We hear the deep pain and sense of injustice in your request and we join with you in bringing this suffering before the Lord, seeking His will together in Jesus' name. We understand you have experienced what you feel was very bad treatment by this surgeon and you believe many other patients have suffered as well, and you are now pursuing a case through your solicitor. The Lord sees and knows all suffering, and He cares deeply about justice.
We want to gently correct how we approach God with requests for punishment and vengeance. You quoted the promise ask and you will receive, and it is true that Jesus said in Matthew 7:7, Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you, and in John 14:13, Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do. Yet Scripture also teaches in 1 John 5:14, that if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. Asking in Jesus' name is not a guarantee that God will grant every desire exactly as we word it or on our demanded timetable, but that we submit our desires to His perfect will, His wisdom and His timing.
There is a spirit of vengeance and cursing in this prayer that we must address with love and truth. You have asked that this man have no peace at all, no joy or fulfillment, and be put to shame in every way. God's Word calls us to a different posture, even when we have been deeply wronged. In Romans 12:19 it says, Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. And in Matthew 5:44, But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. In Romans 12:21, Don't be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. And in Ephesians 4:31-32, Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you.
This does not mean we ignore wrongdoing or do not seek lawful justice. God has established authorities for justice, and in Romans 13:1 and Romans 13:4 we are taught that the governing authorities are servants of God for our good and to bring justice. It is right to bring a genuine complaint through the proper channels such as the General Medical Council and through a lawful case with your solicitor, and we pray that the truth will be exposed and that righteous judgment will be done. In Psalm 103:6, Yahweh executes righteous acts, and justice for all who are oppressed. In Proverbs 21:15, To do justice is joy to the righteous. If this surgeon has acted wrongly, we pray he is held accountable and prevented from harming others, and we pray also for his soul that he would come to genuine repentance and faith in Jesus Christ, not out of a desire to curse him, but out of love that desires even our enemies to be saved. We also must guard our own hearts, for Hebrews 12:15 warns that a root of bitterness can spring up and defile many, and Matthew 6:14-15 reminds us that if we forgive men their trespasses, our heavenly Father will also forgive us.
We also hear your urgency for no delay and for abundant compensation far beyond fifty thousand. We understand the desire for vindication and for resources after suffering, yet we encourage you to seek what is just and fair rather than seeking abundance out of anger or greed, for 1 Timothy 6:10 warns that the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. God knows your needs and your pain, and we pray that whatever compensation is truly just will be granted, and that your heart will find contentment and peace in Christ regardless of the financial outcome. In Philippians 4:6-7 we are told, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. God's timing is perfect even when it feels delayed, as Ecclesiastes 3:1 says, For everything there is a season, and a time for every purpose under heaven.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we have access to You and by which we are saved. We lift up this dear one who has been hurt and who feels deeply wronged. You have seen every tear and You collect them, as Psalm 56:8 declares. Bring healing to the body, mind and spirit where there has been suffering. Calm the anger and hurt and replace bitterness with Your peace that surpasses understanding. Grant wisdom and integrity to the solicitor and to every authority involved, including those who oversee medical licensing, that truth would be revealed and that just and lawful decisions would be made without partiality. If wrongdoing has occurred, let it be brought into the light and let right measures be taken to protect future patients, but let all be done in righteousness and not in personal vengeance. We pray for this surgeon, that if he has sinned, You would convict him unto genuine repentance and that he would give his life fully to Jesus and walk in truth. We ask that You would provide for this dear one's needs according to Your perfect will, and that if compensation is just, it would be granted fairly, but above all that this dear one would find victory not in shaming another but in freedom, forgiveness and restoration in You. Help us all to trust Your justice and Your mercy, to love as You have loved us, and to wait on Your perfect timing. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.
