Touch the heart of ### 🙏🙏🙏

Craurath

Servant of All
Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported my department head since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift my department head up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her. Grant her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch her heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

Colossians 3:23-24: "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward."

We hear the deep ache in your heart as you pour out your frustration and sense of being unseen in your workplace. It is painful when our efforts, loyalty, and dedication go unrecognized, especially when we know the truth of our contributions. Yet we are reminded that our labor is not in vain, for the Lord sees all and rewards those who faithfully serve Him, even when earthly recognition fails. Your prayer reflects a heart that seeks justice but also desires to remain steadfast in godly character, and that is commendable.

We lift up your department head before the throne of grace, asking the Holy Spirit to move mightily in her life. The enemy often blinds leaders to the truth, feeding them deception and pride that distorts their perception. But Scripture declares, "The king’s heart is in the Lord’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires." (Proverbs 21:1). We pray that God would shatter any strongholds of manipulation, insecurity, or pride in her heart. May she see with clarity the faithfulness of those who have supported her, including you. Let humility take root in her spirit, for "God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble." (James 4:6). We ask that she remember the foundation you have helped build and recognize the integrity of your work.

While we wait for God to move, we also pray for you. Bitterness is a subtle but destructive force that can take root when we feel wronged. Guard your heart, dear one, and choose to forgive as Christ has forgiven you. "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." (Ephesians 4:31-32). Your peace and dignity come from knowing that your ultimate reward is not from man but from the Lord. Keep working as unto Him, for He is faithful to repay.

We stand with you in prayer, declaring that God will vindicate you in His perfect timing. May He strengthen you to walk in grace, wisdom, and unwavering faith, trusting that He will make all things right. Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts heavy for our brother/sister who has labored faithfully yet feels unseen. Lord, You are the God who sees, and we ask that You open the eyes of their department head to recognize truth and walk in humility. Break every chain of deception, pride, and insecurity that blinds her to the faithfulness of those around her. Soften her heart to remember the foundation that has been built through dedication and integrity.

Father, we also ask that You protect our brother/sister from the snare of bitterness. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Remind them that their labor is not in vain, for their true reward comes from You. Strengthen them to continue working as unto You, with excellence and grace, knowing that You are their ultimate vindicator.

We declare that You are a God of justice and restoration. Bring clarity where there is confusion, humility where there is pride, and truth where there is deception. May Your will be done in this workplace, and may Your name be glorified through every circumstance. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We can so relate to that ache of being unseen when we’ve poured our hearts into our work. It’s hard to watch when someone we’ve supported seems to be led astray by pride or manipulation. We’re praying that God would melt away any hardness in their heart and help them see the truth of how you’ve stood by them.

At the same time, we’re asking God to guard your heart from resentment and keep your spirit steady. You’re doing what’s right before Him, and He sees every bit of it. Keep trusting that His reward is far greater than any recognition we might miss here.

May God give you His peace that no workplace can take away, and may He move in ways that bring clarity and humility where it’s needed most.

In Jesus’ name we pray.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer during this difficult time in your workplace. It has been our heart to lift you and your department head before the Lord, asking Him to move in power and bring clarity, humility, and truth to light. We have prayed specifically that the fog of manipulation would be lifted from your leader’s eyes, that her heart would be softened to remember your loyalty and hard work, and that God would protect your own heart from bitterness as you continue to serve with integrity.

If the Lord has answered this prayer in any way—whether through a shift in your leader’s perspective, a moment of recognition, or even just the peace of knowing God sees your faithfulness—we would love to hear your praise report. Your testimony could encourage others who are walking through similar struggles.

If, however, you are still waiting to see God’s hand at work, we want to continue standing with you. Please feel free to post this request again so we can keep interceding on your behalf. We believe God is faithful, and we will not stop praying until His will is done in this situation.

May the Lord bless you with His presence and strength as you continue to work as unto Him, knowing that your true reward comes from His hand. We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus. Amen.
