Urgent prayer

We hear your urgent cry and we are joining with you right now in prayer, seeking the Lord together in Jesus name for your deliverance and healing. We understand how heavy and frightening it can feel when it seems as though God has departed from you, but we want to gently correct that feeling with the truth of Scripture. What you feel is not what is true. God has not left you and He has not forsaken you.

The Lord Himself has promised in Hebrews 13:5 I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you. And in Deuteronomy 31:6 He says Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid nor be scared of them, for Yahweh your God himself is he who goes with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you. Even when we feel distant, He is near. Psalm 34:18 tells us Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. And Romans 8:38-39 assures us that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing will be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Nothing you are going through can separate you from His love.

We rebuke the lie of the enemy that tells you God has departed from you. That is a deception meant to bring despair and isolation. The enemy is a liar and we stand against his oppression over your mind and body in the name of Jesus Christ. We also want to remind you that we only have access to the Father through Jesus. You mentioned God but not the name of Jesus, and we want to lovingly share that it is only by His name that we are saved and heard. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 says There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. If you have not already, we encourage you to call upon the name of Jesus Christ, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and confess Him as Lord, for Romans 10:9 promises that you will be saved. When we draw near to God through Jesus, He draws near to us as James 4:8 promises Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you.

For your need for deliverance and healing, we know that Jesus is our deliverer and healer. He bore our sicknesses and our oppression on the cross. Isaiah 53:5 says But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed. And Psalm 34:17 says The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. We encourage you to continue to cry out to Him, to spend time in His Word daily, to pray honestly from your heart, to turn from any known sin and confess it to Him for 1 John 1:9 says If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness, and to fellowship with other believers who can support you and pray with you. Your healing and deliverance may come instantly or as you walk faithfully with Him, but He is at work.

We pray together for you now.

Father in heaven, we lift up this precious one before Your throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We thank You that You have not departed and that You never will. We ask You to make Your presence known in a powerful and tangible way right now, to drive away all fear, loneliness and oppression. We rebuke every spirit of heaviness, fear and infirmity and we command it to leave in Jesus name. We ask for Your complete deliverance and Your healing touch upon spirit, soul and body. Lord, heal what is broken, restore what is wounded, and bring peace to this troubled heart. Let Your perfect love cast out all fear, for 1 John 4:18 reminds us that perfect love casts out fear. Draw this dear one close to You, give assurance of salvation through Jesus, and fill them with Your Holy Spirit, with hope and with strength to endure. We ask that You help them to feel Your nearness, to hear Your voice through Your Word, and to know without doubt that You are with them. We trust Your will and Your mercy and we thank You for answering this prayer. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord we pray, amen.

We hear the ache in your words, and we want you to know you are not alone in this. Feeling like God has departed is deeply painful and lonely, and it makes sense you would ask urgently for prayer for deliverance and healing.

Sometimes our feelings can be very loud, especially in seasons of weariness or spiritual pressure, but feelings of distance do not mean God has actually left you. He remains near and attentive even when His presence feels hard to sense. You reaching out for prayer is itself a sign He is still drawing you.

It can help not to carry this alone. This week, if you have a trusted pastor, elder or mature believer in your life, consider asking them to sit and pray with you in person, just to share what you are experiencing and to have someone stand with you regularly. If you are part of a church, letting one person there know you are struggling can bring steady support and prayer over time, not just in a single moment.

Father, we lift our friend to You in Jesus name. You see the longing for freedom and healing and the hurt of feeling far from You. Please bring Your peace and nearness, guard their heart and mind, and give wisdom and strength for each next step. Lead them to caring support and remind them day by day that You have not forsaken them. In Jesus name, amen.

Your cry has been heard and I bring it before the Lord with you even now. To feel as though God has departed is a bitter trial, and many of the Lord's own people have walked this same dark path, yet feeling is not fact, and the promise of God stands fast when our feelings fail.

Hear what the Scripture says, Thou, Lord, hast not forsaken them that seek thee, and again, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. You say, God has departed from me, but the Lord says He has engraved you upon the palms of His hands. You are not forgotten. A child who feels the rod may foolishly say my father has forgotten me, when in truth the father is dealing most tenderly with him. Judge not the Lord by your present heaviness, but trust Him even when you can see no trace of His goodness, for He is immutable and must keep His promise to His people.

Consider why you can be sure He has not forsaken you. Our Lord Jesus Christ cried upon the cross, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me. He was truly forsaken of His Father, smitten of God and afflicted, that you might never be forsaken. He bore that desertion in your place, with an unhesitating faith that still said My God, My God, even in darkness. Because He was forsaken, you shall not be. Because His stripes were endured, by His stripes we are healed.

Sin is a disease, and Christ is the Physician at the right hand of God. The least thing about Christ is healing, and His wounds are your cure. Look not within to find fitness for grace, for if you feel all is right within, it would be an untruthful feeling, for by nature all is wrong. Come as a broken spirit crying, what a wretch I am, and look to the sin forgiving God and the matchless atonement which covers all your guilt. There sin is no longer imputed, and the heart is healed as gratitude changes your thoughts toward God and turns your affections to holiness.

Let us pray together.

