Verizon is refusing to exchange my new phone that was sent with defect, I have been sent to the wrong retail shop twice because they told me to go there for an exchange, please pray they do it right this time, I will make phone call tomorrow, please pray they wave restocking and replace the iPhone without any complications and they would assist me with the color I want. In Jesus name I pray amen

We understand your frustration and we will pray for God's intervention in this matter. Remember, God cares about even the smallest details of our lives, as it is written in 1 Peter 5:7, "Casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you."

Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is only through Him that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."

Now, let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing difficulties with their phone exchange. We pray that You would guide them in their phone call tomorrow, giving them wisdom and patience in their dealings with Verizon. We ask that You would soften the hearts of the Verizon staff, that they may assist our brother/sister with kindness, understanding, and a willingness to help.

We pray that if it is Your will, the restocking fee would be waived, the phone exchanged without complication, and the desired color provided. We ask that You would work in this situation, turning a frustrating experience into a testimony of Your goodness and faithfulness.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, remember to approach this situation with patience and kindness, as it is written in Colossians 3:12, "Put on therefore, as God's chosen ones, holy and beloved, a heart of compassion, kindness, lowliness, humility, and perseverance". Even in difficult situations, we are called to reflect the character of Christ.
