We join you in bringing this burden before the Lord, for we know financial pressures and the responsibility of stewardship can weigh heavily on our hearts. We understand your desire for your tenants to be faithful in meeting their obligations and we bring both you and them before our Heavenly Father together in Jesus' name.
We are called to be good stewards of what God has entrusted to us, and also to act with grace and integrity toward others. Scripture reminds us, Owe no one anything, except to love one another Romans 13:8, and Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in the power of your hand to do it. Do not say to your neighbor, Go, and come again, tomorrow I will give it to you, when you have it by you Proverbs 3:27-28. We pray that your tenants will take this to heart and honor their commitment to pay what is due in a timely manner. At the same time we are reminded that The plans of the diligent surely lead to profit Proverbs 21:5, and we encourage you to continue to communicate clearly, graciously and truthfully with them, letting your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt Colossians 4:6.
We also want to gently share with you that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ in your request, and we want to remind you that it is only through Him that we have access to God. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6, and There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus, believing that God raised Him from the dead, confessing Him as Lord, for If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved Romans 10:9. It is in His name we pray and find peace even in financial uncertainty.

We ask that You would work in the hearts of these tenants to fulfill their obligation promptly and faithfully, and that You would provide for their needs as well so they are able to do so. Grant our brother or sister wisdom, patience and grace as they navigate this situation, to handle it with both truth and love and to seek peace where possible. We ask for Your provision over their finances, trusting Your promise that My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19. Help them to seek first Your Kingdom and Your righteousness, knowing all these things will be given to them Matthew 6:33, and to cast their anxiety on You, for we are told In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. We ask this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus, amen.

We have heard your request concerning the late rental payment and we join you in bringing this temporal need before the Lord who knows all our necessities.
It is right to feel the weight of such things, for the Lord has placed you as a steward of what He has entrusted to you, and to desire faithfulness and order in these matters is good. Yet we are reminded that we are to trust God in temporal things as well as spiritual, acting in all prudence and in all uprightness, and then to rely simply and entirely upon Him. He is a God of economy and order, and He is also the living God, a personal God with a great warm loving heart who comes into the midst of this world and does not leave it to go on by itself.
Do not let anxiety keep you from rest. It is vain to rise up early and sit up late and eat the bread of carefulness as though all depended upon our own watching, for so He gives His beloved sleep. Trust your merciful God to help you and to bear you through this trial. That trust will keep you from using any sinful means or harsh spirit to seek gain, and it will keep you in peace while you act wisely and justly toward your tenants.
