We come before the throne of grace with this urgent cry for spiritual warfare, standing firm in the authority of Jesus Christ, the Name above all names. The battle you describe is not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, powers, and rulers of darkness in high places (Ephesians 6:12). We take up the full armor of God, truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God, to stand against these forces of evil.

First, we must address the foundation of our prayers. It is only through the blood of Jesus Christ, the Son of the living God, that we have access to the Father. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not surrendered your life to Jesus, confessed Him as Lord, and believed in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, we urge you to do so now. Salvation is the first and most critical step in spiritual warfare, for without Christ, we have no authority to rebuke the enemy.

Now, we stand with you in prayer, declaring the power of Jesus’ name over every occultist agent, marine spirit, and kingdom of darkness that has risen against you. The Lord is a warrior, and His name is Yahweh (Exodus 15:3). We rebuke every spirit of theft, witchcraft, and oppression operating in your workplace, finances, and personal life. Let the plagues of Egypt come upon them as you have declared, for the Word says in Exodus 22:18, “You shall not allow a sorceress to live.” The Lord will judge those who practice witchcraft and idolatry.

We pray that every stolen blessing, your money, your identification, your peace, be restored to you sevenfold, as the Lord promises in Proverbs 6:31. Let the blood of Jesus cover you and your household, just as the blood on the doorposts protected the Israelites from the destroyer (Exodus 12:13). We declare that every fetish, sanctuary, and stronghold of the enemy be burned to ashes, reduced to dust, and scattered by the wind of the Holy Spirit. The Lord will consume them with fire from heaven, as He did to the prophets of Baal (1 Kings 18:38).

We stand on the promises of Psalm 35, crying out for the Lord to contend with those who contend with you and fight against those who fight against you. Let them be put to shame and dishonor who seek your life! Let them be turned back and confounded who devise evil against you! Let them be like chaff before the wind, with the angel of the Lord driving them away (Psalm 35:4-5). We declare that every enemy of yours will become your footstool, as the Lord has promised (Psalm 110:1). Let them be forced to labor and repay all they have stolen from you, for the Lord loves justice (Isaiah 61:8).

We also pray for your workplace, that the Lord would expose every hidden work of darkness and bring it into the light. Let the fear of the Lord fall upon every worker of iniquity, and let them flee from your presence (Proverbs 16:7). We declare that the marine spirit and every spirit of the water be bound and cast into the abyss, for the Lord has given us authority to trample on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19).

Finally, we pray for your protection and provision. The Lord is your refuge and fortress, your God in whom you trust (Psalm 91:2). We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). May the Lord bless you and keep you; may He make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you; may He lift up His countenance upon you and give you peace (Numbers 6:24-26).

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the King of kings and Lord of lords, who has already won the victory on the cross. Amen.

We hear how overwhelming and exhausting this battle feels, the fear, the anger, and the sense of being targeted. When you’re this worn down, it can feel like you have to fight every enemy alone. But we’ve found that spiritual warfare was never meant to be a solo fight. Even the strongest believer needs others to stand with them in prayer, to bring wisdom and steadiness when everything inside is raging.

It might help to remember that God’s justice doesn’t need our vengeance to be complete. He sees what’s hidden, and He knows how to protect and restore without us carrying the weight of pronouncing judgment. That doesn’t mean the pain or the real thefts don’t matter, they do. But locking ourselves into a posture of wrath can exhaust the very soul we’re trying to guard.

So our strongest encouragement is this: don’t keep walking this road alone. Find a mature pastor or a prayer team you trust, people who can pray through every layer of this with you over time. Deliverance and protection aren’t quick fixes; they unfold in community, with others who can help you discern what’s really happening and hold up your arms when
you’re too tired to stand.

Lord Jesus, we lift up this weary one to You. Surround them with Your shield and set a guard over their mind and heart. Expose any real schemes of darkness, and bring to light whatever has been hidden, including any financial or personal loss, so that what’s broken can be made right. Give them wise, steady companions to walk this out with them, and anchor their spirit in Your peace, not in fear or fury. We trust You to fight for them as only You can. In Your name, Amen.

He that has no money; come, buy, and eat. I am without money." Then to you the word of this salvation is sent, "He that has no money, come, buy, and eat." The blessings of Divine Grace must be given "without money and without price," for we have no money or price to bring. Under the artificial conditions of civilization scarcely anything comes to us of itself, but must be bought with money.

The Cross of Christ is sometimes put in Scripture for the life which is the result of faith in Christ. What kind of life should that be? Well, first, a life of self-denial. These are "the enemies of the Cross of Christ." But there are certain persons who live solely to hoard and scrape and get money that they may grow rich and grind everybody else to pieces in the process. I believe that such people are the worst "enemies of the Cross of Christ." When the devil is in the pulpit, he is a devil!

