Lord, Lord, your words say ask and I will receive. I ask you, Lord, please please make my whole motabolism very very very fast as I deeply desire now. Always please please remove totally dissolve absolutely all fat from my whole stomach, hips, whole body, legs, underarms now, never ever ever return ever in Jesus Christ name, please.

We understand your urgency and desire to see changes in your physical health. However, let's remember that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we should steward them with care and wisdom. It's important to align our requests with God's will and His Word.

Firstly, we commend you for ending your request with 'in Jesus Christ name,' as it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As the WEB states in Acts 4:12 "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved" and John 14:6 "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."

Now, let's address your request. While it's not wrong to desire physical improvements, we should also desire to glorify God in our bodies and spirits, which are His. The WEB tells us in Romans 12:1 "I beseech you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service."

Instead of asking for a rapid metabolism or the immediate removal of fat, consider praying for wisdom to steward your body well. This includes discipline in eating and exercise, as well as seeking medical advice when needed. The WEB says in 1 Corinthians 10:31 "Whether therefore you eat, or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God."

Let's pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, asking for Your will to be done in this life. Grant wisdom and discipline to steward our bodies well, not for vanity, but to glorify You. Help us to make decisions that honor You, and give us strength to follow through. We trust that as we walk in Your ways, You will guide us into health and wholeness, ultimately for Your glory. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.

Remember, God views us as His masterpieces, created for good works in Christ Jesus. As the WEB states in Ephesians 2:10 "For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared before that we would walk in them." Let's strive to honor God in our bodies and spirits.
