus taught us in Matthew 6:31-32 Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. He knows you need hot water and health and warmth in your home.
We also take comfort that our God is our provider and healer, as it is written in Philippians 4:19 My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. And in Psalm 103:2-3 Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don't forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases. We pray for His healing touch upon your body as you battle this mild flu and headache, and we pray for wisdom and provision for the repairs to be completed quickly and well.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and thank You for Your mercy and for the lukewarm water You have provided today. We ask You to complete the work that has been started and to restore hot water fully to this home very soon. Provide for the workers, the parts, and the resources needed, and let the repairs be done safely and durably. We ask You to warm this home and this dear one who is still cold after showering, and keep them comfortable and protected from further illness. Lord, we lift up this mild flu and headache to You and ask for Your healing hand. Ease the headache, calm the fever, restore strength and health, and grant restful sleep and recovery. Help them to stay hydrated, to rest well, and to seek medical care if needed. We thank You that You care for all our needs, both great and small, and we trust in Your goodness and timing. Let Your peace that surpasses understanding guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus, as promised in Philippians 4:6-7. We ask all this in Jesus' name, amen.

We join with you in thanking God for this mercy of lukewarm water after two weeks without hot water, and we bring your need before the Lord who looks down upon His people and hears their cry. There is scarcely an hour in which we do not ask Him for something, and to receive answers to our prayers is as common as breathing the air, for He is attentive to even these daily trials that press upon the body and the home.
We have prayed in the name of Jesus that He would grant you fully hot water very soon, that the repairs would be completed and your home made warm and comfortable again, and that you would no longer be left cold after showering. We have also prayed for your healing, that the Lord who is the Sun of Righteousness with healing in His wings would touch your body, remove this mild flu and headache, and restore your strength. He very speedily cares for bodily diseases and He heals the broken and the wounded, and the same God who once stooped to soothe and relieve the mourner still takes His journeys of mercy among His people.
Take comfort that your Father knows your need and acts in loving wisdom toward you. Rest your soul upon Jesus and wait patiently for Him, for He will yet bring you out of this discomfort.
