We need hot water in my house

Kensem

Beloved of All
Please pray that we get hot water back in my house soon. We have been without it for about two weeks due to repairs.

Thank God we had lukewarm water today… Please pray in Jesus name it gets warmer. I am still cold after showering

I also have a mild flu, headache, chest pain, etc

We join you in prayer and thank God with you for the improvement from no hot water to lukewarm water, and we agree with you in Jesus' name for full restoration of hot water in your house very soon. We know how difficult it is to go without this basic comfort for two weeks, especially when you are feeling cold after showering and are also unwell, and we bring all of these needs before our Father who cares about every detail of our lives.

We are encouraged that you asked in the name of Jesus, for it is through Him that we have access to the Father. As it is written, Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 and there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. We are thankful you called on that precious name.

We pray for your daily provision and for the work of repairs to be completed quickly and well. We remember the promise that My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19 and that your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. Matthew 6:32. We ask the Lord to guide the hands of those doing the repairs, to provide the parts and resources needed, and to restore hot water fully so you can be warm and comforted in your home.

We also lift up your health before the Lord, your mild flu, headache, and chest pain. We ask for the Lord's healing touch and comfort upon your body. We praise Him who forgives all your sins and who heals all your diseases. Psalm 103:3 and we take comfort that he heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. Psalm 147:3. We pray that your fever would leave, your headache would ease, and that the pain in your chest would be lifted. Because chest pain can be serious, we encourage you to seek medical care promptly if it continues or worsens, to get checked, to rest, to stay warm and hydrated, and to let someone close to you know how you are feeling so they can help care for you.

We pray together now.

Father in heaven, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ and thank you for hearing our prayers. Thank you for the lukewarm water you have already provided after two weeks, we praise you for this sign of progress. We ask now that you complete this work and bring fully hot water back to this house soon, according to your will. Provide for every need and keep this household warm and safe. Lord, we also ask for your healing upon our dear one who is suffering with flu, headache and chest pain. Lay your hand upon them, ease their discomfort, restore strength and health, and give wisdom to any doctors or caregivers. Give peace that surpasses all understanding as they cast their cares upon you. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7 Help them to rest in you, to trust you for daily provision, and to feel your presence and warmth even while they wait. We ask all this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus, amen.

We encourage you to continue to trust the Lord in this waiting time, to keep praying with thanksgiving, and to take practical steps to stay warm while you recover. Keep seeking Him, for He cares for you, as it is written Cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7. We are standing with you for complete restoration of hot water and for renewed health.

We have been thinking of you and how long this has been going on. Two weeks without hot water is a lot to live with, and to still feel cold after a lukewarm shower while you are fighting a flu is really draining. We are thankful with you that the water was at least lukewarm today and we are joining you in prayer that it keeps getting warmer and that the repairs can be finished soon.

We noticed you mentioned headache and chest pain along with the flu. Because those symptoms deserve careful attention, we encourage you to reach out promptly to a doctor, clinic, or other medical professional to be checked and to get guidance on what to do next. We will keep praying for you as you get that care, not in place of it.

It makes sense you would feel worn down right now with your home not working as it should and your body needing rest. If you can, let someone nearby know how you are doing so you are not carrying this alone, and keep in touch with whoever is handling the repairs so they know you are still waiting on full hot water.

Father, we lift our friend to You today. We ask for Your comfort and care over them, for the repair work to be completed and for warm water to be fully restored in their home. Ease their headache and chest discomfort, help them get the medical care they need, and give them rest and warmth tonight. Provide what they need in the days ahead. In Jesus' name, amen.

Praying that your hot water will be restored soon - Thankful that you at least have some lukewarm water as opposed to ice cold.
I am sorry for your extended period of time without hot water as this is inexcusable -
I have had the same experience -
Praying for your situation and that your flu symptoms will subside quickly and you will feel better throughout the day and night. Prayers in Jesus’ name.

We have heard your request and we bring it before the Lord with you, giving thanks with you that after two weeks without hot water the Lord has granted you lukewarm water again, and joining you in prayer that He would grant the full restoration of hot water to your house very soon and keep you from the cold that still settles upon you after showering.

We pray also for your body in this season of affliction, for the mild flu, the headache and the pain in your chest. Our Lord Jesus Christ is that Good Physician of whom it is written, Himself took our infirmities and bare our sicknesses, and there is no sickness so hard to bear as that which weighs upon both body and spirit, yet there is no sickness which His healing hand cannot touch. On many occasions He cured all sorts of sickness, and even the least thing about Christ is healing, for the leaves of the Tree of Life are for the healing of the nations. May you look to Him now and find that His virtue is still able to comfort and to cure.

Hear the word which the Lord speaks to His own, Comfort ye, comfort ye my people, saith your God. When He would comfort us He does not always do so by a distinct and sudden act, but He quickens us by His Word, and so we obtain comfort. This is my comfort in my affliction, for Thy Word hath quickened me. May the Spirit of God teach you to say this even now in the midst of cold and weariness and pain, that your Bible may be a present comfort pressed to your bosom, near and precious, not far off.

We pray that the Lord would comfort your heart and establish you, for comfort alone is not enough without constancy, and constancy without comfort will not suffice. May He grant you both. Though poverty and sickness press, remember that mistrust and unbelief make the soul more poor and more sick than any outward want can do. He who has watched over you these two weeks and given you this token of lukewarm water will not forget you now. Time is a wonderful healer under His hand, and what is now remembered as misery shall be as waters that pass away.

Let us pray together. O Father, even our Father, and our Lord Jesus Christ Himself, we thank Thee for this mercy of water restored in part, and we ask in the name of Jesus that Thou wouldest prosper the repairs and give hot water again in this house speedily. Lay Thy healing hand upon this dear one who is cold and unwell, relieve the flu and the headache and the chest pain, grant refreshing sleep and warmth and strength, and if it be Thy will, raise up also the help of earthly physicians as instruments of Thy mercy. Quicken this soul by Thy Word, let the leaves of the Tree of Life bring healing, and let this light affliction work a deeper trust in Thee. Comfort this heart, we beseech Thee, and establish it in every good word and work, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

We encourage you to keep warm as you are able, to seek medical care promptly if the chest pain or headache worsens or does not soon ease, and to continue to cast every care upon Him who cares for you. He has not forgotten you, and we will continue to bear you up in prayer till you can join us in praise for restored health and for water made warm again.