The farmer brands his tools that they may not be stolen. They are his. The shepherd marks his sheep that they may be recognized as belonging to his flock. The king himself puts his broad arrow upon everything that is his property. The Holy Spirit should stoop from heaven to become a comforter of disconsolate spirits.

We do not like groans: our ears are much too delicate to tolerate such dreary sounds; but not so the great Father of spirits. A Methodist brother cries, "Amen," and you say, "I cannot bear such Methodistic noise"; no, but if it comes from the man's heart God can bear it.

This early combat with the savage beast was intended by God to let Samson know his strength, when under the influence of the Spirit, and to train him for his future combats with Israel's enemies.

We are now capable of a joy which unfallen spirits could not have known, the bliss of pardoned sin, the Heaven of deep conscious obligation to eternal mercy! Those who have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb will be nearer and dearer to Him and He will be nearer and dearer to them than all the ministering spirits before the Throne of God, for He took upon Him our Nature and not theirs! Glory be unto You, O Christ!

This is not the prayer of a disciple of the Crucified. You call down scourges and oceans of blood upon those you name enemies, yet what do you gain by entangling yourself in such mischief? The slanderer, the schemer, the one who curses, does not first harm his target but himself. Evil stops with no one; it wastes the doer, eating him from within and making him an object of loathing. You think your money and ID cards have been stolen by agents of darkness, but look: has not the love of these very things perhaps opened a door to this conflict? Every conflict springs from the things of this life, covetousness, envy, vainglory. If they have wronged you, stolen what you hold dear, let them not also steal your heavenly treasure. What they take is of earth; it is no loss to the soul unless you let bitterness and vengeance become your masters.

Hear the apostle: “If he hath wronged thee at all, or oweth thee ought, put that on my account.” He did not cry out for the thief to be scourged or his sanctuary burned to ashes. He sought restoration, not destruction. You quote the plagues of Egypt, yet you forget that Pharaoh’s own hardness brought those signs, and God alone is the righteous judge. Will you, a sinner, call down such judgment? Do you not know that we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual wickedness? Our warfare is not with curses and imprecations but with the armor of righteousness, the shield of faith, the sword of the Spirit. To pray for the death and humiliation of another is to fight on the enemy’s side.

Consider Ananias: he kept back what was consecrated, and fear fell upon all. The apostles did not pray for his blood; God Himself executed judgment. If these occultists have truly stolen, leave them to God. Your duty is to examine your own heart. Has the root of love of money made you cling so tightly to what perishes that now you are ready to act as a destroyer? Repent of this prayer. Turn your warfare against the passions within, greed, wrath, pride, and pray for those who persecute you. The true victory is not in seeing them crushed underfoot but in seeing them converted, the stolen things restored not by their forced labor but by a changed heart. The Devil wants you to become like those you hate; Christ commands you to bless, that you may be children of your Father in heaven. So lay aside these fiery darts, and seek the peace that surpasses all understanding.

The fear and anger behind this request are real, and I do not dismiss what has been stolen or the sense of being targeted. But the first correction Scripture makes is that this war is not fundamentally against people or workplace rivals. It is against spiritual powers. Because the battle is spiritual, it cannot be fought with carnal weapons. Calling down plagues and bloodshed may feel like spiritual warfare, but that is still a fleshly response, and it hands the enemy an advantage by pulling you into the same hatred he uses.

The weapons God has given are prayer, faith, the word of God, and the name of Jesus. They are mighty through God for pulling down strongholds. The decisive battle was already fought at the cross. There Jesus disarmed the rulers and authorities and triumphed over them openly. So we do not fight to gain victory. We resist from the victory he has already won.

That changes how we pray. The psalms you mention show David laying his cause before the Lord. He said, Contend, O Lord, with those who contend with me. He did not take up his own sword or pronounce his own curses. He asked God to be the Judge. Romans 12 tells us to bless and not curse, and to leave room for the wrath of God, because vengeance belongs to him. I cannot join you in praying for bloodshed. That is not the spirit of Christ. But I can and will join you in asking the Lord to expose every hidden work, silence every lying spirit, break the power of the enemy, and restore what has been stolen. God is a restorer. He can recover money, identity, peace, and even years the enemy has eaten.

Let this be your warfare: bring the matter to the Judge, plead the victory of Jesus, and ask the Holy Spirit to make you sensitive to what is truly spiritual attack so you do not fight against flesh and blood. I am praying that God will guard your identity and finances, protect you at your workplace, and cause whatever is hidden in darkness to be exposed. Do not reach for the enemy's weapons. Stand in the victory of Jesus, and let him repay, let him restore, and let him fight for you.
