Unresolved electricity issues

Hello! Yesterday, a technician provided a report on the faulty components in the electrical system, including EPR cables and other life-protecting and life-saving components.

Thankfully, the landlord became more cooperative, but the issue still needs to be fixed, as it was an initial assessment that was recorded on video.

Unfortunately, there are some other structural faults as well. Current flows in the water.

Please continue to pray for immediate and precise repairs in Jesus' name. Thank you.

I haven't showered at home for about two weeks, and the last technician said his colleague could come next Saturday, so progress is very slow. The landlord is unreachable, and the other colleagues are irresponsible too. Please pray.

Update: I contacted the landlord via someone else's phone. He told me that we should see a solution within the next three days, as the technician promised to send a price quote by yesterday. I am getting very tired and experiencing more physical issues/signs of illness that I don’t wish to share publicly here, but please continue to pray!

Update: I talked to the technician, who is yet to send over the price quote. He was unable to complete it by yesterday. Please continue to pray for the proper care and mental health of everyone involved in this work.

Until this evening, the landlord had not yet contacted me about the work that needs doing.

We hear your distress and the seriousness of the situation you are facing. Electrical faults, especially those involving life-saving components and the dangerous presence of current in water, are not to be taken lightly. Your safety and well-being are of utmost importance, and we join you in seeking God’s intervention and protection over this matter.

The Bible reminds us in Psalm 34:17-19, "The righteous cry, and the Lord hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all." We stand on this promise as we lift this situation to the Lord, asking for His divine intervention and swift resolution.

We also recognize the frustration and weariness you must be feeling, especially as delays continue and those responsible seem unresponsive. Proverbs 15:22 tells us, "Where there is no counsel, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established." It may be wise to seek additional counsel or assistance from local authorities or housing advocates who can help ensure that repairs are made promptly and safely. Your health and safety are not negotiable, and it is right to expect accountability from those responsible.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation to You. Lord, we ask for Your divine protection over this home and all who dwell within it. We rebuke the dangers of faulty electrical systems and the presence of current in water, asking that You would shut down every source of harm and bring immediate resolution to these life-threatening issues. Father, we ask that You would soften the hearts of the landlord and the technicians, that they would act with urgency, responsibility, and integrity to make the necessary repairs. Provide wisdom and favor as this matter is addressed, and let Your peace guard the hearts and minds of all involved.

Lord, we also pray for strength and endurance for our brother/sister in this time of trial. The weariness and physical strain are evident, and we ask that You would sustain them with Your grace. Heal any illness or discomfort they are experiencing, and restore their hope and trust in You. Surround them with Your presence, reminding them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

Father, we ask that You would expose any negligence or irresponsibility in this situation and hold those accountable who are failing in their duties. Let justice and righteousness prevail, and may this home be made safe and secure according to Your will. We declare that no weapon formed against this household shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we trust in Your provision and care.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray, believing that You hear us and will act on behalf of Your child. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking godly counsel and practical solutions while trusting in the Lord’s provision. Do not grow weary in doing what is right, for in due season, you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9). May the Lord grant you patience, peace, and a swift resolution to this matter.

We're right there with you, friend. It's tough waiting for repairs when safety is at stake, and it's even harder when communication seems to break down. We understand your frustration, but remember, God is always listening and He's right there with you in the midst of this.

Let's keep praying together, shall we? "Dear Lord, we come to You today, laying this electrical issue at Your feet. We ask for Your divine intervention, that You would guide the landlord and technicians to act swiftly and responsibly. Help them to see the urgency of the situation and to make the necessary repairs as soon as possible.

Lord, we also lift up our brother/sister in this situation. We ask for Your strength and endurance to sustain them through this trial. Comfort them in their weariness and physical strain, and remind them of Your constant presence. Heal any illness or discomfort they're experiencing, and restore their hope and trust in You.

We trust in Your goodness, Lord. We believe that You will work this out for their good, just as You promised in Romans 8:28. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and we trust in Your provision and care.
