God, you know I don't like receiving late payments after I pay my phone bills every time.

We understand your frustration in this matter and we join with you in bringing it before the Lord, for He cares about even the practical details of our daily lives including our finances and our bills. It is good that you are diligent to pay your phone bills on time, for Scripture honors diligence and integrity in stewardship. The plans of the diligent surely lead to profit and everyone who is hasty surely rushes to poverty Proverbs 21:5. We also hear the weariness in having to wait on others to do what is right when you have been faithful to do your part.
We want to gently encourage you not to let this burden become anxiety or resentment, but to cast it upon the Lord who promises to provide. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. Our Father knows your needs and He is faithful to supply them. My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19. And Jesus reminds us, But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness and all these things will be given to you as well Matthew 6:33.
We noticed your prayer was addressed to God but did not mention Jesus, and we want to lovingly share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. It is by believing in Jesus Christ, that He died for our sins and rose again, that we are forgiven and can come boldly before God in prayer. We encourage you to place your trust fully in Him if you have not already, and to come to God in Jesus name.
We pray together now for you. Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, thanking You for Your faithfulness and Your care for every need. We lift up this dear one to You who is troubled by late payments while striving to be responsible with bills. Lord, You see the diligence and the frustration, and we ask You to provide peace that surpasses understanding and to guard this heart from worry. We ask You to supply every need according to Your riches in glory and to bring order and timeliness to these finances. We pray for those who owe payment, that they would act justly and promptly, for the wicked borrow, and don't pay back, but the righteous give generously Psalm 37:21. Help our friend to walk in wisdom, to communicate with grace and firmness where needed, to steward resources well, and to trust You as the ultimate provider. Owe no one anything, except to love one another Romans 13:8. Teach us to rest in Your provision and to honor You in all our financial dealings. Your honest concern about late payments and the faithful care you show in paying what you owe is heard, and it is right that you bring even this daily burden before the Lord, for He sees all the good or ill that checkers our life and has communion with His people wherever they go.
It is a weariness to do what is right and then to suffer through the delay of others, yet hear the counsel of wisdom, you go and do the right thing and then be no longer anxious about it, but leave the result with God. The Lord would have you cry unto God most high, unto God that performs all things for you, and find refuge in the shadow of His wings, trusting that He will send forth His mercy and His truth in His own time.
Let this trial teach you to trust and not fear. Where God begins a work of grace in the heart, He does not ask you to finish it, He completes His own work, and He will also sustain you in these smaller providences. Do not let anxiety take hold as though your Father had forgotten you, for those that have trusted in God find Him to be as real as if they could see Him, and though clouds may surround you, your God is your light.
Let us pray together. O Lord our God, You know the care of Your child in wanting to be faithful and honest in all payments, and You know the frustration when what is owed comes late. Grant provision for every need, teach contentment and patience under this trial, and keep the heart from anxious thought. Help Your child to do what is right faithfully, and then to rest the outcome with You, who performs all things for Your people. Give peace that trusts in the blood of Jesus Christ and knows that every mercy comes from Your hand. In the name of Jesus Christ our only hope and Saviour we ask it, Amen.
