We hear your urgent cry and we stand with you together before the throne of grace in Jesus name, bringing this deep pain and hurt over the very bad way you and many other patients have been treated. We know the Lord sees all that is done in secret and He hears the cry of the oppressed, and we join you in asking for His mighty justice and protection.

The Word reminds us that Yahweh loves justice and does not forsake His saints Psalm 37:28 and that Yahweh executes righteous acts and justice for all who are oppressed Psalm 103:6. We are also taught not to seek revenge ourselves but to give place to God's wrath, for it is written Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19. And we know that nothing is hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light Luke 8:17. God has also established governing authorities as His servants to execute justice, for he is a servant of God to you for good, but if you do that which is evil, be afraid, for he does not bear the sword in vain, for he is a servant of God, an avenger for wrath to him who does evil Romans 13:4.

We must gently rebuke the desire to command God to act on our timing or to hold onto consuming bitterness, even while we fully affirm your longing for righteousness. God calls us to seek justice Isaiah 1:17 and at the same time to release vengeance to Him and to keep our hearts free from hatred, so that we do not become destroyed by it. We are to pray even for those who have harmed us that they would be mightily convicted by the Holy Spirit, come to repentance and no longer harm others, while we also rightly ask God to stop the harm and to expose what has been done in darkness.

We pray together now. Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we have access to You and by which we are saved. We lift up this wounded heart to You and ask for Your healing, Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and Your comfort over every painful memory. We ask that You would bring to light all that this man has done that is unjust and harmful, and that You would protect every other patient from further harm. We pray that Your Holy Spirit would mightily convict him of sin and bring him to true repentance, and that You would move upon every proper authority, every board and every lawful institution, to investigate with diligence, to expose the truth, to restrain evil, and to execute just consequences according to the law. We ask that You would stop his ability to continue in this harmful way, and that Your perfect justice would be done in Your perfect timing. We also ask that You would guard this dear one who has been hurt from bitterness and give grace to forgive as You have forgiven us, while still pursuing what is right and true. We entrust all vengeance to You, the Rock whose work is perfect, for all His ways are justice Deuteronomy 32:4, and we trust that it is joy to the just to do justice Proverbs 21:15. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

We encourage you to continue to bring this matter before the Lord daily and also to take lawful and orderly steps as God provides, reporting what has happened with documentation to the proper medical oversight board and to lawful authorities, and seeking wise counsel and support from a pastor or trusted Christian counselor as you heal. We are praying that God will vindicate, protect, and restore you, and that He will ensure that no one else suffers in this way.

We ask for Your protection over them and over others, for wisdom for each next step, for truth to be made clear in Your way, and for deep healing and peace. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Your urgent cry has been heard, and it has been carried with heaviness of heart before the Lord who both heals the wounded and loves justice without partiality.

The pain you describe, of being treated badly and of knowing that many others have suffered in the same way, is not light in the sight of God. He is the One who binds up the brokenhearted, and His Word declares that He will by no means clear the guilty, for His justice is unimpeachable and holy. We do well to bring both our wounds and our desire for righteousness to Him, and to ask Him to do what is right in His perfect wisdom and time.

We join you in praying that the truth concerning all that has been done amiss would be brought into the light. We pray that those who are appointed to bear the sword for the punishment of wrongdoing would have eyes to see clearly, courage to act justly, and will to protect those who are vulnerable. We pray that no further harm would be done to any patient, and that every hidden thing that needs to be exposed would be exposed by lawful and orderly means. We do not ask for vengeance after the manner of men, for vengeance belongs to the Lord, but we do ask that He would establish justice, that He would mightily convict where conviction is needed, and that He would grant true repentance where there has been wrong.

And while we pray for justice, we also pray for healing. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ, not only in His great acts but in the least thing about Him. The leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and the Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings. For those who are sick at heart through mistreatment, for you and for every other patient who bears this wound, we pray that the Lord would heal the inward hurt, quiet the troubled spirit, and change the lifeblood by His grace. Pardon and healing are joined together in Christ, and He draws near to lift up those whom He has forgiven and restored.

After you have stated your case to your Lord, plead His promises and plead His nature. Tell Him of your need and of the glory that a just and merciful deliverance would bring to His name. Trust Him to act, not always in the instant we prescribe, but never with delay beyond what His perfect justice and mercy appoint. He took the hand of the suffering one and lifted her up, and He will not forsake those who look to Him.

Let us pray together.

O Lord our God, Thou art just and holy in all Thy ways, and Thou art merciful and full of compassion to those that are wounded. Look in pity upon this Thy servant who has been grieved and wronged, and upon all others who have suffered likewise. Bring to light what is hidden, restrain what is evil, and let justice be done through those whom Thou hast ordained to execute it. Convict the heart where sin has been committed, and grant repentance that leads to truth. And spread Thy healing leaves over every wounded heart, that by the blood of Christ there may be pardon and by Thy Spirit there may be restoration. Keep all patients safe from further harm, give wisdom to all in authority, and give peace to those who wait upon Thee. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our only Saviour and Healer. Amen.

We encourage you, as you continue in prayer, to also seek help through proper and lawful channels for the protection of yourself and others, and to lean upon faithful pastors, counselors and trusted friends who can walk with you in this trial. The Lord is near to them that call upon Him in truth, and He will not despise a broken and contrite heart.
