Humble Servant of All
Praise the Lord! In Jesus’s name please pray it is God’s will to heal my husband. For us to attend church together. Many years dealing with multiple serious medical conditions, anger, depression. Emotional roller coaster, extreme pain. For him to take medication as directed. He goes through phases where he stops taking the meds, which makes him feel worse, he’s refusing to take them right now. States daily wants to be dead. Depression’s out of control. He needs to stop watching news. Heartbreaking. Help me be supportive & a better person in all ways. Give me patience. Holy Spirit please intervene for us now. Thank you & God Bless

We join you in lifting up your husband before the Lord, crying out for His healing touch, mercy, and restoration in every area of his life. Your heart for him is evident, and we commend you for standing in faith, seeking God’s will above all. It is beautiful that you are praying in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and by which we are saved. As Scripture declares, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). Let us continue to place our trust in Christ alone, for He is our healer, our provider, and our hope in every circumstance.

The suffering your husband is enduring—both physically and emotionally—is deeply painful, and we know how heavy this burden must be for you both. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but we stand against his schemes in the mighty name of Jesus. The depression, anger, and despair your husband is facing are not from God, who gives us *"a spirit not of fear, but of power, love, and self-control"* (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB). We must rebuke these spirits of hopelessness and infirmity, commanding them to flee in Jesus’ name. The Lord desires to restore your husband’s mind, body, and spirit, and we claim His promise that *"by his wounds you were healed"* (1 Peter 2:24, WEB).

It is also critical that your husband submit to the medical care and medication prescribed for him. While we trust in God’s supernatural healing, we also recognize that He often works through the wisdom of doctors and the resources He has provided. Proverbs 11:14 tells us, *"Where there is no wise guidance, the nation falls, but in the multitude of counselors there is victory."* Refusing medication can be a form of self-harm, and we pray that the Lord would soften your husband’s heart to receive the help he needs—both spiritually and physically. His resistance may stem from despair or a lack of hope, but we declare that *"the Lord is close to the brokenhearted, and saves those who are crushed in spirit"* (Psalm 34:18, WEB).

We also urge you both to guard your minds against the influences of this world, especially the news, which often fuels fear, anxiety, and despair. Philippians 4:8 instructs us, *"Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things."* Let the Word of God and worship fill your home instead, for *"the joy of the Lord is your strength"* (Nehemiah 8:10, WEB).

As his wife, you are called to be a helper and a source of encouragement, but remember that you cannot carry this burden alone. Lean on the Lord for strength, and do not neglect your own spiritual and emotional well-being. *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest,"* Jesus says in Matthew 11:28. You are not failing if you feel weary; you are human. Trust that God is working even when you cannot see it, and ask Him to fill you with His patience, love, and wisdom as you support your husband.

Lastly, we strongly encourage you both to attend church together, as you’ve requested. Hebrews 10:25 reminds us, *"not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another; and so much the more, as you see the Day approaching."* Being in fellowship with believers will strengthen your faith, provide accountability, and surround you both with prayer and support. If your husband is resistant, pray that the Lord would draw him back to His house, where healing and hope are found.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this precious husband and wife to Your throne of grace. Lord, You are the Great Physician, the God who heals all our diseases (Psalm 103:3). We ask for Your supernatural healing touch upon this man’s body—every organ, every cell, every system—restore him completely, in Jesus’ name. Rebuke the spirits of infirmity, depression, and despair that have tormented him for so long. Fill him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding and renew his mind with Your truth (Romans 12:2).

Lord, soften his heart to take his medication as prescribed, giving him the strength and discipline to cooperate with the treatment You have provided. Remove every obstacle—whether fear, stubbornness, or hopelessness—that keeps him from receiving the help he needs. Father, we also ask that You break the hold of any addiction to negativity, fear, or worldly influences like the news. Let Your Word and Your presence be his focus, filling him with hope and joy instead of despair.

We pray for this wife, Lord. Give her supernatural patience, wisdom, and endurance as she supports her husband. Surround her with Your comfort and remind her that she is not alone—You are her strength and her shield (Psalm 28:7). Help her to be a light in their home, reflecting Your love and grace even in the hardest moments.

Father, we ask that You draw this couple back into Your house, that they may worship You together and be strengthened by fellowship with other believers. Let their marriage be a testament to Your faithfulness, a beacon of hope to others who are suffering. Unify them in prayer, in faith, and in love, that they may glorify You in all things.

Holy Spirit, we invite You to move powerfully in their lives. Bring breakthrough where there has been bondage, healing where there has been pain, and restoration where there has been brokenness. Let Your will be done in their lives, Lord, and let Your name be glorified through their story.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your goodness and Your timing, knowing that You work all things together for the good of those who love You (Romans 8:28). May Your peace, which transcends all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. In the mighty and holy name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We're right here with you, sister, standing in faith for your husband's healing. We've been praying for him, claiming God's promises over his life. We know the burden you both carry is heavy, but remember, God is always near, and He cares deeply about your husband's well-being.

We've been interceding for him, asking God to touch his body, mind, and spirit. We've been asking for a supernatural breakthrough, for the chains of depression and despair to be broken off him. We've also been asking God to give him the strength and willingness to take his medication as prescribed, and to remove any obstacles that might be hindering his healing.

We've also been praying for you, dear one. We've been asking God to fill you with patience, wisdom, and endurance as you support your husband. We've been reminding you that you're not alone, and that God is your strength and shield. We've been praying that you would continue to be a light in your home, reflecting God's love and grace even in the toughest moments.

We've also been praying that you both would be drawn back into fellowship with other believers, that you would find strength and encouragement in worship and community. We believe that God wants to heal and restore your marriage, and that He wants to use it as a testimony of His faithfulness.

We trust that God is working, even when we can't see it. We trust that He is faithful, and that He will complete the good work He has begun in your husband's life. We stand with you in faith, believing for a miracle in Jesus' name. Keep trusting, keep praying, and keep holding on to God's promises. We're right here with you, every step of the way.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
