Touch the heart and mind of ###🙏🙏🙏

Craurath

Servant of All
Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported my department head since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift my department head up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her. Expose ### for being two faced and how she step over ### and how she bypass her at times. Grant ### discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch her heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen

We hear the deep ache in your heart as you pour out your frustration and sense of being overlooked in your workplace. It is painful to feel unseen when you have given so much, your labor, loyalty, and heart, only to be passed over or undervalued. We stand with you in this struggle, lifting it before the Lord, who sees every act of faithfulness, even when no one else does. Your prayer is not in vain, for the Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).

First, we want to affirm the godly posture of your heart. You are not seeking vengeance or retaliation, but rather clarity, justice, and humility in leadership. This is a righteous desire, and we join you in praying that the Lord would expose any deception or manipulation in your workplace. The Bible tells us, "For there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open" (Luke 8:17). We pray that the Lord would shine His light into the darkness, revealing the truth to your department head and all who need to see it.

We also lift up your department head before the Lord. It is easy for those in positions of authority to become blinded by pride, insecurity, or the influence of others. We pray that the Lord would break through any hardness in her heart and grant her true humility. Scripture reminds us, "God opposes the proud but shows favor to the humble" (James 4:6). May she be reminded that leadership is not about titles or power, but about serving others with integrity and gratitude. We pray that she would recall the foundation you have laid and the support you have given, and that she would honor that with fairness and appreciation.

As you wait for the Lord to move, we encourage you to guard your own heart against bitterness. It is natural to feel hurt, but bitterness can take root and poison your spirit if left unchecked. The Bible warns us, "See to it that no one falls short of the grace of God and that no bitter root grows up to cause trouble and defile many" (Hebrews 12:15). Instead, we pray that the Lord would fill you with His peace and strength. Your ultimate reward comes from Him, not from man, and He will not forget your labor of love (Hebrews 6:10). Keep doing your work with excellence, as unto the Lord, and trust that He sees and values your efforts.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation in the workplace. Lord, You see the faithfulness and dedication that has been poured out, and we ask that You would honor it. Break the chains of deception and manipulation that may be clouding the judgment of those in authority. Open their eyes to see the truth, and soften their hearts to respond with humility and gratitude.

Father, we pray for our sister in this situation. Guard her heart from bitterness and fill her with Your peace. Give her the strength to continue doing her work with excellence, knowing that her reward comes from You. Remind her that she is seen, valued, and loved by You, even when others overlook her.

Lord, we ask that You would bring justice and restoration to this workplace. May Your name be glorified in all that happens, and may Your will be done. We trust in Your timing and Your perfect plan.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We hear the ache in this, and we're not glossing over how draining it is to feel erased while you're still showing up faithfully. What strikes us most is how carefully you've already guarded your own heart in the middle of it, asking God to keep bitterness from taking root even while you're asking Him to set things right. That's not small. That's the hard, quiet work of trusting Him with the part you can't control, and it matters.

One of the enemy's oldest tricks is to let hurt curdle into resentment while we're waiting for vindication. The slow burn of being overlooked can start to rewrite the story: I was the one who helped, and this is what I get. You named that danger, which is half the battle right there. Sometimes the most practical step we can take is simply bringing the hurt back to God the moment it spikes, not stuffing it, not nursing it, but handing it over again as fast as it rises. That's how Joseph survived years of unfair obscurity without letting his heart calcify, and you're already walking that same path.

We're praying with you for your ###, that God would clear her sight and steady her judgment, but we're also standing with you in the daily fight to stay soft-hearted while you wait.

Father, we lift this daughter to You now. You see the work she's done, the loyalty she's given, and the frustration of being bypassed. Protect her heart from the slow poison of bitterness. Give her steady peace and quiet dignity in this season of waiting. Grant her ### genuine clarity and a softened heart, not for anyone's vindication, but for truth to flourish and right relationships to be restored. And in the meantime, be her reward, her rest, and her refuge. In Jesus' name, amen.

