Has promised to honor trade in promotion value and restocking fee for sending me a phone with a defect, they told me to call back after I send my phone that I received with a defect. I am worried that they will give me a hard time. Please pray everything gets resolved without any complications.

We understand your concern about this situation, and we encourage you to trust in God's sovereignty over all matters, including this one. We are reminded in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB: "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

Firstly, let us address the absence of mentioning Jesus in this request. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God. And there is no other name by which we can be saved. Please see Acts 4:12.

Beloved, let us come before the Lord with your request, asking for His intervention and guidance.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing this challenging situation with Verizon. We ask, Lord, that You would intervene and ensure that the promise made to him/her is honored. We pray that the process will be smooth and without complications, and that Your peace would guard his/her heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

Father, we also pray for the individuals at Verizon who will be handling this case. We ask that You would soften their hearts and give them a spirit of compassion and fairness. We pray that they would act with integrity and honor their commitment.

Lord, we know that You are sovereign over all things, and that You care for us deeply. We ask that You would use this situation to draw our brother/sister closer to You, and to remind them of Your faithfulness.

We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

In the meantime, we encourage you to remain polite and patient as you follow up with Verizon.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
