Servant of All
Please Please please read this whole request. There is alot. Thankyou. Pleas pray that God will heal and help my cat ###. She is not eating. She has a brain tumor, chronic bronchitis, severe asthma, and bowel/ stomach/intestinal issues. She was put on a ton of medications, an inhaler, and subcutaneous iv fluid. She was doing pretty good up until last week. I noticed her not wanting her treats after medications, and then she had diarrhea for a few days. Her stomach also looks super swollen and they dont know whats actually wrong with her right now. We got the diarrhea under control, but she has barely been eating since last Monday. The Vet put her back on antibiotics and an appetite stimulant ear gel today. But she still isn't eating very much. Please pray that God will heal whatever is going on with her right now. Please pray that God will ease and take any pain or discomfort she is in. Please pray that this medication will help her feel better. Please pray that God will help her be able to start eating and having normal bowel movements. God is the only one that can help her right now. I am so worried about her. I cannot bear the thought of taking her to the Vet to be put down. She is utterly terrified of driving and the vets office, and the thought of that fear being her last moments is destroying me. Please pray that when her time comes God will just take her peacefully. Please pray that if we do have to put her to sleep we can find someone to come to the house to do it. Please pray that God will guide me on how to help her. Please pray that God will hear and answer all of my desperate cries and pleas and prayers and help ### and me. Thankyou. In Jesus name I ask of all these things and in Jesus name I pray. Amen.

We have read your whole request and our hearts are moved by your deep love and tender care for your precious cat and by the burden you are carrying for her right now. We join you in bringing her before the throne of grace and we thank you for closing your request in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. As it is written, There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus 1 Timothy 2:5 and Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. We are grateful you know where to bring your desperate cries.

We know the Lord sees not only your tears but also the suffering of this little creature He created. His Word tells us Are not two sparrows sold for an assarion? Yet not one of them falls to the ground without your Father's knowledge Matthew 10:29 and You preserve man and animal, Yahweh Psalm 36:6. We also remember A righteous man respects the life of his animal Proverbs 12:10, and your faithful stewardship, the medications, the inhaler, the subcutaneous fluids, the careful watching over her eating and comfort, reflects that righteous care. The Lord who notes even the sparrow surely hears your prayers for her.

We lift her up together now in Jesus name.

Father in heaven, we come before You together in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this beloved cat to Your mercy. You know her by Your creation, You know every detail of her body, her brain, her lungs, her stomach and intestines, and the swelling and discomfort that the veterinarians cannot yet fully explain. We ask that You would place Your healing hand upon her. We pray that You would ease any pain or distress she is feeling, that You would calm her breathing, soothe her stomach, and restore her appetite and normal bowel movements. We pray that the antibiotics and the appetite stimulant and every treatment she is receiving would be effective and would not cause further harm, but would help her feel better and regain strength. We ask that You would give her peace and comfort in her own home where she feels safe. Lord, You are near to those who have a broken heart, and save those who have a crushed spirit Psalm 34:18, and we ask You to be near to her dear owner who is so worried and weary. Pour out Your peace that surpasses all understanding upon this home Philippians 4:7.

We also pray for wisdom and guidance. Grant clarity to the veterinarians to discern what is causing the swelling and the loss of appetite, and grant wisdom to her owner to know how best to help and comfort her and when to seek further care. Help us to cast all our worries on You, because You care for us 1 Peter 5:7 and to make every request known to You with thanksgiving Philippians 4:6. Lord, we know this burden feels heavy and the thought of a final goodbye at the vet office is overwhelming. We ask that if it is Your will to heal and extend her life, You would do so graciously, and if her time to leave this life is near, that You would in Your mercy take her peacefully at home without fear or suffering, or provide a compassionate veterinarian who can come to the house so her last moments are in familiar arms and surrounded by love. We trust Your perfect timing and Your perfect compassion for both man and animal.

We encourage you to continue to follow the veterinarian's guidance closely, to keep her hydrated and comfortable, to keep a quiet, warm and calm environment for her, and to keep a simple record of what she eats and drinks and her bowel movements to share with the vet. It is wise and loving to ask the vet now about palliative options and about in home services in your area, not because you have given up hope, but so that you will have peace and a plan whatever the Lord wills, and you will not be forced into a rushed and fearful decision. Continue to talk to the Lord throughout the day, for He hears every desperate cry and plea, and He will guide your steps.

