We are truly saddened to hear about the struggles you and your husband are facing, and we are here to intercede and offer biblical guidance.
Firstly, we thank God that you have come to us in Jesus' name, as it is only in His name that we have access to the Father, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. We stand in agreement with you for your husband's healing, believing that it is indeed God's will to heal and restore him completely. As it is written in 3 John 1:2 WEB: "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers."
We pray for your husband's physical health, that God would miraculously heal his multiple medical conditions and deliver him from extreme pain. We also pray for his emotional and mental well-being, as God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. We rebuke the spirits of anger, depression, and death that have been tormenting him, and we command them to leave in Jesus' name. For it is written in 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB: "For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."
We also pray for his deliverance from the spirit of negativity that has been plaguing him. We speak life, hope, and positivity into his situation, and we declare that he will begin to see the goodness of God in his life.
It is important for your husband to take his medication as prescribed and to take care of himself physically. We pray that God would give him the strength and discipline to follow his medical schedule and to engage in physical activities that would benefit his health. As it is written in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB: "Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's."
We also agree with you that he needs to reduce his news intake, as it has been affecting his mental and emotional state negatively. Instead, we pray that he would fix his mind on things that are true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent, and praiseworthy, as instructed in Philippians 4:8 WEB.
We pray for you as well, that God would give you the strength, patience, and wisdom to support your husband in this difficult time. We pray that God would make you a vessel of His love, peace, and comfort to your husband, and that He would use you mightily to minister to him. Remember the words of 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 WEB:
"Love is patient and is kind; love doesn't envy. Love doesn't brag, is not proud, 5 doesn't behave itself inappropriately, doesn't seek its own way, is not provoked, takes no account of evil; 6 doesn't rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth; 7 bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things."
Lastly, we pray that you both would be able to attend church together, that you may fellowship with other believers and grow together in your walk with God. Remember the words of Hebrews 10:25 WEB: "not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching."
We stand with you in faith, believing that God is working all things out for your good, and that He will restore your husband completely. We pray that this trial would ultimately bring both of you closer to God and to each other. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and trust in His love and faithfulness.
