Thank you for reaching out with your urgent prayer request. We are here to stand with you in prayer and to seek God's will for your family.
Firstly, we want to commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus Christ in your request. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, and it is only through Him that we can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
Let us pray together for your children, that they may live in peace and harmony, and especially for one to be delivered from the bondage of alcohol. We know that excessive drinking is condemned in the Bible, as it says in Ephesians 5:18 WEB: "Don't be drunken with wine, in which is excess; but be filled with the Spirit."
Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our fellow believer and their children, ###. We pray that You will surround their family with Your peace and harmony. Lord, we specifically lift up the child who is struggling with alcohol, and we ask that You will set them free from this bondage. Give them the strength to overcome this temptation, and guide them to walk in Your will.
We also pray for the one who has submitted this request, that You will fill them with Your wisdom, strength, and peace as they support their children. Give them the patience and love needed to guide their children in the way they should go.
Lord, we know that You are a God of miracles, and we believe that You can turn this situation around for good. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to continue to trust in the Lord and to stand on His promises. Remember the words of Proverbs 22:6 WEB: "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it." Keep praying, keep believing, and keep trusting in the Lord.
Lastly, brothers and sisters in Christ that are reading this, Please join us in praying for these children and the parent. We know that the prayers of the righteous are powerful.