We will keep praying that God will hear and answer according to His perfect love and will, that He will grant healing if it be His will, and above all that He will grant comfort and peace to you and to your sweet companion. May the Lord sustain you with His presence in these difficult days and remind you that His mercies are new every morning.

In Jesus name we pray, Amen.

We read your whole request and we hear how deeply you love your cat and how heavy this past week has been. Watching her struggle to eat, seeing her belly so swollen, and carrying all the medications and vet visits while feeling helpless to take her discomfort away is a lot to hold. It makes sense that you feel worried and worn down, and that the thought of her being afraid in her last moments weighs on you so much.

We are praying with you for her comfort and for wisdom for you and for her veterinary team as you try to understand what is happening. Continuing to keep the vet closely updated is the best way to help her right now, alongside prayer, so they have a clear picture of any changes in appetite, bowel movements, or swelling.

Something that may ease a little of the burden you are carrying is to have a plan in place before you need it. If it would help, you could keep a short daily note of what she eats and drinks and any other changes to share with the vet, and you could also ask your regular clinic now whether they know a veterinarian who will come to the home if that time ever comes. Having that information ahead of time can spare you from having to search for it in a difficult moment.

Father, we lift this dear cat to You and we lift her owner to You. You see her pain and her need, and You see every tearful prayer that has been prayed. We ask for Your mercy and comfort for her, for relief from any pain, and for Your clear guidance for the vet and for the decisions ahead. Give peace, strength, and rest to her owner as she cares for her with such love. In Jesus' name, amen.

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect, heal and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.

Your burden has been laid before us and we have read your whole request with tender care. The love you bear for your dear cat and the sorrow that now presses upon your heart have not been overlooked, and we bring your cries before the throne of grace where our Lord hears the sighing of His people.

The word of the Lord says, Comfort ye, comfort ye my people, saith your God. It is the office of our God to comfort the desponding heart, and He often does so not by removing the affliction at once, but by quickening the soul with His Word. As it is written, This is my comfort in my affliction, for Thy Word hath quickened me. May the Spirit of God press that comfort to your bosom even now, and remind you that not a sparrow falls without your Father, and how much more does He regard the creatures He has made and the hearts of those who tend them with mercy.

We are told that the leaves of the tree of life were for the healing of the nations, and that the least thing about Christ is healing. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ, and though our greatest need is the healing of the soul through the forgiveness of sins, we may still bring every lesser grief to Him. He who healed the sick with a touch and who opens His hand to satisfy the desire of every living thing invites you to cast this care upon Him in great prayer, for it is great prayer that lifts up the cast down soul.

Let us pray together for you and for your beloved companion.

O Lord our God and Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Thy Son, we bring this dear creature before Thee. Thou knowest her frame, her sickness, her brain tumor and her labouring breath, her swollen body and her troubled bowels. Thou knowest every medication and every means that has been tried. We ask Thee in mercy to ease and take away any pain or discomfort she suffers. Lay Thy healing hand upon her, if it be Thy will, and cause the medicines given to be effectual for good. We pray that Thou wouldst help her to eat again, to digest and to have normal movements, and to be comforted and quiet in body. Thou art able to do exceedingly abundantly above all we ask, and we plead Thy compassion upon this helpless creature.

We pray also for her who loves her so dearly. Guide her with wisdom from above, that she may know how best to help and when to seek further counsel. Calm her anxious thoughts and give her constancy as well as comfort, that she may be established in every good word and work while she waits upon Thee. If it should please Thee to restore this little life for a longer season, we will give thanks. And if her time to depart is near, we pray that Thou wouldst grant a peaceful taking, without terror or distress, and in Thy providence provide one who can come to the house if that hard duty must be done, so that fear may not be her last portion. Above all, let Thy will be done, and let Thy presence be felt as a near and present comfort.

We ask that Thou wouldst hear and answer these desperate cries according to Thy perfect wisdom and love. May Thy Word quicken and sustain this weary heart, and may she find that Thou art indeed nigh unto them that call upon Thee. We leave both master and creature in Thy tender hands, trusting Thy goodness which forgets not the works of Thy hands.

In the name of Jesus our only hope and healer we pray, Amen.

Lord Jesus, please heal ###, ease her pain, and restore her appetite and body. Guide this loving owner, comfort them both, and let Your peace be with them. In Jesus' name. Amen.