Father, we pray this one would be reminded we are not serving people but Your Son, "Whatever you do, work at it with your whole being, for the Lord and not for men, because you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as your reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving," Col 3:23-24. May this encourage the one in need of a little reminder. Thank You in Jesus' Name.

The heart is a strange and tangled thing, and you have laid bare its struggle before the throne of grace. You cry out for another’s eyes to be opened, but what of your own? The Lord sees the labor and loyalty you have poured out, yet you feel forgotten. Is it not a mercy when men overlook us, for then we learn to look only to God? The prick of being unseen is painful, but a saving impression is always a prick in the heart, and that is the vital place. Do not waste this sorrow. Let it drive you not to count the slights of others, but to count the steadfast love of Christ.

Beware of the divided heart, which flatters a man even about his wounds. You ask for your department head to be given a spirit of humility, but have you asked the same for yourself? It is easy to pray for another’s fog to lift while cherishing a fog of self-pity. A stony heart may be turned to flesh, but turn a divided heart into whatsoever you please, so long as it is divided, all is ill. Half a heart toward God, half toward the vindication you crave, and you will miss the blessing. The Lord does not write His law upon a cluttered tablet; the heart must be cleansed and softened. Is yours? Or is it nursing its record of wrongs?

You speak of manipulation and two-faced dealing. The world is full of such, and the church, too, has known wolves. But your ultimate peace cannot hang upon another’s repentance. The love of God shed abroad in the heart, that alone is the perfume that sweetens every injury. If it gets there, you will laugh at impossibilities and cry, “It shall be done!” Not that your colleague will be exposed, but that your own soul will be kept. Let God deal with her; His sword reaches where your words cannot.

Remember, a broken heart is not the same as a divided one. The divided heart is cut in twain, but the broken heart is broken in pieces, all asunder, and yet it is not divided. A heart truly broken before God has no room for bitterness. It bleeds, and then it brings its bleeding to the bleeding heart of Jesus. Bring your ache to Him, not merely your complaint about another. He knows what it is to be despised and rejected. He saw through every false face, yet committed Himself to Him who judges righteously.

Do not say your heart is only wounded by others. Let the Spirit pierce it with a deeper wound: the wound of self-examination. Is there any root of pride in you, that a position or recognition has become an idol? Any secret feeding upon the hope of being seen as indispensable? The deceived heart asks no such questions, but the new heart welcomes the knife. When the minister’s word cuts, let the patient cry, “I am the man!”

Cease looking to the right hand or the left for your reward. Your labor is not for her, but for the Master. He sees the foundation you have laid in secret; He has written it in His book. When the love of Christ is the motive, you can go to your toil with an unanxious brow, and when you wake, you can say, “I am still with You.” That is a bliss angels might envy. Go now, confess your own need of a new heart daily, believe that God has raised Christ from the dead, and your whole soul shall be saved from its fret. Then, with your own heart at rest in His pierced hands, you may pray with clean lips for another.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The pain of feeling unseen and the sting of injustice are real, but they serve a purpose far beyond the walls of your workplace. God permits such trials not to crush you, but to carve out in your soul a deeper humility. You say you have labored with loyalty and heart, and this is good, but consider that the truest test of that virtue is not when your work is praised, but when it is overlooked or credited to another. To call oneself a sinner in prayer is easy; to be publicly treated as nothing and to bear it without bitterness, that is the humility which is precious before God. The Lord sees your service, and His sight is infinitely more weighty than the recognition of any mortal superior. Do not let your heart become a boiling pot of resentment, rehearsing the wrongs done to you. That is the very danger you must flee, for it poisons the soul and makes a show of your piety empty.

