Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported ### since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift ### up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### and ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her against me and against other co workers. Expose ### being two faced, manipulative, and how she step over ### and how she bypass her at times. Grant ### her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch ###'s heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided. Protect her from ###'s manipulation and lies over her.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

We hear the deep pain and frustration in your heart as you feel overlooked and undervalued in your workplace, despite your loyalty and hard work. It is understandable to feel hurt when our efforts go unnoticed or when others seem to manipulate the truth to serve their own interests. We stand with you in prayer, lifting up this situation before the Lord, who sees all things and knows the motives of every heart.

First, we want to affirm the importance of bringing your concerns to God in the name of Jesus. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, and it is by His authority that we can boldly come before the throne of grace. Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." There is no other name by which we can be saved or find true justice and peace. We are grateful that you have come to God through Jesus, and we join you in praying for His will to be done in this situation.

We pray for your supervisor, that the Lord would indeed touch her heart and mind. Father, we ask that You break through any pride, insecurity, or deception that may be clouding her judgment. Give her discernment to see the truth, as You promise in John 8:32, "You will know the truth, and the truth will make you free." Expose any manipulation or false narratives that have been spoken against your child, and let Your light shine in the darkness. Soften her heart to remember the history and foundation you have built together, and grant her humility to recognize the value of those who support her.

We also lift up the other individuals mentioned in this situation, asking that You would reveal their true motives and actions. Proverbs 16:18 warns, "Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall." If there is deceit or manipulation at work, we pray that it would be exposed and that Your justice would prevail. Let Your truth be the foundation upon which all decisions are made in this workplace.

As you wait for God to move, we pray for your heart as well. It is easy to become bitter when we feel wronged, but we are called to trust in the Lord and lean not on our own understanding. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Guard your heart against resentment, and fill it instead with peace and dignity. Remember that your ultimate reward comes from the Lord, not from man. Colossians 3:23-24 says, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."

We also want to encourage you to continue walking in integrity, even when others do not. Your character is a testament to your faith, and God sees every act of kindness and diligence. 1 Peter 2:12 says, "Having good behavior among the nations, so in that of which they speak against you as evildoers, they may by your good works, which they see, glorify God in the day of visitation." Let your actions reflect Christ, and trust that God will honor your faithfulness.

Finally, we pray that you would find comfort in the Lord’s presence. Psalm 34:18-19 assures us, "The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all." You are not forgotten or unseen by God. He is with you in this struggle, and He will sustain you.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation and the people involved. We ask that You would move in power, breaking through deception and pride, and revealing Your truth. Soften hearts, grant discernment, and protect Your child from bitterness. Help them to trust in You, knowing that You are their ultimate reward. We pray for justice, humility, and integrity to prevail in this workplace. May Your name be glorified, and may Your will be done. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We hear how painful it is to feel overlooked after you have poured so much loyalty and hard work into supporting ### from the start. Wanting to be seen and valued for faithful work is a good and human desire, and it makes sense that feeling forgotten would leave you hurt and frustrated.

We also hear your care for ###, that you want her to see clearly and lead with humility rather than being swayed by manipulation. While we wait for God to work in others, the place we can tend most directly is our own heart, as you wisely prayed. When hurt sits unresolved it can slowly harden into bitterness that ends up weighing most heavily on the one carrying it, clouding peace and perspective.

One small practice that may help in the coming week is to separate facts from feelings at the end of each day. Briefly note what actually happened and what you did well, then bring any sting or resentment to the Lord and consciously release it to Him before the next morning. If possible, talk it through regularly with one trusted, steady person outside the immediate workplace who can help you stay grounded and keep doing good work with dignity.

Father, we bring this workplace and each person in it to You. Give ### clear eyes and a humble, discerning heart, and guard our friend from bitterness. Fill them with Your peace, strength and quiet confidence that You see their faithfulness, and guide their steps day by day. In Jesus' name, amen.

It is a painful trial to labour faithfully and feel unseen, and your honest pouring out of the heart before the Lord is right and good. He who sees in secret has not forgotten your work, your loyalty, nor the foundation you have helped to lay. Man may overlook, but the Lord keeps account, and your ultimate reward is with Him and not with man.

There is a bitterness which rightly attends such service. As you have tasted, to be misjudged and to watch manipulation and false narratives do their work brings a sharpness to the soul. Yet the Lord sanctifies even this bitterness. It weans us from the world and its applause, it makes Christ Himself more sweet to us, and it is meant by grace to take away all bitterness against our fellow men. You may be called to eat this present service with bitter herbs, and even sneers or slights may be the herbs appointed for the meal. Take them as from the Lord's hand, and feed still upon the whole Christ, who is your portion and your advocate.

Deal honestly with God in this matter, as you have begun to do. Tell Him plainly that you feel the hurt, the frustration, and the temptation to grow hard. Confess before Him any rising resentment, and ask Him to keep you in a truthful spirit, feeling the power of truth concerning yourself and concerning Him. He loves truth in the inward parts, and He will not despise a heart that comes without pretence.

I will join my prayer with yours. That the Lord would give to the one in authority over you a spirit of true humility and clear eyes, that no fog of deceit or flattery might prevail, that what is two faced and manipulative might be brought to light in His time and way, and that history and faithful labour might be remembered with justice and mercy. That pride and insecurity which so often attend a position might be broken, and that dedication, integrity and quiet faithfulness might be weighed rightly. We do not ask the Lord to bless deceit, nor to prosper falsehood, but that truth might reign, and that all, including those who have acted falsely, might be brought to see themselves as they are and to seek forgiveness where it is needed.

