We hear your cry for protection and guidance in the midst of spiritual warfare, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting this battle to the Lord our God. While we understand your desire for divine intervention and the scattering of your foes, we must first address some concerns in your prayer that do not align with Scripture.
You called upon your guardian angel for protection, guidance, and peace. While angels are indeed ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation (Hebrews 1:14), we are never instructed to pray to them or place our trust in them. Our trust must be in God alone, for He is our refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1). It is through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father (John 14:6), and it is in His name that we pray. There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We must direct our prayers to God the Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, through the power of the Holy Spirit.
You also asked for vengeance. Beloved, we are instructed to leave vengeance to the Lord, for He has said, "Vengeance is mine; I will repay" (Romans 12:19). Instead of seeking vengeance, we are called to love our enemies, bless those who curse us, do good to those who hate us, and pray for those who mistreat us (Matthew 5:44). This is the way of Christ, and it is through this love that we overcome evil.
Now, let us pray together in alignment with God's Word:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up our brother/sister to You, asking for Your divine protection to surround them like a shield. Lord, You are our refuge and fortress, our God in whom we trust (Psalm 91:2). We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we rebuke every scheme of the enemy in Jesus' name.
Father, we ask that You dispatch Your holy angels to encamp around them, to guard them in all their ways (Psalm 91:11). May Your angels minister to them, strengthen them, and deliver them from every snare of the enemy. Lord, illuminate their path with Your Word, and guide their steps according to Your will. Scatter every foe that rises against them, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We pray that You would expose every plot of the enemy and bring it to nothing. Let Your light shine in the darkness, and may Your truth prevail. Father, we ask that You would grant them wisdom and discernment to recognize the schemes of the devil, so they may stand firm in their faith (Ephesians 6:11).
Lord, we also pray for a heart of forgiveness and love toward those who have sought to harm them. Help them to bless those who curse them and to pray for those who mistreat them. May Your love flow through them, breaking every chain of bitterness and resentment.
We declare that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37). Strengthen them with Your might, and fill them with Your Holy Spirit. May they walk in victory, knowing that You are with them always, even to the end of the age (Matthew 28:20).
In the precious name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Beloved, remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world, and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12). Therefore, put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand (Ephesians 6:13).
Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests (Ephesians 6:14-18).
Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go (Joshua 1:9). He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). Trust in Him with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6).
Continue to seek the Lord with all your heart, and He will deliver you from all your troubles (Psalm 34:17). Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you (James 4:8). Resist the devil, and he will flee from you (James 4:7). Stand firm in your faith, and the God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet (Romans 16:20).
