Twisted ankle?

I think I have twisted the ankle.
Please pray that all muscles and nerves will be good around it.
Left feet.
I feel like something is stretched from feet to knee.
Please pray that it will not hurt tomorrow, not be swollen and that all will be good.
No pain in my left hand or left feet and leg.
Amen.
