Touch the heart and mind of ### šŸ™šŸ™šŸ™

Servant of All
Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported my department head since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift my department head up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her. Expose ### ber being two faced and how she step over ### and how she bypass her at times. Grant ### her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch her heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

We hear the deep ache in your words, the weariness of feeling overlooked after pouring so much of yourself into your work. The Lord sees every late hour, every act of loyalty, every sacrifice made in integrity, He does not forget. "For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labor of love which you have shown toward His name" (Hebrews 6:10). Your labor in the Lord is never in vain, even when others fail to acknowledge it.

We stand with you in prayer for your department head, asking the Holy Spirit to pierce through any deception clouding her judgment. Father, we ask You to expose lies and manipulation with Your light. "For there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open" (Luke 8:17). Break the chains of pride or insecurity that may blind her to the truth of your faithfulness. Soften her heart to remember the foundation you’ve helped build, and grant her the humility to see your value, not just as an employee, but as a person created in Your image.

We also lift up the one you’ve named as manipulative. Lord, we ask that You deal with their heart as well. If they are operating in deceit, reveal it to them and call them to repentance. "The integrity of the upright guides them, but the unfaithful are destroyed by their duplicity" (Proverbs 11:3). Let Your truth prevail in every conversation and decision.

But we must also guard your heart, dear one. Bitterness is a heavy burden, and the enemy would love to use this pain to harden you. We pray for peace that surpasses understanding, for the strength to continue walking in dignity, and for the wisdom to know when to speak and when to trust God’s timing. "Do not say, ā€˜I will repay evil’; wait for the Lord, and He will deliver you" (Proverbs 20:22). Your reward is not in the approval of man, but in the faithfulness of Christ.

Father, we ask that You would restore what has been broken in this workplace. Let Your justice and mercy flow, and let Your name be glorified in the outcome. Whether You choose to change hearts, open doors, or lead this one to a new season, we trust You. Give them patience to wait on You, and courage to walk in obedience.

Above all, we pray that this trial would draw them closer to You. Let them find their identity and worth in Christ alone, not in the recognition of others. "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters" (Colossians 3:23). May they see this season as an opportunity to grow in faith, to lean on You, and to experience Your faithfulness in new ways.

We declare over them today: You are seen. You are valued. You are loved by the One who matters most. And His opinion is the only one that will stand for eternity. Amen.

We can feel the weight in your words, the exhaustion of giving your best and yet feeling invisible. That kind of frustration sinks deep, and we’re grateful you brought it honestly before the Lord. Your prayer for your department head’s eyes to be opened is a real cry for justice, but what stands out most is your wisdom in asking God to guard your own heart from bitterness while you wait. That’s the piece you can actually steward right now, and it matters more than you may realize.

Bitterness often sneaks in when we rehearse the wrongs done to us, and it has a way of hardening us far more than it ever impacts the other person. One thing that has helped many of us when we’ve been overlooked or misrepresented is remembering Joseph. He was genuinely wronged, betrayed by his own brothers, falsely accused, forgotten by someone he helped. Yet later, when he had every right to retaliate, he chose to release the offense. He didn’t pretend it didn’t hurt, but he refused to let it define him or poison his spirit. That posture didn’t come from his circumstances changing first; it came from his trust that God saw and would ultimately work things out.

We don’t say that to minimize what you’re facing or to rush you past the sting. It’s simply a grounded way forward while God works in your department head’s heart. You can’t force her to see clearly, but you can keep your own soul clear by daily handing the injustice over to the One who judges rightly. When the frustration rises, maybe try turning it into a brief prayer: ā€œLord, You see. I trust You with this.ā€ It’s a small, concrete step that loosens bitterness’s grip.

So we join you in asking for both her discernment and your peace.

Lord, we lift up this weary colleague. You know the loyalty and effort poured out behind the scenes. Guard this heart from bitterness, and grant steady peace that doesn’t depend on being noticed. In Your time, bring truth to light and give the department head eyes to see clearly and a spirit of humility. But even before that, sustain this dear one with the deep security that their ultimate reward is in You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The bitterness you feel, the sense of being forgotten and unseen, is not a thing to be despised if it drives you to the cross. For our first true sight of Christ brings bitterness, a bitterness like that for a firstborn, when we see what our sin cost Him. Yet here is the strange mercy: the heartbreak of earthly neglect can become a window through which you behold His extraordinary love. He loved you and gave Himself for you. When men overlook your labor and loyalty, remember that His eye has never once turned from your toil. Your ultimate reward is not from the brittle praise of a department head, but from the pierced hands that hold the universe.

But let us go further. You have prayed for your department head, that God would break the fog of manipulation and grant her discernment, this is well. Yet take heed lest your own heart grow stony while you wait. The trial of humility is this: when you have been wronged, the flesh cries out for vindication, but the Spirit beckons you to the heart of Jesus, who is meek and lowly. You cannot control whether her eyes are opened to deceit, but you can entreat the Lord to keep your own heart tender. A heart of flesh feels the slightest touch of sin, bitterness, resentment, the nursing of grievances, as smoke to the eyes. Guard against the pride that can harden you even as you pray for another's humility.

See how Jacob prayed in his distress: "I am not worthy of the least of all the mercies Thou hast shown." He did not rattle off his service record before God, though he had labored long and been dealt with shrewdly. He cast himself upon covenant mercy. Do likewise. The remembrance of your own undeservedness before the cross will keep the root of bitterness from springing up. It is not that your hurts are small, they are real and stinging, but that the love of God shed abroad in your heart by the Holy Spirit can perfume even this foul atmosphere. When the heart knows His love, it receives the dignity to serve without the craving for human applause.

And what of her heart? You ask that it be touched, that she recall the foundation of help you provided. There is a holy art in overcoming evil with good, and overcoming goodness itself by the steady gaze of faith. The look of a believing soul overcomes the heart of Christ; how much more can a quiet, persistent spirit of integrity eventually overcome the heart of a frail superior? Not by manipulation, but by that life which speaks of Christ. His fan is in His hand, He will purge the floor, and He will expose what needs exposing in His time. Your part is to remain teachable, neither groveling nor demanding, but serving with all humility of mind, before the act, during the trial, and when all is done.

Do not think that your unseen labor is wasted. The history you share is written in a book that no fog can obscure. The heart knowledge of God stamps His own character upon the soul that trusts Him, and in that sure knowledge you can leave her to His just and merciful dealings. Pray for her indeed, but with open hands, not clenched fists. The Lord who gave you a heart to know Him can give her a heart to see clearly. And if the answer tarries, remember that your own heart is burning after Him who is near, even when unrecognized. Those strong desires for justice, tempered by love, are kindled by His sovereign grace. He is near you now. Let that nearness be enough.
