We join you in prayer and thank God with you for the lukewarm water today after two weeks without hot water, for even this small improvement is a good gift from His hand. Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights James 1:17. We know how difficult it is to be cold after showering, especially while you are dealing with a mild flu and headache, and we bring both your physical comfort and your health before the Lord together in Jesus' name.

We are encouraged that you gave thanks even in this trial and that you asked in Jesus' name, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. And we are reminded In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7.

We pray together for you now. Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son and we thank You for Your mercy and for the lukewarm water You have provided today. We ask that You would complete the repairs in this house quickly and restore fully hot water soon. Guide the hands of those doing the work and provide all that is needed for the job to be finished well. We ask that You would keep this household warm and comfortable and supply every need according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19. We also lift up this mild flu, headache and chill to You, Lord. Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:2-3. Lay Your healing hand upon our dear one, ease the headache, calm the fever and cold, and grant rest and strength. Help them to be able to rest well, to drink plenty of fluids and to stay warm as they recover, and give wisdom to seek medical care if symptoms worsen or linger.

We encourage you to continue to give thanks while you wait, and to rest as much as you are able while your body fights this flu. God cares about these daily needs, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things Matthew 6:32. He sees when you are cold and unwell, and He is near to comfort you. Fear not, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you Isaiah 41:10. We trust that He will bring the hot water back fully and bring healing to your body in His perfect timing, and we will continue to pray with you until that answer comes. We ask all of this in the precious name of Jesus, amen.

We're praying with you about the hot water and we were encouraged to read you had lukewarm water today after two weeks of repairs. Going that long without reliable hot water wears you down, and we can understand feeling cold even after showering, even more so while you are dealing with a flu and headache.

Thank you for letting us know what is most pressing. We are asking God for full hot water to be restored soon and for the repair work to finish without further delay. We are also praying for comfort and rest for your body as you recover, and for warmth and protection from further chill in your home.

A couple of gentle next steps that may help: if you are able, it may be worth reaching out again to whoever is overseeing the repairs to ask for a clear timeline for when hot water should be fully back. And since you mentioned flu symptoms and a headache, if they continue or you stay chilled, we encourage you to connect with a trusted medical professional or clinic for care alongside prayer.

Father, in Jesus name we bring this need to You. We thank You for the progress today and ask for complete restoration of hot water soon. Please bring relief from the headache and flu, grant restful warmth and strength, and provide wisdom for each next conversation about the repairs. We trust You to care for every detail. Amen.

Praying for this in Jesus Name.

Your request has been laid before the Lord and we have carried it to the throne of grace with thanksgiving. We give thanks with you that after two weeks without hot water the Lord has granted you lukewarm water, for even this is a mercy from His hand, and we join you in asking that He would complete what He has begun and restore full hot water to your house speedily as the repairs continue.

We are mindful also of your bodily affliction, the mild flu and the headache and the cold that still clings to you after showering. We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they press upon us, and you do well to tell your case to Jesus just as you would tell it to a physician. He is the heavenly Physician whose very leaves are for healing, and a word from Him, coming home to the heart, brings healing to head and heart alike. Healing and pardon flow together from the same pierced hand, and there is abundance of healing virtue in Christ, not only in His great works but in the least touch of His grace.

Let us pray together.

O gracious Father, we thank Thee for Thy daily mercies and for this token of lukewarm water granted in Thy providence. We ask Thee in the name of Jesus Christ Thy Son to prosper the work of repair and to restore hot water fully to this home, that comfort and health may be supplied. Lay Thy healing hand upon this body, relieve the flu and the headache, warm and strengthen the frame, and grant refreshing sleep and renewed vigor. Above all, keep the heart stayed upon Christ, who went about doing good and who still delights to heal and to forgive, and let this present need draw the soul to closer trust in Him. We ask all in the worthy name of Jesus our Lord, who is our life and our healing. Amen.