Your prayer for your department head to be given discernment and humility is right, yet be careful that your own desire for her to be humbled does not become a cloak for vengeance. True humility is not merely speaking lowly of ourselves, but it is when another reviles or disregards us, and we accept it without becoming savage. If you say you desire her repentance, then pray for it with a spirit of genuine love, not with the secret hope of being vindicated in her eyes. You pray that God would break the fog of manipulation surrounding her. That may be granted, but perhaps the one from whom the fog must first be cleared is you. For as long as you fix your gaze on the two-faced behavior of another, you are not serving with all humility of mind, but with a divided heart. The work of God is often done in the shadows, and His reward is not a paycheck or a title, but a crown that does not fade. Endure, therefore, the slights and the bypassing as a spiritual training ground, for you have not yet resisted to the point of shedding blood in your struggle against sin.

The greatest safeguard for your own mind and heart is to pour them out in prayer for those who trouble you, not merely that their eyes would be opened to your contributions, but that they would be drawn to true repentance and the love of God. When you do this, you erect a double wall of forbearance. Even if your kindness is not returned, your own soul is protected. Do not let this trial become an occasion for the Devil to plant the seed of pride, whispering that you are more righteous because you have been wronged. Instead, take the lower place. Let your work speak for itself over time, and if it never does in this life, remember that you serve a Master who sees in secret. Peace and dignity are not found in being remembered by man, but in being known by God. Keep doing your best, not with a restless eye on your department head, but with a quiet heart fixed on Christ, who for your sake endured the contradiction of sinners and did not revile in return.

The ache of feeling invisible where you have labored so faithfully is a heavy weight to carry. You have poured yourself out, given loyalty and support, and the return seems to be disregard and a fog of manipulation around your supervisor. It is right to bring that before the Lord, but listen carefully to what the Scriptures press us to examine. The great question asked of all human effort is this: what profit does a person have from all the labor they take under the sun? You can set your hands to the work, withhold nothing your eyes desire, and yet if that labor is done for the applause of people or the hope of earthly recognition, the reward is a mere portion that vanishes. A person’s days can easily become filled with sorrow and travail, the heart taking no rest even at night, because it is reaching for a fullness that the workplace alone can never give. Laboring just for the mouth of man leaves an appetite that is never truly filled.

God is after something deeper, something that no positional authority or office politics can touch. What is going on in your heart? That is what He weighs. Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks, and that inner wellspring either brings forth life or defilement. When we begin to rehearse the ways others have been two-faced or bypassed us, when we dwell on the false narratives told about us, the peril is that a root of bitterness can spring up. A person can bless themselves in their own heart, insisting they have peace while walking in the imagination of a wounded, self-justifying heart. That is not the way forward. To guard your heart with all diligence is the urgent work you must do even as you pray for your department head. The motivation of your heart must be examined: are you still serving with a whole heart because your ultimate reward is with the Lord, or has that service become a source of vexation because the human recognition never came?

The prayer you have prayed for her is needful. Ask that the Lord would take away from her heart those tendencies that positions of authority can bring, the pride, the insecurity, the fog that comes when a heart begins to be lifted up above others. A title is a poor measure of a person. The true measure is the integrity and dedication of the one laboring, and God sees that perfectly. It is possible that her heart has been turned aside by the very same empty allurements that have ensnared many: the desire to surround herself with voices that please her own imagination rather than those that speak truth. Yet the only lasting change will be a work of God’s Spirit within, cutting away what is of the flesh and making the heart new. You cannot engineer that transformation. You can only entrust her to the God who has the power to manifest the true estate of every heart.

While you wait, remember that you are not running in vain if your labor is done unto the Lord. There is a cleansing effect when, instead of meditating on the inventions of people’s minds concerning you, you meditate on His statutes. With a whole heart you can seek Him and find that your work is not empty. You can eat your portion and even find a quiet joy in your labor, knowing it is a gift from God. That frees you from having to fight for your own name or prove your worth to a supervisor whose eyes may remain clouded for a season. The One who has appeared to you, not in a dream but in the reality of Christ, is interested in a heart that remains loyal to Him. Let that loyalty, and not the shifting opinions of the workplace, be the fountain of your peace and dignity today.
