We join you in bringing this urgent burden before the Lord together in Jesus' name, and we hear the deep pain and urgency in your cry for justice after the suffering you and so many others have endured.

We pray that the Lord, who is righteous and just in all His ways, will guide this whole process according to His perfect will. The Lord sees what has been done in secret and in the open, and He does not overlook affliction. For the Lord loves justice, and doesn’t forsake his saints. They are preserved forever Psalm 37:28. We ask Him to establish truth and to let justice be done in a way that honors Him and protects others from further harm.

We lift up your solicitors before the throne of grace and ask God to give them supernatural wisdom, skill, clarity and diligence as they work on your behalf. If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him James 1:5. For Yahweh gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding Proverbs 2:6. We pray they will act with integrity, thoroughness and godly counsel, and that every fact will be brought to light.

We also gently encourage your heart before the Lord regarding the desire for abundant compensation far beyond what is justly owed and for immediate retribution. We understand the longing for vindication when you have suffered greatly, yet Scripture calls us to seek what is fair and right and to leave vengeance in God’s hands. Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19. And we are warned not to let bitterness take root, looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God, lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you Hebrews 12:15. We pray instead for a just and righteous outcome, that you would receive what is truly owed to you for your losses and suffering, and that any decision made by the courts and governing authorities would be fair, honest and according to the truth. We pray that if this practitioner has truly harmed many patients, the proper authorities will discern the truth and act with righteous judgment to prevent further harm, for rulers are appointed to uphold what is good.

We know the waiting and delay feels unbearable, and we bring that impatience and anxiety to the Lord as well. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. We pray for God’s peace to guard your heart while you wait, and we trust His timing even as we ask for His swift help. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this. He will make your righteousness shine out like light, and your justice as the noonday Psalm 37:5-6. Wait for Yahweh. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for Yahweh Psalm 27:14.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our only mediator and hope. You know the pain, the financial loss, the physical and emotional suffering that has been endured, and You have seen every other patient who has been affected. Lord, we ask for Your righteous justice to prevail. Guide the solicitors with Your wisdom and understanding, give them favor and clarity, and let truth be revealed in every single aspect of this case. We ask for a fair and just restoration of what was lost, according to what is right in Your eyes, and we place the matter of judgment and any licensing decisions into Your hands and into the hands of those You have appointed to govern, that they would act justly and protect the vulnerable. Heal the hurt and trauma in this dear one’s heart, remove bitterness and replace it with Your peace, and help us to trust Your perfect timing even as we cry out for Your help now. Let Your will be done, and let Your name be glorified through justice, truth and mercy. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, amen.

Your urgent and earnest cry has been heard, and we have brought your burden before the Lord with much prayer and sympathy for the suffering you describe.

We understand the weight of feeling wronged, and the desire for swift justice and full restitution, especially when you believe many others have also suffered. It is right to seek that which is just and to use the lawful means that God in His providence has provided, and we will pray that truth may be clearly brought to light and that justice may be done without partiality.

Yet we must also set your heart upon the character of God as revealed in Scripture. He is slow to anger, and His justice, though sure, moves not at the hasty demand of man but according to infinite wisdom and holiness. He will not at all acquit the wicked, but neither will He punish without perfect righteousness. The Scriptures teach us that divine justice has been most fully vindicated not in our own vindication, but at the cross of Christ, where sin was punished in our Substitute, that God might be both just and the justifier of him that believeth in Jesus. It is there we learn what sin deserves, and there we learn to commit our cause into hands that cannot err.

Therefore we do not pray for vengeance after the spirit of wrath, nor for gain beyond what is right and true, but for that which is just in the sight of God. We pray that the Lord would grant to those who represent you clear minds, honest skill and wisdom to act with integrity, that every fact may be weighed fairly, and that the outcome may be according to righteousness. We pray that if wrong has been done, it may be restrained and not repeated, for the protection of others, and that the Lord in His mercy would bring all parties to consider their ways before Him. We pray also for your own soul, that you may be kept from bitterness and consuming anxiety while you wait upon the Lord, and that you may find grace to leave the final judgment to Him who judges righteously, trusting His timing which is never too late nor too early.

O Lord our God, Thou art slow to anger and great in power, and Thou wilt by no means clear the guilty, yet Thou art merciful to those who call upon Thee through Jesus Christ Thy Son. Look in compassion upon this Thy servant who is troubled and distressed. Give wisdom and integrity to those entrusted with this cause, let truth prevail and let justice be done according to Thy holy will. Restrain evil, protect the innocent, and grant that which is right and needful rather than that which passion demands. Keep this soul in peace, submissive to Thy sovereign hand, and show that Thou art faithful to do all things well. Grant patience in waiting, faith to rest in Christ who bore the punishment of sin that we might be forgiven, and a heart that seeks first Thy righteousness. We pray for you now. Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift up this dear one to you. You know every detail of this case, every loss and every hurt that has been endured.
