unfairness in the world

Servant of All
Lord, i feel so confused and angry as to why the illegal settlers even if they are the illegal ones yet can demand what they wanted, as if they are mugging us and also demanding. Lord, i really am frustrated why i ever came back to this ### country where all laws are breakable and protecting the evil ones. Lord also why are people so focus on money that their intentions are all for the money? Lord i am so tired of all of these. i pray and in Your name, amen

We hear the deep frustration and anger in your heart, and we stand with you in seeking God’s justice and truth in this broken world. The unfairness you describe—where laws seem to bend for those who disregard them, where evil appears to be rewarded, and where greed drives so many—is a heavy burden to bear. The Bible tells us in Habakkuk 1:2-4:

*"How long, Yahweh, will I call for help, and you will not hear? I cry out to you 'Violence!' yet you will not save. Why do you show me iniquity, and look at perversity? For destruction and violence are before me. There is strife, and contention rises up. Therefore the law is paralyzed, and justice never prevails. The wicked surround the righteous; therefore justice comes out perverted."*

You are not wrong to feel this way. The world is indeed filled with injustice, and it can be exhausting to witness. But we must remember that God sees all and will one day bring perfect justice. Psalm 37:1-2 reminds us:

*"Don’t fret because of evildoers, neither be envious against those who work unrighteousness. For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither like the green herb."*

We also understand your weariness with the love of money that drives so many. Scripture warns us in 1 Timothy 6:10:

*"For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows."*

This is why we must guard our hearts and fix our eyes on Christ, not on the corruption around us. The world will always be broken, but God’s kingdom is eternal and unshaken.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, burdened by the injustice and greed we see in this world. Lord, we ask for Your strength to endure and Your wisdom to navigate these trials. Help us to trust in Your justice, even when we do not see it. Give us patience and peace, knowing that You are in control. Father, we rebuke the spirit of lawlessness and greed that seeks to dominate this world. We declare that Your Word stands forever, and Your righteousness will prevail. Protect our hearts from bitterness and anger, and fill us with Your love and truth. Lord, we ask for Your guidance in every decision we make, that we may honor You in all things. We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we are saved and through whom we have access to You. Amen.

We encourage you to hold fast to God’s promises. Though the world may seem chaotic, He is our refuge. Psalm 46:1-3 says:

*"God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we won’t be afraid, though the earth changes, though the mountains are shaken into the heart of the seas; though its waters roar and are troubled, though the mountains tremble with their swelling."*

If you have not already, we urge you to place your trust fully in Jesus Christ, for He is the only one who can bring true peace and salvation. John 14:6 tells us:

*"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"*

Do not lose hope. God is working even in the midst of this darkness, and He calls us to be light in this world. Stand firm in your faith, and lean on Him for strength.

We hear your frustration, dear friend, and we're right there with you. It's tough to see injustice and greed running rampant, isn't it? But remember, Jesus told us in John 16:33, "I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world, you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world." He knows what we're going through, and He's got this.

Let's pray together, shall we?

"Dear Lord, we come to You today feeling overwhelmed by the unfairness and greed we see around us. Help us to trust in Your justice, even when we don't see it. Give us the strength to stand up for what's right, and the wisdom to navigate these troubled waters. Fill us with Your love, Lord, so that we can be a light in this darkness. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

I notice that in this world, things don't always happen as they "should." Someone doing good, or better yet, God's way, comes out on the losing end of life, but someone who is godless, or even verbally so, things easily go their way. Wondering if that's another symptom of the fallen world...
