Urgent prayers needed for my cat ###

Please read this entire post. There is alot. Thankyou! Please pray that God will completely heal and give my cat ### a full recovery. She has a brain tumor and masses and lesions on her lungs, which could be chronic bronchitis/ asthma or cancer. There is no treatment. Only medication to make her comfortable. God is the only one that can help her now. She is having so many complications from all of this. Please pray that God will take away and ease any pain or discomfort ### is in. Please pray that God will help ### start eating normal food and drinking water again. Please pray that God will help ### have regular bowel movements. Please pray that God will help her breathing and purring. Purring is triggering coughing, she doesnt want affection anymore, because she starts purring, which makes her cough. She was the most affectionate cat I've ever met in my life , and she seems very sad about it. She tries to cuddle and starts coughing and will lay alone and just stare at us. It is heart breaking. Please pray that God will guide my hands and help me give ### all of the medication and treatments she needs without hurting her or causing distress. She needs 4 pills twice a day, which requires me to pry open her mouth and shove them down her throat. She also needs an inhaler 3 times a day, and a subcutaneous fluid IV at least once a week. Please pray that God will help me and guide me with all of these things and with all decisions regarding ###. Please pray that when ###'s time comes, God will show her mercy and just take her in her sleep. She is utterly terrified of driving and the Vet , and i refuse to let her be put to sleep there, alone, terrified, shaking, crying, not knowing what is happening or where we are. I will not allow that to be her last moments. Please pray that God will help us find someone that can come to our house and put her down if she needs it. I know she is just a cat, but she is our world. Please pray that God will hear and answer all of my desperate cries and pleas and prayers. Thankyou. We have read your entire post and we are joining you in prayer together before the Lord in Jesus name for your precious cat and for you in this heartbreaking time. We hear how deeply you love her and how much she means to you, she is not just a cat to you but a beloved companion entrusted to your care, and we know that love is from God.

We take comfort that our God cares for all His creation. The scripture says A righteous man respects the life of his animal, but the tender mercies of the wicked are cruel Proverbs 12:10. It also says Are not two sparrows sold for an assarion? Not one of them falls on the ground apart from your Father's will Matthew 10:29 and He gives to the animal its food, and to the young ravens which cry Psalm 147:9. If He notices the sparrows, we know He sees your cat in her suffering and He sees you in your sorrow and desperate cries. He is close to the brokenhearted Psalm 34:18.

We are praying with you for a complete healing if it be the Lord's will, for He is able to do what no treatment can do. We pray for His mercy and comfort over her body right now. We ask the Lord to ease any pain or discomfort she is feeling and to grant her rest. We pray specifically that God would help her to eat normal food again and to drink water, that He would restore regular bowel movements, and that He would ease her breathing. We lift up that heartbreaking struggle where purring triggers coughing and she withdraws from affection, we ask the Father to calm the inflammation in her lungs, to lessen the cough, and to allow her to purr and cuddle without suffering, so that she may know comfort and closeness again.

We also pray for your hands and your heart as you care for her. We ask God to guide you and give you steadiness, gentleness and wisdom as you give her four pills twice a day, as you administer the inhaler three times a day, and as you give the subcutaneous fluids. We pray that He will help you to do these things without causing her distress or hurt, and that He will give her a calm and trusting spirit in your care. If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him James 1:5. We ask for that wisdom for every decision you must make regarding her care, that you would have clarity and peace and know you are being a faithful steward of the life God placed in your home.

We understand your deep desire for mercy when her time comes, that she would not be terrified and alone in a car or at the vet, but would be at peace at home. We pray that the Lord in His sovereignty would show her great mercy and take her gently in her sleep if that is His will, and if intervention becomes necessary, we pray He will provide a compassionate veterinarian who can come to your house so she can be at peace in familiar surroundings, held and loved until her last breath. The Lord knows the number of our days and the days of every living creature, and we trust His timing and His mercy.

We pray also for you, for your heart is weary and burdened. Cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you 1 Peter 5:7. We ask God to guard your heart and mind with His peace which surpasses all understanding Philippians 4:7, to strengthen you, and to remind you that your desperate cries are heard. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God Philippians 4:6.

Father, we come together in the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we can approach Your throne, and we thank You that You hear us through Him. We lift up this beloved cat to You, You formed her and You know every breath she takes. We ask for Your healing touch upon her brain and lungs, for relief from pain, for restored appetite and thirst, for normal digestion, and for clear, easy breathing. Comfort her and let her feel affection without coughing or fear. Anoint the hands of her owner with skill and gentleness for every pill, every inhaler treatment, and every fluid treatment. Grant wisdom for every hard decision, and provide a way for peaceful care at home when the time comes. Above all let Your will be done and let Your mercy and presence fill this home. Sustain this family with Your love and peace through each day. We ask all these things in the saving and mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

Since a calm passing at home matters so deeply to you and she is so afraid of the car and clinic, it can also help to look into mobile hospice veterinarians in your area now, before you are in a crisis moment, so you have a name and a plan if that time comes. Keeping a simple daily note of eating, drinking, breathing and coughing can help your vet guide you as well.

