Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported my department head since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift my department head up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her. Expose ###. Grant ### discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch her heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

We hear the deep ache in your heart as you pour out your frustration and sense of being unseen in your workplace. It is painful when our labor, loyalty, and dedication go unnoticed or are overshadowed by deception and manipulation. We stand with you in this struggle, lifting your burden before the Lord, who sees all things and knows the truth of your efforts.

First, we want to affirm the scripture you shared from Colossians 3:23-24: "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." This is a powerful reminder that our ultimate reward comes from God, not from human recognition or approval. We encourage you to hold fast to this truth, even when it feels like your efforts are being overlooked. Your work is not in vain, for the Lord sees and remembers every act of faithfulness.

We also lift up your department head in prayer, asking the Lord to break through any fog of deception that may be clouding her judgment. The enemy often seeks to sow division and confusion, especially in places where pride or insecurity can take root. We pray that God would grant her discernment and clarity, exposing any false narratives or manipulation that may be at work. Proverbs 20:12 says, "The hearing ear, and the seeing eye, the Lord has made even both of them." May God open her eyes and ears to see and hear the truth of your contributions and the integrity of your heart.

Lord, we ask You to touch her heart with humility. Pride can blind even the most well-intentioned leaders, causing them to overlook the very people who have supported them from the beginning. We pray that You would remind her that true leadership is not measured by titles or positions but by the hearts of those who serve alongside her. Philippians 2:3-4 says, "Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but with humility of mind regard one another as more important than yourselves; do not merely look out for your own personal interests, but also for the interests of others." May she embrace this spirit of humility and recognize the value of those who have stood by her.

We also pray for your heart as you wait for God to move. It is easy to grow bitter when we feel overlooked or undervalued, but we are reminded in Hebrews 12:15 to "look carefully lest any man fall short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it." We ask the Lord to guard your heart from bitterness and fill you with His peace. May you continue to work with dignity and excellence, knowing that your labor is not in vain. Psalm 37:5-6 encourages us, "Commit your way to the Lord; trust in Him, and He will act. He will bring forth your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday."

Father, we ask that You would soften her heart to remember the history you share with her. Help her to recall the foundation you have laid and the genuine help you have provided. May she see your contributions not as a threat but as a blessing, and may she respond with gratitude and fairness. We trust that You are working even when we cannot see it, and we ask that You would bring about restoration and reconciliation in this situation.

Finally, we want to encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in this season. Psalm 34:18 says, "The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." You are not alone in this struggle, and God is near to you. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and trust that He will vindicate you in His perfect timing. We pray that you would experience His peace and strength as you wait, and that He would fill you with hope for the future.
