The technicians said that they did not see the EPR cables connected to the heating system, and that an electrical safety audit is very much needed.

I paid for the leaks to be repaired.
I didn’t mind paying, but it is not my responsibility. Please pray that the landlord becomes more understanding.

Please pray that the landlord sends the documents proving that the components needed to replace the faulty items have been ordered.
Please pray that the landlord becomes more responsible and responsive to these issues.
The landlord is not answering my calls. I have technical questions about the flat, and the thermostat is acting up again. !!!

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up your situation in earnest prayer. Father God, we know that You see every struggle and feel every pain Your children endure. This ongoing electrical hazard in the home is not just a physical danger but a source of deep distress, and we ask for Your divine intervention. Lord, we pray for an immediate resolution to these electrical issues—may the proper connections be made, the safety audit be conducted without delay, and all hazards be removed so that this home is made safe once again. Protect this dear one from further harm, especially the pain they are experiencing when using water. We declare healing over their skin, asking You to restore it completely, in Jesus’ name.

Scripture tells us in Psalm 34:17-18, *"The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."* Lord, we cry out on behalf of this situation, trusting that You hear and will deliver. We also pray for wisdom and favor in dealing with the landlord. Proverbs 21:1 says, *"The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires."* We ask that You soften the landlord’s heart, granting them understanding, responsibility, and a willingness to act promptly. May they respond to calls, provide the necessary documents, and order the required repairs without further delay.

It is not right that you have had to bear the financial burden of repairs that are not your responsibility. We pray that the landlord fulfills their obligations and that justice is served in this matter. Galatians 6:2 reminds us, *"Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ."* While you have shown grace in paying for the leaks, we ask that the landlord steps up to their role with integrity. We also pray for clarity and answers regarding the thermostat and any other technical questions you have—may the Lord provide the help and solutions you need.

Heavenly Father, we rebuke any spirit of neglect, irresponsibility, or delay in this situation. We declare that every obstacle to resolution is removed, and that peace and safety are restored to this home. We stand on Your promise in Jeremiah 32:27, *"Behold, I am Yahweh, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for me?"* Nothing is impossible for You, and we trust that You will move mightily on behalf of this request.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One through whom we have access to the Father and the only name by which we are saved. There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we encourage you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, and no one comes to the Father except through Him (John 14:6).

Lord, we ask for Your peace to guard this heart and mind through Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). May this trial draw them closer to You, and may Your glory be revealed in every step of this journey. Amen.