We are praying alongside you for your beloved cat and we appreciate your persevering love towards your animal. May we love eachother and God as much as you care for your animal. May we treat eachother well and with love also. Thank you God for helping me embrace pain, despair and poverty so I can worship your name and stay away from all evil influences of woman and females. I need only prayer and eorship and faith so I can marry the woman you have for me. When the Lord makes a true believer and disciple out of me and prepares me for the life he has for me things will get better. Until then we are all waiting. We're all praying and waiting and holding on for a better life. Im not the only one whos praying and waiting for some miracle to come along and make my life more happy and fulfilling. Everyone pretty much is. But some people are alone. With no one. Homeless. Destitute. Afraid. Fealing with medical issues. Holding on by a thread. Im one of those people holding onto God as my thread just yo stay alive. Ive prayed and prayed and prayed for marriage and for my life to get better but like most people in my position are doing we are just trying to hold on each day to the next trying to stay alive. Trying not to die. May God bless your faith. And equip you. And be with you in your life. God seems to abandon us when we are so weak and afraid and hurting but God has not left if we pray and worship all the time. Ive lived a life of sin so now I live a life of poverty. I lived a life of pleasure and comfort and now I live a life that seems to not be chosen. But I chose this new life when I took sobriety and chastoty and asked God please make a way for me to have a wife. But see im not the only one suffering and waiting. What I really need is a heart full pf compassion for pthers amd prayers that never cease. And to stop worrying about myself. True real inner change of prauer worship compassion. Real true inner change might just be the only thing that could really bring about any true real results with time. And we dony hurry God for these things or he might hurry us and distress us and I can only take so much stress like many of you my stress tolerance is extremely low because im driven to extremes of madness and despair on a regular bases. Your sorrow has been poured out with such tenderness and faith that it must be met with a tender answer from the Word of the Lord. The God who comforts His people has heard every sigh you have breathed over your dear cat, and He who notes the sparrow's fall is not unmindful of the creature He has entrusted to your care.

The Lord says, Comfort ye, comfort ye my people, saith your God. This is not a distant comfort, but one He sends near to the aching heart. When affliction presses sore, the believer may say, This is my comfort in my affliction, for Thy Word hath quickened me. It is not only the letter of promise but the Spirit breathing life through that Word which quickens the soul and so brings comfort. May that quickening be yours now, as you watch and wait and weep. Your desperate cries and pleas are not lost. They rise to a Father who hears, and who can comfort to purpose when no other comfort can reach.

You have asked for healing where man can do no more, and you are right to look to Him in whom alone is healing. The leaves of the tree of life were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. His fruit is sweet and nourishing, and even His leaves, His gentlest touches, are full of healing virtue. These healing leaves change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. Look up to that Tree, even as you feel your sickness of heart and say, I am sick at heart, here is my cure. In Christ there is an abundance of healing power, and whether He heals by His immediate hand or sustains by His grace, His mercy flows from the great conduit Head down to those below who trust Him.

We will pray with you for this precious creature whom God has made and whom you love so well.

We pray that the Lord in His mercy would ease any pain or discomfort, and would lay His gentle hand upon her breathing and upon her body. We pray that He would help her to eat and to drink again, to have ease in her bowels and rest in her frame, and that the coughing which now interrupts even her purring would be calmed. How heart breaking it is that affection itself should bring distress, that she who was so loving now withdraws to stare alone. The Lord sees that sadness, and we ask Him to give her comfort and peace, and to let her feel your love without fear or pain.

We pray also for your hands, that God would guide you as you give the many pills, the inhaler and the fluids, that He would give you steadiness and gentleness, and would keep her from distress and you from anguish as you seek only her good. We pray for wisdom in every decision that lies before you, that you may be established in every good word and work, having both comfort and constancy from our Lord Jesus Christ Himself and God even our Father. Comfort alone is not enough, and constancy without comfort will not suffice, but He can give you both, to bear this burden and to do faithfully what love requires.

And when her time comes, we pray that the Lord would show her great mercy. If it be His will to take her in her sleep, we pray He would do so and spare her terror. If help must be sought, we pray He would provide a kind and gentle hand to come to your house, that her last moments might be in the place she knows, among those she loves, held and not afraid, not alone and trembling in a strange place. May the God of all compassion ordain that her passing be peaceful.

You are not forgotten in this. Time is a healer under God, and He has promised that you shall forget your misery and remember it as waters that pass away. For the believer, even affliction is watched over by a Man of sorrows who is acquainted with grief, and who will not leave His own without comfort. Cast all your care upon Him, for He careth for you. Continue in much prayer, for it is great prayer that lifts up the downcast heart.

May the Lord hear and answer according to His perfect wisdom and love, and may He keep you near to Himself through His Word, which alone can quicken and comfort you in this affliction. We commit you and your dear companion to His tender keeping, in the name of Jesus Christ our only Saviour and Healer. Amen.
