Touch the heart and mind of ### 🙏🙏🙏

Craurath

Servant of All
Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported ### since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift ### up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### and ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her against me and against other co workers. Expose ### being two faced, manipulative, and how she step over ### and how she bypass her at times. Grant ### her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch ###'s heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided. Protect her from ###'s manipulation and lies over her.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

We hear the deep hurt and frustration in your heart as you pour out your struggles in the workplace. It is painful to feel unseen and undervalued, especially when you have given so much of yourself in loyalty and hard work. We stand with you in prayer, lifting up this situation before the Lord, who sees all things and knows the truth of every heart.

First, we must address the importance of guarding your own heart in this situation. The Word of God warns us, "Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it" (Proverbs 4:23). It is easy to become bitter when we feel wronged, but bitterness only poisons our own spirit. Instead, we are called to trust in the Lord’s justice and timing. "Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: ‘It is mine to avenge; I will repay,’ says the Lord" (Romans 12:19). Your ultimate reward comes from God, not from man, and He will not forget your labor of love.

We also lift up the individuals you have mentioned, praying for God’s intervention in their lives. The Lord is able to break through deception and open eyes to the truth. "For there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open" (Luke 8:17). We pray that the fog of manipulation would be lifted, and that those who have been deceived would see clearly. May they recognize the integrity and dedication you have shown, and may their hearts be softened to the truth.

However, we must also gently rebuke the spirit of accusation and division that can creep into our prayers. While it is right to ask God to expose wrongdoing, we must be careful not to harbor resentment or a desire for vengeance. Jesus teaches us to pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44), and we must align our hearts with His. Instead of focusing on the faults of others, let us pray for their transformation. "Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me" (Psalm 51:10). May the Lord work in their hearts to bring about repentance, humility, and a spirit of fairness.

We pray for you as well, that the Lord would fill you with His peace and strength as you wait on Him. "Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you" (1 Peter 5:7). May you continue to walk in integrity, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord (1 Corinthians 15:58). Trust that He will vindicate you in His perfect timing and way.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation to You. Lord, You see the hurt, the frustration, and the injustice that has been felt. We ask that You would move mightily in this workplace, exposing any deception and bringing truth to light. Soften the hearts of those who have been deceived, and grant them discernment to see things as they truly are.

Father, we pray for humility to replace pride, and for hearts to be turned toward You. Remind those in authority that their positions are not a measure of their worth, but an opportunity to serve with integrity and grace. Protect our brother/sister from bitterness, and fill them with Your peace as they wait on You. Help them to continue walking in dignity and strength, knowing that their reward comes from You alone.

Lord, we ask that You would work in the hearts of all involved, drawing them closer to You. May Your love and truth prevail in this situation, and may Your name be glorified. We trust in Your justice and Your perfect timing. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We hear how heavy this has been, to give so much loyalty and labor from the beginning and now feel forgotten and unseen. It makes sense you would feel hurt and frustrated, and that you would want the truth of your work to be recognized.

We join you in asking God to bring clarity where there has been confusion and to soften hearts where pride or pressure has made it hard to see clearly. We also hear your wise prayer to guard your own heart while you wait. When hurt sits unaddressed it can slowly turn into bitterness, and bitterness ends up weighing most heavily on the one carrying it. Choosing to release the offense, even as you still name the hurt honestly, is one way to keep your heart soft and free.

One thing that has helped others in a similar place is to have a single trusted person outside work, perhaps a pastor or mentor, to talk with openly, and to keep a brief private record of facts about your contributions and interactions. That can give you steadiness and perspective when narratives feel shifting, and help you keep doing good work with dignity without replaying it all alone in your mind.

Father, we lift our friend to You and ask for peace and strength for today. Guard their heart from bitterness and give rest while they wait on You. Give wisdom to those in authority to see people and situations clearly and to lead with humility and fairness. Help our friend to continue with integrity, trusting You to see and to provide what is needed. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your honest prayer has been heard, and we join you in bringing it before the Lord who sees all things in secret and judges with perfect justice and mercy.

It is a heavy burden to feel forgotten and unseen after long and faithful labor, to have poured out loyalty and strength and then to feel that your work is overlooked while untrue words gain influence. The Lord knows the history you speak of, every act of help and support given from the beginning, and He does not forget the diligent heart that serves as unto Him and not unto men.

