Your urgent cry for prayer has been heard and I am lifting you up before the Lord even now. I hear how heavy this feels and how you have said it is too much to carry, and God hears it also.
Jesus speaks to this very heaviness when he says, Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am meek and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light. He does not deny that following him involves a cross to carry, but he shows that when we walk with him the burden becomes light, and we find rest not by escaping trouble but by being upheld through it. When we try to carry everything alone, even light things feel heavy, but when we come to him with earnest trust, even heavy things are made light by his grace.
He also shows a tender care that surpasses the care of any father. He knows that each day has enough trouble of its own, and he does not ask you to carry tomorrow's burden today. You do not need to add to this day the weight of the next. Bring what is before you today to him, and trust him for what is to come.
Scripture reminds us that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory that will be revealed in us, and that endurance itself is part of how God strengthens and displays his work in us. Even when you feel like a vessel sinking under a mighty burden, he is near to comfort and to keep you.
So I pray for you now.
Father in heaven, I bring this one who is overwhelmed before your throne of grace through Jesus Christ alone, who is our only hope and salvation. You see the situation and the distress that feels too great to bear. Have mercy and draw near. Grant rest to this weary soul, quiet fear with your presence, and give strength to endure one day at a time. Teach this heart to take your easy yoke and to learn from you, to cast every anxiety on you because you care deeply. Provide wisdom, help, and peace that passes understanding, and lead step by step in the way that honors you. In the name of Jesus I ask this, amen.
Please keep bringing your cares to the Lord in prayer, stay in his word, and if you can, share more with a faithful pastor or mature believer near you so they can walk with you and pray with you personally. You are not forgotten. May the Lord give you his rest and sustain you through this trial.

Your cry for prayer has been heard and I want you to know that God sees exactly how heavy things feel right now. When you say it is too much, He understands that weight. You are not alone and you are not forgotten.
Jesus gave a very simple invitation for moments like this. He said, Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn of me, for I am meek and lowly in heart and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light. That is found in Matthew 11.
There is an important truth in those words. Every person carries a kind of burden, the ruling passion that drives his life. When a person tries to live only to please himself, to meet every demand and solve every problem in his own strength, that burden becomes heavy and at last intolerable. It leaves a person agitated and worn out and feeling that life is too much to bear. Jesus spoke of a different burden. His burden was to do the will of His Father and to live to please God. That way of living is light. It brings rest and satisfaction because it is what we were made for.
Often the crushing weight we feel is not something God has laid on us. We take on burdens ourselves, or other people lay them on us, or we place demands on ourselves that God never placed there. Then we think God has given us a heavy burden that we can barely carry. But Scripture says His yoke is easy and His burden is light. If what you are carrying is crushing you and pressing you down without rest, you can be sure you need to bring it to Him and let Him sort out what is truly His will for you and what you need to release.
That is why the Bible says, Cast thy burden upon the Lord and He shall sustain thee, in Psalm 55, and again, Casting all your care upon Him for He careth for you, in 1 Peter 5. God does not ask you to hold all of this alone. He asks you to hand it over to Him.
He is also called the God of all comfort in 2 Corinthians 1. That means in the darkest hours, in difficult situations and long nights, He stands by to comfort, to strengthen and to encourage. He has comforted many in affliction, in sorrow, in failure and in fear, and He will do the same for you. He lifts those who are cast down and gives peace as you keep your focus on Him and trust His power and love.
I am praying for you now.
