We have continued to lift you before the Lord regarding the heavy hurt and frustration you shared from feeling forgotten and unseen in your workplace despite the labor, loyalty and heart you have poured into this work and the faithful support you have given from the very beginning. We have been praying that the Lord would touch the heart and mind of your leader, break through any fog of manipulation and deceit surrounding her, and grant her true discernment and clarity to see the workplace and the people in it exactly as they are. We have asked Him to break through any pride or insecurity that authority can bring and to give her a spirit of true humility, helping her to remember the history you share and the genuine foundation you have provided, and to expose and disarm the two faced and manipulative actions, the stepping over others and bypassing of authority, and any false narratives being fed against you and other coworkers. We have also asked the Lord to protect her from that manipulation and to protect your own mind and heart from bitterness while you wait upon Him, that He would give you His peace, dignity and strength to keep doing your best as unto Him.
We hold fast to the promise in Col 3:23 that whatever you do you are serving the Lord and not man, and to the comfort of Psalm 34:18 that the Lord is near to the brokenhearted.