We pray with you for the one in authority over you. We ask the Lord to grant her clear eyes and a discerning mind, to scatter any fog of manipulation or false narrative, and to bring what is hidden into the light where truth can be seen. We ask Him to expose what is two faced and deceitful and to give her true humility, remembering that a title is never the measure of a person, but faithfulness, integrity and love for those entrusted to her care are. May the Lord soften her heart to remember the good foundation that was laid and to judge with fairness and wisdom.

We pray also for those who have used manipulation and who bypass right order. We ask the Lord to restrain every deceitful tongue and to bring conviction where there has been wrong, that truth would prevail in your workplace for the good of all.

And we pray earnestly for you while you wait upon the Lord to move. Scripture teaches us that there is a bitterness we must eat with our service, and that God can make even bitterness to sanctify us and to make Christ more sweet to us. One gracious effect of that sanctified bitterness is that it takes away all bitterness against our fellow men. So we ask the Lord to guard your own heart and mind from taking root in resentment. Bring your honest feelings before Him daily, admitting the truth concerning yourself and concerning Him, for He delights in truth in the inward parts. Tell Him plainly where you hurt and where you feel unseen, and ask Him to keep you in a truthful spirit.

May He grant you peace that passes understanding, dignity that comes from knowing you are seen and valued by Him, and strength to continue doing your best with a quiet conscience. Your ultimate reward is not from man but from the Lord, who is both just and the justifier of those who trust in Christ, and who will in His time make all things right.

We pray that you would feed on the whole Christ even in this hard season, taking the bitter herbs with the feast, and finding on that hill the breezes from the Celestial City where Emmanuel reigns.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ our only hope and Saviour, look upon this wounded heart. Let truth be revealed, let humility be given to those in authority, let deceit be exposed and turned aside, and let this Your servant be kept from bitterness, filled with peace, and upheld to walk in integrity before You. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your burden has been heard, and I join you in bringing it before the Lord who sees all things in secret and judges with righteousness.

It is right that you have poured out your hurt at feeling forgotten and unseen. The Lord indeed knows the labor and loyalty you have offered from the beginning, and nothing done in faithfulness is hidden from Him. Even when human recognition is withheld, He is the one who measures work not by title or position, but by dedication, integrity and the heart with which it is offered.

I pray with you for the one who leads you. May God grant her clarity of mind and true discernment to see people and situations as they truly are, and not through a fog of manipulation or false narratives. Where there has been two faced dealing, bypassing of proper order, and words spoken to turn one against another, pray that the Lord would expose what is false and bring truth into the light. Scripture teaches that deceit may flourish for a time because it wears a bright appearance, but its folly in the end is made manifest to all. What is built on deceit cannot stand, for it is full of bitterness and outward show, while truth endures. Pray also that any pride or insecurity that comes with authority would be broken, and that God would give her a spirit of true humility to remember the history and the faithful help that has supported her, and to lead with fairness toward all her coworkers.

And I pray for you as you wait for God to move. Guard your own heart with diligence, lest any root of bitterness spring up and trouble you and defile many. Bitterness is a root that never bears sweet fruit, and all that grows from it is full of hatred and abomination. Do not let the deceitfulness of sin harden your heart, or let despair say that there is no hope of recovery. Instead, keep your heart soft before the Lord, entrusting yourself to Him who judges justly.

May the Lord protect your mind and heart from bitterness, and give you peace, dignity and strength to continue doing your work heartily as unto Him and not unto men, knowing that your ultimate reward comes from Him. May He keep you from growing weary in doing good, and may He comfort you with the knowledge that He sees, He remembers, and He will in His time make the truth plain.

Heavenly Father, You see this hurt and this faithful labor. Touch the heart and mind of this leader, grant her humility and clear eyes to discern truth from manipulation, and expose every false word spoken against Your servant and against others. Soften her heart to remember what is good and true, and protect her from being led astray. And for Your servant who prays, grant protection from bitterness, grant peace that passes understanding, and strength to walk in integrity and love, trusting that You are the true rewarder. In the name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and Savior, Amen.
