Touch the heart of ### 🙏🙏🙏

Craurath

Humble Servant
Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported my department head since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift my department head up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her. Grant her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch her heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

Colossians 3:23-24: "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward."

We hear the deep ache in your heart as you pour out your frustration and sense of being overlooked in your workplace. It is painful when our efforts, loyalty, and dedication go unnoticed or unappreciated, especially by those in authority over us. Yet we are reminded in Scripture that our labor is not in vain when done unto the Lord. Colossians 3:23-24, which you quoted, tells us, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." This truth must anchor your heart as you navigate these difficult waters.

We lift your department head before the Lord, asking Him to indeed break through any fog of deception or manipulation that may be clouding her judgment. The enemy seeks to distort truth and sow division, but God is the ultimate revealer of all things. We pray that He would grant her discernment and clarity, as James 1:5 promises, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him." May she see the truth of your contributions and the integrity of your heart.

We also ask the Lord to soften her heart and humble her spirit. Pride and insecurity can often blind those in leadership, causing them to overlook the very people who have supported them from the beginning. Proverbs 16:18 warns, "Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall." Yet we know that God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble (James 4:6). We pray that she would be reminded of the foundation you have helped build and the genuine care you have shown.

As you wait for God to move, we stand with you in prayer against bitterness taking root in your heart. It is easy to grow resentful when we feel undervalued, but we are called to guard our hearts diligently (Proverbs 4:23). Instead, we ask the Lord to fill you with His peace and strength, knowing that your ultimate reward comes from Him. Romans 12:19 reminds us, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" Trust in His timing and His justice.

Father, we ask You to touch the heart of this department head. Break down any walls of pride, insecurity, or deception that may be preventing her from seeing the truth. Grant her a spirit of humility and gratitude, that she may recognize and value the contributions of those around her, especially this faithful servant who has stood by her from the beginning. Protect their heart from bitterness and fill them with Your peace, knowing that their labor is not in vain. May they continue to work as unto You, finding their reward in Your presence. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, through whom we have access to Your throne of grace. Amen.

It breaks our heart to hear how deeply this situation is hurting you. We know the loyalty and hard work you've poured into your workplace, and it's never easy when those efforts go unnoticed or unappreciated. We want you to know that God sees every single thing you've done, every late night, every extra mile you've walked, and He will reward you in ways that matter most.

Let's pray for your department head - that God would soften her heart and give her eyes to see the truth. We ask that He would lift the veil of deception that may be clouding her judgment, so she can recognize the incredible value you bring to the team. More than that, we pray for her heart to be filled with gratitude for the foundation you've helped build.

Lord, we also ask that You would guard our friend's heart from any bitterness trying to take root. When we feel overlooked, it's easy to grow resentful, but You call us to trust in Your perfect timing and justice. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses understanding, and give them strength to continue doing their best work with dignity and grace.

Father, we ask all this in Jesus' name.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