And for your own soul, I pray that the Lord would guard your mind and heart from bitterness. May He grant you peace that passes understanding, a quiet dignity rooted in Christ, and strength to continue doing your work heartily as unto the Lord and not unto men. May He keep you tender toward Christ and not hardened toward others, and may you find in nearness to Him a sweetness that overcomes the gall of this season.

O Lord, Thou seest all things and judgest righteously. Look upon Thy servant who feels forgotten. Let truth be made manifest, let humility be given where authority rests, and let every hidden thing be revealed in Thy light and in Thy time. Keep this Thy child from a root of bitterness, fill the heart with Thy peace, and help to labour on faithfully, looking for no reward but Thy well done. Your prayer has been heard, and your pain is not hidden from the Lord who sees all things in secret. He knows the labor and loyalty you have poured out from the beginning, the help you have given faithfully when no one was watching, and the hurt of feeling unseen and forgotten in return. It is right to bring this burden to Him, for He is just and He cares for you.

I join you in praying for the one who holds authority over you. May the Lord grant her clear eyes and a discerning mind, to see people and situations as they truly are, without the fog of flattery or false narratives. May He soften any pride or insecurity that comes with a position of leadership and give her a spirit of true humility, to remember that a title is not the measure of a person, but faithfulness, integrity and love for others are. May He bring to light what is hidden, so that manipulation and two faced dealing cannot remain in darkness, and may He give her grace to remember the history and the genuine help you have offered.

I also pray for those who use deceit and seek to step over others for their own gain. May their schemes be exposed not for shame alone, but that they might be led to repentance and to walk in truth.

And I pray with you for your own heart while you wait upon the Lord. Scripture warns us to look diligently lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble us, and by it many be defiled. A root of bitterness bears only bitter fruit, and a little leaven leavens the whole lump. Do not let that root take hold. Ask the Lord to guard you from resentment, to keep you kind and tender hearted and forgiving, so that there is room for the Holy Spirit to fill your heart and give you peace. When bitterness is driven away, He gives strength to continue in virtue with a clear conscience.

May the Lord protect your mind and heart, give you dignity and quiet strength to do your work well, and remind you daily that your ultimate reward comes from Him and not from man. He does not forget your labor of love. Continue to work with integrity, to speak truth without slander, and to entrust justice to Him who judges righteously.

Heavenly Father, You see this hurt and this faithful service. Grant discernment to those in authority, expose what is false, humble every proud heart, and heal every wound. Guard Your child from bitterness, fill the heart with Your peace, and sustain with the knowledge that You are the One who sees and who will repay in Your perfect time. Give grace to endure, wisdom to act rightly, and hope that does not fade. In the name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and Savior, Amen.

God sees the hurt you have carried and He has not overlooked the faithful work you have done. When you feel forgotten and unseen by people, it is a comfort to remember that the Lord knows the truth of your labor, your loyalty, and the heart you have poured out, and that your ultimate reward is from Him and not from man.

What you describe, feeling fenced in and unable to see a way out, is much like what Jeremiah expressed when he felt encircled with bitterness and set in dark places, as if walls had been built around him and his paths made crooked. That helpless, trapped feeling is real, and it can bring a deep heaviness. Even when it feels as though God has withdrawn, He has not. He is near in that painful place, and He is the One who can make a way where you see no way.

You prayed for eyes to be opened and for deceit to be exposed. That is right to pray. Sin has a way of numbing a person, like a disease that kills feeling so that damage is done without being noticed. A conscience can become anesthetized and a person can be blinded to manipulation and false narratives. Only a divine work of God can truly cleanse and restore sight. Jesus is willing to make clean, and He alone can break through pride and insecurity that often come with authority, and give true humility and clarity to see people and situations as they really are. It is good to ask Him to grant discernment to those in leadership, and to bring truth into the light in His timing and His way.

While you wait for Him to work, guard your own heart with great care. Scripture warns to look diligently lest any root of bitterness spring up to trouble you, and by it many become defiled, and to follow peace with all people. Bitterness often starts as justified hurt or anger, but if it is allowed to take root it spreads and defiles, and it turns into a heavy burden that harms you more than anyone else. There is a difference between tears of genuine repentance and tears of bitterness and anger, and God calls us to let go of the second. Ask Him daily to keep you from that root, to cover you with His forgiveness and compassion, and to help you walk in love. The witness of His people is weakened by infighting and bitterness, but it is strengthened when we choose love and peace even when we have been wronged.

Do not measure God's presence or His approval by how you feel in the moment. Feelings of heaviness, discouragement, restlessness and agitation can at times be the byproduct of spiritual conflict, and the enemy will use them to make you feel miserable and hopeless. Instead of chasing a feeling, take God at His word. He has promised that He sees in secret, that He will sustain you, and that He will give peace and dignity to those who trust Him. Your value is not determined by a title or by whether others acknowledge your contribution, but by your integrity and faithfulness before the Lord.

I pray with you now that the Lord will protect your mind and heart from bitterness, and fill you with His peace and strength to continue doing your work well unto Him. I pray that He will soften hearts that need softening, grant humility where there has been pride, and give clear discernment to see the truth about people and motives. I pray that what is hidden and manipulative will be exposed by His light, and that He will remind those in authority that true worth is found in dedication, integrity and love for people, not in position. And I pray that He will lift the sense of being forgotten, and assure you that you are seen, known and cared for by Him, and that He will restore and keep you in His love.

Trust Him to act in the right way and at the right time, and keep your heart open to His cleansing and keeping power.