O gracious Father, we come in the name of Jesus Christ Thy Son, through whom alone is salvation. Look upon this seeking soul who feels forsaken and faint. Lord, speak peace where there is distress, and let Thy presence be felt where now there seems only absence. Grant deliverance from every power of sin and darkness that oppresses, and grant healing to body and soul according to Thy mercy. Heal by the stripes of Jesus, and let the healing leaves of that blessed tree fall upon this life. Keep this one prayerfully dependent upon Thy grace, and give faith enough to live by faith, even through this night of trial. Show that Thou hast not departed, but art near to all that call upon Thee in truth, for Christ's sake. Amen.

Be encouraged to keep seeking Him, for the very longing after God in your soul, the panting and crying after peace with Him, is evidence that His Spirit is still at work in you. He who has loved you so long will not now turn away. Look to Christ, trust His finished work, and rest upon His promise until light returns.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your urgent cry for deliverance and healing has been heard, and I am praying with you now before our merciful God.

I understand the heaviness of feeling as though God has departed from you. That feeling is painful, but it is not the truth of His promise. He does not forsake those who call upon Him. Even when we feel distant or abandoned, His grace and loving kindness remain near, and He saves us not because of our works but because of His mercy through Jesus Christ alone. There is nothing you must do to earn His presence, for He has already drawn near to us in Christ.

Scripture tells us that faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. When the heart feels cold or empty, the remedy is not to turn inward but to keep hearing His word with care and continual recollection. Do not grow weary in this. Sometimes a soul hears the word many times and seems to receive no benefit, yet God is working beneath the surface like a root unseen, and in due time He brings forth fruit. Persevere in prayer, in reading Scripture, and in gathering with His people, even when your feelings do not yet follow.

I pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, I lift up this soul who is asking for deliverance and healing. You see the affliction and the weariness, and You know the sense of being forsaken. Lord, reveal Your nearness. Wash away fear and heaviness by Your grace. Grant deliverance from every oppression and healing according to Your will, for body and soul. Restore strength, give fortitude, and fill the heart with the assurance that You have not departed but are present to save and to comfort. Help this one to keep hearing Your voice and to rest not in feelings but in Your faithful promises. Let Your peace guard heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

May the Lord strengthen you, keep you, and let you know His presence anew. Continue to seek Him daily in His word and in prayer, and do not hesitate to share your burden with faithful believers near you who can walk with you and pray with you continually.

Feeling that God has departed is a very heavy and lonely place to be, and I hear the pain in your request for deliverance and healing. That feeling itself does not mean God has actually left you. Scripture warns us not to measure God's presence by our feelings, but to take His Word at face value. What God has said and promised is more sure than what we feel in a dark moment.

Often the distance we feel has come about in a slow and almost unnoticed way. The heart turns from fellowship with God to be absorbed with other things, with bodily desires, with substitutes that promise life. Scripture pictures this as forsaking the fountain of living water to carve out broken cisterns that can hold no water. When a person forsakes the Lord, there must be a substitute, and those substitutes never satisfy. They leave us dry and insensible to God, and we no longer sense His nearness. It is a bitter thing to forsake the Lord, and it removes the fear of God from the heart.

If you recognize any of that drift in your own life, the right response is the one God has always honored. Acknowledge that God is righteous, humble yourself before Him, and turn back to Him. He does not cast away the humble heart. He is gracious and merciful, and even when judgment would be deserved, He often holds back judgment to show mercy.

Your standing with God does not come from making promises to Him or trying to earn His presence by works or by keeping the law. No one is justified in His sight that way. We do not come to God saying, if I pray longer or do better then You will bless me. We have access into the grace in which we stand only by faith in Jesus Christ. Salvation is by grace through faith, and even the faith to believe is a gift of God, not of ourselves. You are a child of God by faith in Jesus Christ, not by your own righteousness. You can cling to His Word and His promises and know that when God has sworn by Himself to keep His Word, it is absolutely sure. He has promised never to leave nor forsake those who belong to Him.

For your need of deliverance and healing, remember what Jesus showed when He walked on earth. He healed a man born blind and a man unable to walk, not only out of compassion but to manifest the works of God and to show that He is the Son of God who has authority to forgive sins and power to heal. That same Spirit still works. Deliverance and healing are not always in the way or moment we expect, but God still hears and answers.

The weapons for this battle are not of the flesh. They are spiritual, the Word of God, faith, and prayer. Bring your requests plainly to God. Ask Him to fill your mind with the knowledge of Himself, to restore fellowship with Him by His Spirit, for God is Spirit and we worship Him in spirit and in truth. The old life ruled by the flesh was crucified with Christ, and God has made provision for you to live a new life ruled by the Spirit. It is a choice each day to yield to the Spirit rather than to the flesh, whose end is death, and to rejoice in the hope of the glory of God.

I am praying for you now, that God will deliver you from every oppression of the enemy, that He will touch your body and bring healing according to His will, that He will lift the sense of abandonment and give you assurance from His Word that He is near, that He will strengthen your faith to take Him at His promise, and that you will know again the joy of fellowship with Him through Jesus Christ. Keep looking to Jesus, keep feeding on His Word, and keep praying honestly from your heart. He is faithful.
