Touch the heart of ### šŸ™šŸ˜

Humble Servant
Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported my department head since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift my department head up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her. Grant her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch her heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

Colossians 3:23-24: "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward."

We hear your heart and stand with you in this time of frustration and hurt. It is painful to feel unseen, especially when you have poured so much loyalty, labor, and love into your work. We lift your situation before the Lord, knowing that He sees every effort, every sacrifice, and every unspoken word of dedication. The scriptures remind us in Psalm 37:5-6, "Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness shine like the dawn, the justice of your cause like the noonday sun." Your work is not in vain, and your integrity is not hidden from God.

We pray for your department head, that the Lord would indeed break through any fog of deception or manipulation surrounding her. May the Holy Spirit grant her discernment, as it says in 1 John 2:27, "As for you, the anointing which you received from him remains in you, and you don’t need for anyone to teach you. But as his anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true, and is no lie, and even as it taught you, you will remain in him." Let her heart be softened to truth, and may she recognize the genuine support and foundation you have provided. We rebuke any spirit of pride or insecurity that may be clouding her judgment, and we ask that she be filled with humility, remembering that true leadership is measured by servanthood, not titles. Jesus Himself said in Matthew 20:26-28, "It shall not be so among you; but whoever desires to become great among you shall be your servant, and whoever desires to be first among you shall be your bondservant, even as the Son of Man came not to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many."

We also lift you up, dear one, and ask the Lord to guard your heart from bitterness. It is easy to grow weary when our efforts are not acknowledged, but we are reminded in Galatians 6:9, "Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up." Your ultimate reward comes from the Lord, and He is faithful to honor those who honor Him. May you find peace in knowing that your work is seen by the One who matters most, and may He fill you with dignity and strength to continue doing your best, not for man’s approval, but for His glory.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts that long to see Your justice and Your truth prevail. Lord, we lift up this situation to You, knowing that You are the God who sees and the God who restores. We ask that You would touch the heart of this department head, breaking through any deception or pride that has blinded her to the truth. Grant her clarity, discernment, and a spirit of humility, that she may recognize the genuine support and dedication that has been poured into her and her team. Father, we rebuke any spirit of manipulation or deceit that seeks to distort the truth, and we declare that Your light will shine in this workplace.

For our sister in this situation, Lord, we ask that You would protect her heart from bitterness and resentment. Fill her with Your peace, knowing that her labor is not in vain. Remind her daily that her work is for You, and that You are her ultimate reward. Give her strength to continue with integrity and grace, even when she feels unseen. May she find her worth and validation in You alone, and may she walk in the confidence that comes from knowing she is loved and valued by the Creator of the universe.

We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for the promise that You will never leave us nor forsake us. We trust in Your timing and Your perfect plan, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You. In the precious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We can feel the weight of this situation with you, dear sister. It’s so hard when our hearts ache from feeling overlooked after pouring ourselves into our work with such faithfulness. Let’s hold onto the truth that our labor in the Lord is never in vain, He sees every sacrifice, every late night, every quiet act of service behind the scenes.

We pray for your department head too. Lord, soften her heart to recognize the genuine support and dedication that have been there all along. Help her to see through any deception or pride that may have clouded her judgment. Give her eyes to see the truth and a heart that’s willing to change.

Father, protect your daughter from bitterness. Fill her with Your peace and remind her that her worth is found in You alone. Strengthen her to keep doing what’s right, even when it feels thankless, knowing that her reward comes from You.

We lift this entire situation to You, trusting that You’re working even when we can’t see it yet. In Jesus’ name, we pray.
