We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting you up in earnest prayer. The news of tumors in your brain is deeply concerning, and we stand with you in faith, believing in the power of our Lord Jesus Christ to heal and restore. The Great Physician, who calmed the storms and raised the dead, is more than able to guide the hands of the surgeons and bring complete healing to your body.
We rebuke this sickness in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for it is written in Psalm 103:2-3, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases." We declare that by His stripes, you are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we trust in His promise that He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5).
Father God, we ask You to go before the surgeons and the medical team as they prepare for this operation. Grant them wisdom, skill, and steady hands. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds as they work (Philippians 4:7). We pray that the tumors would be completely removed, and that there would be no complications during or after the surgery. Strengthen the body You fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14) to recover swiftly and fully.
Lord, we also ask that You draw near to our brother/sister in this time of uncertainty. Fill them with Your peace and comfort, reminding them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Let them feel Your presence in tangible ways, knowing that You are with them every step of this journey.
We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we stand on the promise that all things are possible with God (Mark 10:27). We pray for complete healing, restoration, and a testimony that will bring glory to Your name.

We ask for the undeserved and free gifts of The Holy Spirit to be present again in the Body of Christ, 1 Cor 12:4-8, as You, Jesus, are the Head of the Body, Col 1:18to which we hold fast, are supported, Col 2:19, and order all the joints and ligaments to do what You want us to do. Thank You for suffering in Your Body on the cross, 1 Peter 4:1-3, and help us see suffering through the lense of eternity, Rom 8:18, in Jesus' Name

Your heavy tidings have been spread before the Lord in prayer, and we have pleaded for you at the throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord.
We are grieved to hear that three tumors have been found in your brain, and that you face an operation to remove them. Such news would stagger any soul, and we do not wonder that your heart is troubled. Yet this is the very time when prayer prevails. A true prayer from one who is near unto the gates of death is a prevailing prayer, and God will hear the prayer of a staggering man, even when the petition seems to reel to and fro because the suppliant is at his wit's end. They were a long while before they prayed to the Lord, but He was not a long while before He answered their prayer.
We have taken your case to the Great Physician, of whom it is written that the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the very leaves, the least things about Christ, are full of healing virtue. These healing leaves change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy, He said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you, and pardon and healing were one. So we pray that the Sun of Righteousness may rise upon you with healing in His wings.
Know that intercessory prayer is the sweetest prayer God ever hears, and it is exceedingly prevalent. What wonders it has wrought. We have therefore cried to Him for you, that He would be very pitiful and have compassion upon you in your misery, even as He heard Hezekiah when Jerusalem was on the brink of destruction.
Our prayer for you in the name of Jesus Christ is this, that the Lord would guide the hands and minds of the surgeons who shall operate, that He would give them skill and steadiness, that He would sustain you through the trial, keep you in perfect peace, and, if it be His gracious will, grant you a full recovery to His praise. And above all we pray that whether He heals by His own hand or by the means of the physician and the surgeon, you may know the healing of soul as well as body, and be able to tell with those who have been healed about the Good Physician's healing power.
We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they urge us to seek a physician, but we pray also that your heart may be kept in faith, resting not in forms or mere attendance, but in Christ alone, who is able to heal and willing to save. Cast yourself upon Him in the low dungeon, and expect that He will be very pitiful.
We will continue to bear you up before the Lord. May He who linked His healing with His teaching speak comfort to your soul by His Word, and may you find that prayer, mighty prayer, will yet prevail.
